I'm really enjoying my new Dustin robot vacuum. It's so much more efficient than my old analog robot vacuum (specifically, ecovacs deebot m80 pro). The slam lidar mapping is really cool, and it's great that the robot is always comparing its map to the live environment. It really reacts well to the environment. My old analog robot would run for over an hour and not even cover the whole place. Dustin runs my apartment in under 20 minutes every time. I'm really impressed with the self-emptying feature too. It's so convenient not to have to empty the dustbin every day. This robot vacuum is a huge QoL improvement. Thanks for making such a great product! Oh, and the IoT connectivity is even better. Dustin gets to work when I leave home :)

First off, the self-emptying dock is a game-changer. It dramatically reduces the time and effort needed for regular maintenance. I can actually forget about vacuuming for weeks at a time, and Dustin keeps doing his thing without interruption. The mopping feature is a nice bonus. It’s great for daily upkeep, especially if you have hardwood or tile floors. While it’s not a deep scrub, it does a solid job keeping dust and light spills under control. What really stands out, though, is the patented navigation. Dustin navigates our home with ease, rarely bumps into things, and doesn’t get stuck in tricky spots. The Wi-Fi connectivity and app control are smooth and intuitive—I’ve been able to schedule cleanings, set up no-go zones, and check his cleaning maps with ease. It’s smart, efficient, and genuinely low-maintenance—exactly what you want in a robotic vacuum. I love that you can control vacuum power, mop mode, and water intensity right from the app. Easy to use, low maintenance, and super effective—highly recommend!

I am very happy with my bObsweep Dustin robot vacuum. It was very simple to set up and use right out of the box. It maps out your area automatically and with the self emptying feature, you don’t have to worry about a thing. You just have to press start from the app and off it goes. It goes back to the hub to empty and recharge all by itself. I plan to use the schedule feature as soon as I can trust my curious German Shepherd Dog to not play with this interesting new machine. Running “Bob” once per day keeps the dog hair under control and we couldn’t be happier. It even gets under the couches!

I have used my bobsweep five times so far, so I don't know everything it can do yet. I am pleased with the vacuuming it does and have used the wet mop feature twice and also happy with that feature. I recently removed all the carpeting on my first floor and replaced it with laminate flooring. I remove any throw rugs on the floor, remove any cords on the floor, and put kitchen and dining room chairs up on the tables before I get started. I have only used the bobsweep in manual start mode.(it can be programmed to run, also). The bobsweep will go into any room that has an open doorway, and it will not go down the steps, so you don't have to be worried about that. It makes a map of the floor space that it can access and you can look at this map, even in rreal time. It is pretty amazing to me. When it is done, it re-docks itself and empties it's contents to the docking station and starts recharging. This product isn't going to get into the hard to get places(under the couch, under the stereo cabinet, etc.), but it does a nice job everywhere it can reach. The wet mop feature isn't made for cleaning up spilled messes, but it does pick up quite a bit of debris, and the mop pad is washable and reusable. I bought my bobsweep on Best Buy's deal of the day at a great discount.

We’ve only ran it a few times but this thing is lifechanging! We have 2 kids & 2 dogs. Without this, it was a never ending (and failing) battle to keep the home even halfway decently swept/vaccumed, let alone mopped. Money well spent! The app is pretty simple. The room mapping and features to divide, combine or even add zones and barriers is very nice. Haven’t ran the mop cycle yet. Will do that in a few days after I’ve put away my Halloween/Fall decor.

Since the moment we recieved the box, we already fell in love with how it literally came with a birth certificate. Thank you for adopting Dustin and immediately we made him part of the family. My cat at first was scared when he saw him but now hes accustomed to him and loves seeing him clean around the house. Extremely helpful and beneficial especially when it comes to clean by his litter box that every time we used to get home, there was always kitty litter on the floor, Wall-E (Nickname we gave him too :) ) he would clean it and we always come home to a litter-free zone. He also mops which I think is amazing, even though I dont use it as often I just prefer the sweeping and I was not sure if I can put floor cleaning chemicals so Id prefer to leave it as so, so I wont damage it. I highly recommemd to all and Dustin can clean on any floor and he can even climb on low sections of the house or apartment as well. We live in an apt and hes extremely convenient and does not take much space. We bought him at an amazing deal and my hubby had an eye on him for quite some time and when you guys threw that deal, it became impossible to resist to purchase. An amazing addition to anyones home it is a must have in your home :)

Really easy to setup and use it. Cleaning of device itself as maintenance is very easy too. Scheduling works great. Mapping is easy. Cleaning option to leave some part or do small specific area. First one used for couple weeks and got hiccup, call customer service who tried to help , didn't work and replaced another right away. Great customer service with follow-up and everything. Second one works like champ. Thinking about getting another one just for upstairs since they have it on sale.

