We were not going to purchase a new one of these as we had a model from a few years ago. Imagine our suprise when we found this at an awesome price. And so glad we did. Superior cleaning, even with two dogs. Very powerful and the wet floor cleaning option is just great!

The fact that Dustin came with his own birth certificate was the icing on the cake for this amazing robot vacuum. Dustin maps out our house perfectly and has taken the load off of by taking over two of our most daunting chores. He works best if you clear the way for him, he tends to get caught up if you leave things on the floor (ex. Cat toys), but otherwise he is amazing! We have yet to use the mop feature, but it seems pretty simple to use. The self emptying feature is also a plus! Definitely adopt Dustin into your family if you are looking for a great quality robot vaccum/mop.

Dustin is great! I've not seen any problem with his functions so far. It's easy to use the app to control him. He goes wherever you tell him to go. The first time he maps if there's nothing to mess him up he will map your entire floor without missing a spot. Make sure you set him on low so it won't take much battery while he's mapping if your floor is big. I only use him for downstairs and I don't do schedule because I'd like to move some stuff out of the way (like chairs, floor mats...) every time I let him vacuum or mop and put them back after he's done. But it would be good to schedule him to do the vacuum every few days or so when you're on vacation. Every corners of my house are clean now without any dust. I'm really happy!

This is my first robot vacuum, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect—but I’m very impressed! Setup was quick and easy, and it started cleaning right away without any hassle. I use it on hard floors and rugs. Love it. Great performance. It is user friendly, saves me a lot of time . I am planning buying another one very soon.

This Dustin is reliable with good battery life. It also is smarter than my eufy that liked to get stuck daily.

I love it! I have mostly laminate floors with a few scatter rugs, takes a few times vacuuming to get its map done, after that I was able to place the no mop zones on the map and it went around them perfectly. You can set it to low medium or high which is nice, less noisy on low, more suction on high, not too loud. Love how it will self empty itself! I almost didn’t buy because of some reviews, glad I didn’t listen and tried for myself!!!

My Dustin is doing a great cleaning job. Better than expected. The best it cleans is when I combine sweep and mop together. Also I like the feature of splitting the rooms using map and use quick clean for a particular room. I am loving it.

This robot vac is phenomenal with some cons. It picks up the smallest particles and leaves the area spotless. It maps, vacuum , mop, and roam the room very well and it can do my main level (800sq ft) and have remaining battery power of 35-40%. The only con is the mop. I wish the Dustin could switch from vacuum to mop on its own but it cant. You have to manually remove when you only need to vacuum and reconnect the mop pad when you need to mop. This becomes frustrating when setting a schedule.

Vacuum is quiet and very quickly cleans the house. Picks up all the pet hair with no issues. It is a bit loud when it empties itself.

I purchased this unit to replace an older vacuum that didn’t work too well. I am realizing that all of these vacuums won’t suck up all the dust from kitchen floors and carpets as with a regular vacuum. These things are for the lazy, or those who are unable to push a regular vacuum throughout the house. Like I said in the title, this thing will create straight lines in your carpet, and it does pick up some dust, but not all. If you don’t want to do a deep cleaning, this is your unit.

We tried 3 other robot vacs & returned all. Dustin connected and setup quickly. App is easy to use and this vacuum cleans extremely well.

Bottom Line, why would anyone pay more? We got this for $199 on a deal of the day. It is amazing, I am trying to think of a feature it does not have and can't. It vacuums well, mops well, and the APP gives you complete control. One of the best designs I have seen. It vacuums UNDER THE BEDS and around every table leg. Truly amazing. We love Dustin! We have had the best experience with this product. Dustin maps the rooms well and listens when you mark off locations that the product should not be going to. Dustin also makes sure to get every corner and keeps our floor clean and feeling great. the moping function also works well. I like to have Dustin mop at least twice a week and we are never disappointed with the moping experience. Our floor has never looked better. My family has also purchased one themselves after we provided our feedback and they love it as well.

I have one bObsweep Dustin at my home, and one at my commercial building. The technology and ease of use is far superior to any robot vacuum I've had in the past. Not only that, but the one in my commercial building actually SAVES me money as I then don't have to hire a cleaner for vacuuming, and it gets done more often! Dustin is my very first robot vacuum and I’m not joking when I say he has been life-changing! No matter how tired I am, my floors are clean EVERY day now. Unfortunately, he hasn’t really been a match for my coarse, type 3C hair, but Dustin comes with a little tool for cutting hair out of the sweeping brush. I did have problems with the mop attachment not working when I first got Dustin, but customer service was super nice and patient in helping me try to trouble shoot. When nothing worked, they sent me a new attachment as Dustin was still under warranty and now he mops just fine. I raved about Dustin so much to my friends that they got their own for Christmas and named her Roberta!

I should have purchased this a long time ago. Mapping and vacuuming are excellent on my hardwood, tile and low pile carpets. I scheduled a vacuuming of the kitchen and dining room every morning and do a whole house cleaning once a week or as needed. The mop function won't pick up dried stains that need manual scrubbing but I expected that. I'd give it 4.9 Stars instead of five because the app could be a little better.

We have been using Dustin for a few months now and for the most part he’s been doing a good job there have been times we have had to rescue him from himself. It gets confused and just stop. If you move your furniture around by just a couple inches it will throw off his floor plan and will have to start a new one. If you have pet. It is going to eat up all the hair and you’ll have to paint it out like you were a regular vacuum he does very well on hardwood floors he even gets in the corners hard to believe if you get a discount on it then it’s well worth trying.
