Received and set Dustin up this past weekend. So far, we are loving mostly everything. First off, he is packaged very well. There is a color poster on top as soon as you open explaining all of the parts in the box, has setup instructions and 2 QR codes, 1 for app to download and another for a how to video. I had a heard time syncing Dustin to the app because I have a dual router and Dustin only works on 2.4. I had to pause the 5g wifi temporarily and once I did, everything synced perfectly. After setup, I did not have to change to 2.4 anymore. Dustin has enough charge to map out my home as soon as I plugged it in. As soon it finished, it easily found its way back to the charging station in my laundry room. I am very impressed. I have all hard floors and no carpet. The vacuum touched every bit of floor it can reach. It went under the dining room table, in between chair and stool legs, under my bed, in my closet, in the bathrooms. It was really neat watching it go all around. Now for the fun part. Once it mapped the house out, I was able to label the room in the app and now I have so many options. I can have him clean the entire home or send him to just one room. Just this morning while at work, I sent him to clean the house from my cell phone. Dustin starts each room by going around the perimeter and uses the brush to brush the floor trim/baseboards before moving to the center and going back and forth in perfectly even lines. You can watch on the map in the app as he cleans and as he cleans a section, the map changes a different shade of the color letting you know that he has cleaned that section of the room or house. I have not used the mop feature and dont believe I intend to. That is not why we bought Dustin. I am very pleased with the sweep and vacuum performance and love that he always finds his way back to the charging station. There are 3 levels of suction. He is able to do the hard floors fine on the lowest but if you select the "quick clean" feature, he goes to level 3 and he does get a little louder. On 1, you can barely hear it but on 3, he sounds like a normal vacuum. We bought it on sale for around $219. Dont think I would pay $800 for any vacuum but my wife and I have had a robot vacuum on our radar so we decided to pull the trigger when we saw the price and so far, we are loving it. Good warranty as well. No regrets and highly recommend. I do believe it is worth the full retail price but us personally would not pay full retail. If you have the funds to splurge a bit or if it's on sale, pull the trigger! You won't be dissapointed.

We have really enjoyed "Dustin" so far. It was really easy to set up and the instructions were pretty clear and intuitive with the App. It does a good job of covering ground and learning the footprint of our home. The only downside is that it doesn't recognize when it is about to get trapped under a couch or recliner so I have to draw where it shouldn't sweep in the future. There's a solution to this with using the App. Another thing we noticed recently when opening the larger bag on the docking device is that there isn't as much dirt/dust/hair/etc than when we used a traditional vacuum. So we are suspecting that it may not be getting as much as a vacuum. We recently increased the strength and will see what happens. We are still trying to learn the "Maps" section as well and how it actually functions. Overall, we are really happy with the purchase and the device.

I absolutely love Bob,, wi-fi setup is quick and easy,, it's quiet and maps flawless, picks up pet hair and dust in corners ,,, I have throw rugs of different thickness which he has no problems cleaning and the large one he over laps each pass so no spots are missed... Self dumping and mopping is a big plus.

Bought this for my mom for Christmas and she loves it. Ran it on Christmas Day. Quiet and smart. Dustin has become a favorite at her house.

While I have not used the mop feature yet, I am pleasantly surprised by the vacuuming capabilities. I have two dogs and a cat and was hoping a nightly run of the vacuum would help keep my floors cleaner. While it will not replace a thorough once a week vacuum with my Dyson, it is certainly keeping my hardwood floors and rugs cleaner. I haven’t had any issues with the vacuum getting stuck or not running as programmed. Very satisfied with the product as well as the value for what I paid.

My cleaning robot is a total lifesaver. It glides around effortlessly, picking up dust, crumbs, and pet hair without missing a spot. The smart navigation and quiet operation make it perfect for daily use. I love coming home to spotless floors—it’s like magic, but with wheels and Wi-Fi.

My sister had a Bob Pet Hair SLAM, and it was such an incredible device that I did not think the little guy could be improved upon that much. Once I started looking for a Bob of my own, I found out this one was self-emptying!? The SLAM could already go 2-3 weeks without emptying in a 1200 sq ft home, so this seemed like a nice upgrade, maybe even overkill for our little luxury smart home lol! The one thing I did notice is the SLAM has a spin brush on each side, where this one only has one on the right side. Initially I was worried if that would impact performance, but then I remembered Bob would always go around the edges with his right side exclusively anyway. Plus, another reviewer reported that this model has much greater suction power, so I assumed the engineers figured it wasn't really helping at this point to have another on the left.