I've had my Dustin for about 2 months now and it has been a great little addition to our home! Having 2 cats, they generate plenty of shedding hair throughout the house, but Dustin takes care of it with ease! Normally I set the suction level to medium and it does wonderful! If you want whisper quiet vacuuming, it does just fine on the eco mode too. Even if I follow behind Dustin with my Shark upright vacuum, it easily shows that Dustin can get that hair and dust up from the carpet without leaving much behind. While it can be a pro and a con to this unit, I know cat hair can be quite troublesome for vacuum cleaners. Occasionally the dust tunnel going up to the filter bag will get clogged, but thankfully they've solutioned for that by making the clear viewing window easy to remove when there is a clog. I've highly recommended this unit to a few people and it saves so much time in manually vacuuming each week! It's also very quiet that we don't even notice it's there and it doesn't even bother the cats.

After a month using Dustin, I really love this smart boy, my Bobbie, He seems smarter than my previous bOb robot (PetHair Plus). Bobbie (Dustin) first maps out the rooms, vacuums or mops (depending on the settings) the edges and then meticulously cleans the rest of the house, He works quite fast and once he's done, heads straight to the charging station without any loitering, So far SO good! l'm really happy and impressed with his per-formance.

I am very pleased with my bObsweep! It does a wonderful job vacuuming and I love how it empties by itself. I also enjoy the moping of my floors. I am 79 years old and am fighting cancer. This vacuum takes so much pressure off of me. I just love it!!

We call Dustin “Bob” and he lives in my 5th/6th grade classroom and his shift begins each afternoon. He does pretty well navigating desks and other furniture. He didn’t care for the Christmas tree in December. We would find him each morning pathetically setting under the tree with a mouthful of tree skirt. Fortunately, his anxiety came down when the decorations came down. He also can’t stand working around groups of people. I had to reschedule his afternoon cleaning to well after students were completely gone. Because of his social awkwardness, if I asked him to clean while students were in the room, he would put in about two minutes of effort then quickly head back to base and pout. Evidently it’s too inconvenient to move around moving objects. It’s quite entertaining to be in the room when he returns to base. I thought my teenagers were loud when they get home late. Bob definitely lets you know he’s “home”. We tease him and ask which flight he’s catching since it sounds just like an airplane taking off. As we’ve grown to understand Bob’s personality and quirks, we get along quite well. Other than having a bag to replace instead of a base to empty out, he has been a great addition to the team.

Very happy with the new upgrade as it has been years since I did and upgrade! My old bob would get stuck on the smallest bumps in my old house but the new Dustin goes over everything, gets out of hard places and covers my whole house! I don’t have to go find him and move him out of a hard areas it can get out himself! Highly recommend Dustin and it’s helps so much do the every day chore of vacuuming and keeping my floors spotless! 1000% would repurchase!

I’ve had my bObsweep vacuum for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a solid little helper. It does a great job picking up dust, hair, and whatever else ends up on my floors, especially when I don’t have the time (or motivation) to vacuum myself. The scheduling feature is handy, and it’s easy to empty out and clean. It sometimes gets stuck under furniture or confused by rugs, but that’s pretty standard for robot vacuums. Watching it bump around like it’s trying to figure out life is kind of entertaining, though. Battery life is decent, and it makes a noticeable difference in keeping the floors looking clean between deep cleans. Overall, it’s not perfect, but it’s definitely worth it for the convenience. My house stays cleaner, and I barely lift a finger—what more can you ask for?

I recently got the bObsweep Dustin in Navy, and it’s been a total game changer for keeping my floors clean. First off, the navy color looks sleek and stylish—not your typical boring robot vacuum look. It actually blends nicely with my home decor. The cleaning performance is excellent. It handles dust, pet hair, and everyday mess with no problem, and the mopping feature is a nice bonus for keeping floors fresh. The self-emptying base is such a relief—I don’t have to constantly empty the bin, and it keeps everything super low-maintenance. Navigation has been really smart too. It maps the rooms well, avoids obstacles, and doesn’t get stuck often like other vacuums I’ve tried. The app controls are easy to use, and I love being able to schedule cleanings or just start it while I’m out. Overall, the Dustin has made cleaning so much easier. My home feels consistently cleaner without me lifting a finger. Stylish, powerful, and convenient—couldn’t ask for more! It’s not perfect but worth it!

