We love our Dustin! Unlike others, he kept himself safe on the stairway landing and is able to adjust to changes in the flooring (carpet to linoleum floors). We look forward to bringing him into our new home and trust he will do just as well there.

I am very happy and love my new Dustin It’s amazing super quiet so such a great job. I love the lines that it leaves on the carpet. It looks so professional and I love the facet itself empty so I don’t have to worry about that.

Dustin has been the best addition to our home cleaning! We love his mopping features as well! The no sweep zones help when your child has a puzzle in the floor! We love Dustin!

We had Dustin for 3 weeks now and love it. My wife and I both have busy schedules during the week and don't have the time to keep our floors clean. Thankfully, Dustin does the cleaning for us, from sweeping and mopping. Our floors are always cleaned and dust free. We are happy with the purchase.

I got this for my mom who is older. I wanted an vacuum that could mop and sweep. This item does both. I also like the black color the best so it could blend in with my moms current color scheme. This vacuum also has wifi capability which is great. I highly recommend this vacuum!

Never thought I would own a Robot Vacuum, so glad I do, cause Dustin saves me a lot of time. He can clean all the floors all by himself, then return to his home for a charge.

So far I love Dustin. It took a bit of adjustment to prevent him from going to places where he would get stuck. But now that he learnt he's been going every day without a problem. I love the fact that it can mop too, although adding water is a tad inconvenient, I would prefer to have a way to add water without having to remove the dustbin, as it is often dusty and I don't love to touch it. Also, something that is a tad complicated is finding replacement dust bags through major retailers. I'm on buying it from bobsweep, but the shipping fee is kind of high when compared to the value of the item. Overall 5 start purchase.

Dustin had been a great addition to our family. He has saved us time and does a good job of vacuuming and mopping. One additional good thing is that he is so quiet compared to other Robot vacuums. Everyone needs Dustin in their life.

It’s my first vacuum robot ever! Work quietly and great size that can go under my sofa. Also, I love the mopping function that save me a lot of time cleaning my big house. Using it everyday now! Bought 3 and giving out to family members. They all love the robot!

Dustin does a great job on our hardwood and ceramic tile floors! Does not seem to work as well on the rugs. Also, had a hard time getting it to save the map, but it is working fine now.

Wow super impresses with Bob! This is our first robotic vacuum got it and my wife says its the best thing I've ever bought her!! Super easy to set up and connect. Or simply push the "Go" button. You have a believer and a lifelong customer. Thanks Bobsweep!

We adopted Dustin about 1 month ago. Dustin is easy to setup and use. Dustin does a great job with both vacuuming and mopping. We highly recommend Dustin!

We have used Dustin for both washing floors and sweeping. It did a top notch job. Personally I like the Loud sound of Dustin emptying the bag, because it reminds me that I did not have to do all the work!

The Bobsweep was very easy to set up and quickly mapped the house and got to work. Efficient as it was able to go thru the house much quicker than my irobot.

Excellent cleaner. Easy empty and picks up so much from all the hidden places you can’t easily get to or may forget about. Perfect for pet owners! A much appreciated gift from our son - would definitely recommend.

We love how thorough the bObsweep Dustin is and feel that it does a great job. Our only complaint is that we have cats, and the pet hair seems to clog up the bin and when the Dustin goes back to the base to empty the bin it isn't able to, so it requires manually cleaning it out every 2 to 3 uses. I don't terribly mind doing it myself, it's easy enough, but at the same time we specifically picked the bObsweep Dustin because it came with a base and self emptied.

Bought one the first of the year and it worked great for several months. The Cleaning Power and App Scheduling were great. However, after 3 or 4 months it started losing it's ability to travel correctly. It constantly was turning in circles looking for the pathway, and I changed nothing in the house (furniture, etc). Totally removed map and remapped the house twice and it just kept getting worse. Took well over an hour just to get done with one room as it kept spinning looking where to go. Finally had enough and replaced it with a Shark that is 100% better. Just as good or better cleaning, plus the mapping and and ability to clean in a precise way is much better. I give the bObsweep only a two star because it actually does vacuum well, but it's ability to follow a map is not good at all.

I have had the bob sweep pet hair slam before and was excited to try this Dustin model with the self emptying bin/canister. Wow, game changer not having to empty Dustin’s bin after each run, he does it himself. Awesome!