We have had Dustin for a few months now and I must admit that i was hesitant about these types of vacuums. The question that I have now is why I didnt purchase Dustin earlier. Owning a lighter hair dog and dark wood floors, it seems that your floor is always dusty and dirty. Dustin takes care of that! Dustin created a detailed map of my 1st floor and he can be scheduled, sent to a room or a specific spot! Love it!

We bought this vacuum for the finished basement, and it does a wonderful job! It mapped out the rooms and now does straight lines and does not anything. Completes our 1400-1500 sq ft basement on one charge, it is quiet, and I would recommend it to anyone. Just a month old, but so far, all good.

I have had my Dustin BobSweep for a while. I use him only for vacuuming. The mop feature was not worthwhile - just left a lot of water everywhere - therefore, a four star rating. My Dustin was not emptying, causing me extra work. One day decided to adjust the bag slightly and to my surprise the self empty feature began to function. I find the mapping feature fairly easy to use and I schedule half my home for Tuesday evening cleaning and the remainder for Thursday evening. Basically, set it and forget it - so easy!

I like my Dustin very much. I used it for more than a 6 month before writing this review. It moves fast and very agile. The self empty function is great and the dust bag is huge. It can hold months of dirt before the bag needs to be discarded. Really helping with quick clean, you can set up for specific day and time and you just enjoy.

The vacuum overall is a great working machine. It operates well, cleans and mops the floors well and is only loud for 30 seconds during emptying. The product picks up my huskies hair like a breeze and gets over doorways and under tables and chairs great!

We love our Dustin! Have a pethair slam downstairs and wanted another for upstairs. DUSTIN is perfect. All the power and functionality plus self emptying. Dustin has more suction than two other brands I have tried and more suction levels (three plus none for mopping) to choice from. It can do two large bedrooms, tv room, and bathroom on high suction and still have plenty of battery left. The app is super functional making it easy to change settings etc. It creates a detailed map that you can use to vacuum select rooms if you want. Love the self emptying and not having to empty the base. We having four cats so to check its performance against our upright I checked dustin's bin before he self emptied and Dustin is comparable to the upright plus goes under beds where the upright can't. On high suction it is a little louder but no where near an upright with equal performance. On high I can hear it from other rooms but not if it goes under a bed and not much need to turn up the TV when it come in the room.

It does the job to vacuum and mop the kitchen floor daily. It does every corner of the kitchen. So far, I have no issue to map the floor and create no sweep/mop zones outside the kitchen areas.

I got this during a Deal of the Day, and so far the experience has been great. It vacuums well, and the mopping is decent. Overall, it’s a great purchase for the price I paid. The mapping feature is also excellent — you can easily select specific areas to clean directly from the map on your phone.

I’ve been a fan of this company from day one. They never disappoint and their customer service is second to none. Dustin has been a welcome addition to my Bobsweep family. I currently have the Slam and Vision and like to use them all in separate areas of the house. Dustin completes the set as it wasted no time in mapping and cleaning the house. You can tell right away there’s more power and it’s picking up more than the Slam and the quiet mode is exceptional. You can't hear it at all. After having the Slam, I was hoping they’d release a self emptying unit. I’m so glad it finally happened. We have 2 cats and 1 dog and running this everyday really makes a big difference. The house has never been cleaner and we don't have to vacuum everyday so we have much more time back.

I love my Dustin. My daughter heard me saying how good it cleaned that she had to get one. I use the app for scheduling or spot cleaning 1 room at a time. The suction is very strong. And getting started is easy. This might be a small machine but dont let it fool you!! I especially like using the mop and always having a clean kitchen floor.

Absolutely love this lil guy. The bObsweep app is easy to use, works well and gives you an easy to use way to control your robot and set up routines and zones. The zoning and routines makes this guy simultaneously an easy to use household product while also being something you don't have to think about. What surprised me and I love is how well it cleans, for a lil robot it packs a lot of suction and leaves my 2 kitty home clean all the time.