I have watched Dustin mapping and cleaning my house and I think it’s amazing how it is able to systematically clean. I have a dining table with six chairs and it is able to clean around inch chair leg and table legs without missing anything underneath the table. I believe it does a better job than I can do with the built in vacuum system. The first picture is the table and chairs and the second picture is the cleaning map created by Dustin and as you can see it cleaned all of the area under the table. Amazing!

(WWW) Works Wonderfully Well !! Simple instructions enabled my wife and I to put "Dustintime" together. (Our nickname for our little friend). Downloaded the App, did the necessary and away it went, First mapping it's terratory and then sweeping up dust and dirt. In notime it had covered our street-level 6 room house, including Living Room, 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry room. And we had to do nothing but sit back and watch as it did it's thing. We looked at each other, nodded and agreed, Money well spent

Impressed so far! We’ve had this guy for about a month and a half and have been very happy with his performance. We were a little disappointed initially, until we realized you can adjust the suction from low to high, and once we turned it up, it made all the difference! It does a very good job getting around the house, very rarely gets stuck, and the mapping is very impressive. I love the quick clean when the kids make a mess coming inside right now, with all the leaves on the ground. It’s great for keeping up with our two dogs and two cats. I would definitely recommend!

bObsweep-Dustin robot is my first experience with this sort of cleaning tool. I love it! It was easy to set up, watching a YouTube video made is very understandable. It is amazing to see how easily it moves around and goes home when the job is completed. What technology! I would give this little fellow 5 stars, it has worked like a champ from day one!

This does a pretty good job with having 2 cats and 2 dogs. Cleaning schedule is nice, and the mapping it pretty decent too. I have not tried the mopping option. There are 3 different settings for vacuum suction, so maybe the people that have bought it and complained it wasnt picking up everything had it on the low setting? I have it on the medium setting and it gets just about everything. It does about 500 sqft in under 50mins and maybe uses 20-30% of the battery. The only issue I have had so far is the self emptying. When it does it, its not sucking all the hair out of the bin, even when the bin is only 1/3 full of dirt/hair. Also to mention, I have tile and laminate flooring and just an entry rug.

