Great product. Does a great job sweeping. Only issue is it can get stuck on rugs with accent strings

The bObsweep Dustin has been such a time saver. Having a small dog that sheds and a newborn means there's little time to clean which is such a necessity but this has taken some of that burden away. The technology for the robot to navigate the house and vacuum around objects is amazing, we've only run into a couple issues and that's due to a slightly slanted kitchen floor (old house problems) otherwise it's been great!

This is one of the best investments I've ever made. The vacuum is easy to use and has excellent suction. I especially like that it cleans itself. The only thing i have to do is turn it on from my phone and lift my legs up when it starts cleaning where i am sitting. I'm very happy with my bob.

Robot vacuum cleaner is my favorite. The quality is super good and it cleans excellently.

Returned iRoomba 9+ for this one. This one is a lot more quiet without giving up sucking power. Also, this was on sale with $850 off retail price. I am skeptical of the retail price but nevertheless, we did save $850.

Got my wife this as an anniversary gift. She says its the best gift I've ever gotten her LOL. This is our first robotic vacuum super easy to set up and connect. House looks cleaner than ever! Bobsweep you have a new lifelong customer!!

This is my firs robot vacuum and I am not dissapointed. Was very surprised by how quiet the unit is, expected way more noise. It has been doing a great job and is very through. I found the app easy to use

We bought this unit on sale and pick it up early in January. Initial setup was great and it mapped the house as much as needed on first charge and finished it on the second try (2000 sf house). I scheduled the cleanings for sweeping, to test how well it does. We have a cat, plus a combination of tile and carpets throughout. I have to say that it cleans 90% of the tile surface and pretty good job on carpet. So after two weeks of just sweeping, I tried to do mopping. App does not do "mop-only", so it does vacuum and mop together. After setting up "no-mop" zones and let it, when to the first area and was struggling with the mopping. Also, it screwed up the mapping that it had recorded, adding areas outside the house walls. I decided to stop this, and reset the map. Well, looks like the navigation may have been screwed, because now it has the house layout not aligned to N-S, maybe a 15-deg tilt to the left. I saw videos on possible solutions, including hard reset of unit. I'm going to try mopping again since it has remapped the house, to see if I need to do the hard reset. I'll probably do two different area schedules: carpeted rooms, and tile rooms. It is true that the unit's hole connected to base won't do a good job emptying into the bag; i have to manually empty the bin, especially when it goes through carpeted areas. Also, the app only lets you do one room for quick cleaning. I wish it lets you do several rooms without resolving to schedule. Also, I wish the app does a phone push notification to let you know of any issues. You have to open the app to check. I got a good deal though; paid only close to $280 for mopping and sweeping, plus SLAM and LiDAR mapping, so it's ok.

It seems to do the job, no issues whatsoever. Seems durable, strong suction and mopping is better than our previous. Looking good for long term mileage

This was the first robot vacuum that we adopted and brought into our home when it was on deal at Best Buy. Dustin is fast and efficient and setup/mapping were easy. Although I had to map 3 times as it kept giving me an error. Vacuuming is good, although a little loud on the highest suction setting. It would be nice if it had two side brushes rather than only one. Mopping is great. Mops good enough for weekly maintenance. We have laminate and carpet and Dustin works well on both. I wish it had a low water indicator to indicate that it needs filling. The quality of the mop could have been better.

What can I say. We got this A decent discount and expected a somewhat of a discount type of item and that was not the case. This is exactly what I would expect from a $1000 unit. The app is built and supported as expected as well. The only issue we have is the mapping. You have to run a few “clean” mapping runs before you can make the mop and vacuum areas. What I mean by “clean” is not having non normal things out like a Christmas tree or other decorations that could cause the cleaning map to glitch here and there. Outside of that this is an amazing unit.

We have pets and kids and both sets, do not cleanup as well as they should! We also have hardwood and a couple of rooms with carpet. With a little light from Dustin, you can see all the pet hair and dust along edges of the floor and especially under the beds. On Dustin’s first run, he sucked up most everything. I probably should have done a light vaccum beforehand, however, since I did not, this put Dustin to the test! And Dustin passed. After a while, I forgot about Dustin and had to check to see if he made it back. The mapping was easy and Dustin found his way back to charge. I did call customer service a few days later to ask a couple of questions and Daniel provided all the answers and solutions. For my family and home, Dustin does exactly what we needed.

Easy to use and keeps the floors clean. I have a dog that sheds a lot and with this vacuum I’ve noticed there is less dog hair on the floors.

Unfortunately, this robot was a disappointment and got returned. The real deal-breaker is that, new-out-of-the-box, it could not vacuum my whole downstairs (1,100sf) in one charge. It wasn’t all bad though, but mostly bad. It’s unfortunate, because I really like some pf the pros to it… let me list my pros and cons: PROS: American company (the only one for robot vacuums I believe) They’re using American servers for your data. There’s no camera on the device. Auto-emptying the sweeper is cool, and not all do that still. This little robot will charge over large thresholds/room transitions like a champ. CONS Can’t sweep my whole house in one go. THIS IS NOT A MOPPING ROBOT, by my definition. This is a vacuum robot with a mopping afterthought, and it doesn’t work… leading to my next comment… It does not differentiate between floor types - it rolls over carpet, rugs, tile, etc and does not change methodologies. Most robots today recognize carpet and suck harder. Also, not recognizing rugs means the mop drags over anything in the room. The roller brush is small, and the ends don’t come off, making it hard to clear raveled debris/hair. For as much suction as this machine is supposed to have, it really doesn’t pick up much. My 3,100 suction bot does better than this one. I had to throw a piece of dog food in front of it 6 times before it finally swept it up. It is a noisy machine. The map of my house was really strange at first, but kept evolving… still though, most machines can figure out that 2 bedrooms aren’t the same room pretty fast, and Dustin struggled, and made the rooms look like much more interesting shapes than they are (unless there’s an archipelago in my closet/walls that I’m not aware of). SUMMARY I did return my Dustin, which is sad because I was beyond excited for him. Honestly, no other company is American in this industry. This model is really lagging in comparison to the Chinese companies though. In addition to the features lacking above, I’d like to see a model with rotating mop heads, auto-cleaning of the mop, auto-refilling, and mop heads that lift on carpet.

Love the way the vacuum maps the house. Very convenient not having to empty the vacuum. Works better than my irobot.

Neat little smart robot vacuum cleaner. First couple of days while he was mapping the whole house were a little hands on. Make sure you don't have anything laying on the floor & keep all your doors open while he's doing his initial mapping of your home. Once the map gets made on the app you can set up vacuum only rooms and vac/mop areas. It's pretty cool what you can set him to do. He works better then my previous two smart vaccum cleaners. Dustin leaves a nice pattern in the carpet everyday the floors look great. If you can afford one of these smart mapping robots I'd highly recommend getting one.

We purchased this about a month ago as a “deal of the day”. It was under $200 and has been a great addition to our household of cleaning products. It does occasionally get stuck on cords, but moving out the way before scheduled cleans have worked for us. It also helps my child keep the floor clean of toys since she thinks the Robo Vac will “eat” them!

I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. It doesn’t miss a spot once you map it out and it really does a good job vacuuming. She hasn’t used the mop feature yet, but if it’s as good as the vacuum setting it will be great.

I'm a first time owner of a robot vacuum and I'm very pleased with bObsweep Dustin. Having 2 fur babies, Dustin keeps our floors clean. Doesn't make a loud noise and easy to use. The best Best Buy Deal of the Day!