I have been using this robot for a few days now and I am extremely happy. I rarely review things on Best Buy but I'd like to sing the praises of this thing because it really exceeded my expectations. PRICE First of all I did get it at an extremely discounted DOTD price of about $260. The MSRP is $1100 which is on the slightly higher end (but still pretty standard) for these dual vacuum/mop robots. Definitely try and wait for a sale since apparently this one is discounted pretty frequently (I see multiple reviews mentioning it) but in my opinion it's still worth it even at full price, I'm that happy with it. FIRST IMPRESSIONS This vacuum is gorgeous, I love the deep-black color, it just looks a bit more premium than others (I've owned a couple cheaper robot vacuums in the past that I didn't really like). It was packaged well and the setup process, including connecting to the app and wifi, was a breeze. The included instructions are clear and I wasn't left confused by anything. PERFORMANCE It's the performance and functionality that I'm most happy with, of course, particularly in terms of vacuuming. This thing really works and it works well. By default it's set to an eco mode, which I didn't realize because pretty much 99% of my house was spotless when it was done (not counting unreachable areas). I did end up increasing to medium power, since I own a dog that sheds a lot, which has been working perfectly. The high-power mode is obviously a little better, but it's very loud so in my opinion, not worth the trade-off. I was shocked to see that this thing can really handle carpets/rugs/etc which my previous robots couldn't do without getting stuck. This one rolled right along a long rug and under the sofa, and managed to get itself out without issue. It's a fairly tall, thick rug so this was a pleasant surprise. It also rolled on a bath mat and some anti-fatigue kitchen mats without creating any tears or snags whatsoever. Seriously impressive. On the medium power mode it takes about 30 minutes to cover the entirety of my small 1BR apartment which is fantastic in my opinion, and this timeframe has been consistent each time I've tested it. SELF-CLEANING SYSTEM It also cleans itself when it gets back to its charging base, and you can choose to either have it do this after a set number of cleans, after every clean, or you can just control when to empty it manually. The suction that cleans out the robot is extremely loud though (don't do this early in the morning or late at night), and I really dislike the bag system - it's a soft cotton-y bag with a small hole that captures the waste. It's difficult to empty debris out of this small hole, but I don't want to be buying a ton of bags so I'll still try to prolong their use as much as possible. The robot comes with one bag pre-installed in the base and one refill, I just wish they were had a larger hole or a zippered opening in the back or just some way to empty them out more easily. On the bright side the bags are extremely easy to put into the base as well as remove. PHONE APP The phone app has a ton of nifty features. The robot maps out a very basic layout of your house which you can modify by sectioning off rooms, creating no-sweep/no-mop areas, etc. It's actually weirdly fun to fiddle around with these options, and I was quite surprised to see how accurate the map of my apartment turned out to be. You also get a live view of where the robot is on the map when it's cleaning, so if an error code pops up or it does get stuck somewhere you can easily find it. It's also just cool to watch the vacuum do its thing and then see it's position on the map; I followed it around and easily mapped out the different rooms/areas in my apartment this way. Which is an amazing feature because once your space is all mapped out and rooms are labeled, you can have the vacuum "quick-clean" specific parts of the house (you can also just skip the labeling process by drawing squares with your finger and set it to quick-clean those - the vacuum will specifically target these areas for a few minutes, fantastic for small messes and such). I do wish that you could choose more than one room/one square to quick-clean at a time, though (it can only clean one section before returning to its base). Still, this is a very minor issue, since even if you're not home the app will tell you when the vacuum is charging again and you can just have it start cleaning the next area from there. MISCELLANEOUS The battery life is fantastic, and the product warranty is very good. I've also heard great things about the customer service though I haven't had to contact them myself. Overall I'm just extremely impressed by the performance and tech of this robot, I completely wrote off these devices years ago and now I'm here shouting from the rooftops about how much I love one of them. APP PERFORMANCE ISSUES A couple of other quibbles: while I do love the app and all the features it provides, it's a little finicky as an actual app. I have the Android version and it's frozen up/crashed a couple of times. But when it works it really does works, the UI is intuitive and it always does communicate my commands to the robot immediately. Still, I hope the app devs iron out the links so it runs better. My partner has the iPhone app and it seems to have the same issues but so far we've mainly used my phone for all of this so I can't really say for sure. MOP ATTACHMENT/PERFORMANCE Also for another quibble, the mop function is...good. Not as fantastic as the vacuum, but still good. I find that the eco mode for the mop is too weak for my hardwood floors, it leaves some streaks on this setting, but it is great on medium (though some circular streaks are inevitable). Just like with the vacuum, the high-power setting is just too loud, and not that much better performance-wise than simply keeping it on medium. I really dislike filling the water chamber with water, it has a very small hole and it's difficult to tell when it's filled to the max, so I always end up overfilling it slightly which is annoying. I wish the chamber were clear-colored to make it more obvious (I also wish the fill hole wasn't like a half-inch wide max in diameter). But the capacity of the very small water tank manages to work for my whole house without issue which is great, I appreciate never having to get up and refill it. The mop pad is easy to clean and the mop attachment comes on and off with a simple click/pull. Note - never ever put anything other than water into the chamber, it could damage the entire robot. I spray my floors with a water-vinegar dilution which helps get out deeper stains (I'm pretty sure you could spray anything onto the floors without risking damage to the robot, as long as liquid doesn't get poured directly inside). This combined with the medium power mode have worked great for me, and the no-mop zones you can create in the app work perfectly, I watched it move towards the rug underneath my couch and then nope in the opposite direction. I just think the mop feature is a bit more of an afterthought compared to the vacuum, I wish the chamber were totally different and I wish it didn't leave round circular streaks, but honestly for what it is it's very functional and it saves me so much time. All together though taking the pros and the cons, like I said, the mop function is "good" but not fantastic like the vacuum. Still totally worth using! ISSUES WITH ROLLING BRUSH Last quirk: like many other robot vacuums, the rolling brush at the bottom is a bit of a chore to clean. Thankfully the cover snaps off easily (no screwdriver required) and it's nice not having to also clean the innards of the vacuum since it does that on its own. I believe there are robot vacuums that don't use this kind of rolling brush anymore in favor of something that's easier to clean - I'm not sure what the alternatives are or how they work but for the price tag I do wish that this machine had one of them. CONCLUSION I think I covered everything there is to cover. To summarize, if you want an extremely solid robot vacuum I highly recommend this, even if you've been disappointed with others in the past. If you're mainly in it for the mop function, honestly I'd recommend going with a different robot, but again this machine is absolutely good enough for that if you don't mind some odd design choices. I just imagine there must be others that are more mop-oriented. At the end of the day, despite still being fairly young I've been dealing with some physical health issues as of late, so it's gotten a little harder to clean my apartment without wearing out at the end. With that in mind, this little machine has really dramatically improved my life. It can't do everything of course but it can do much much more than I expected to, and now it only takes me a couple of minutes a day to clean the areas that it can't get to. Highly, highly recommend this thing, one of the best purchases I've ever made.
