My mother had a triple bypass surgery in Dec 2022. She was still able to do light household tasks. She had a pacemaker installed on Monday and from a distance, I knew I had to take immediate action to make her life better, especially knowing she would have difficulty cleaning her floors. I got her Dustin, and I haven’t heard her this happy in years! She says it’s like having a pet that cleans, and she doesn’t have to feed it! Worth every penny and then some!

The vacuum cleaner is okay, but I haven't tried cleaning the house yet, so maybe it's okay too

I gave average only because I was not able to connect to the internet, and you have to have wi-fi to work. We live in the sticks, and have sub-par internet. So we had to return it.

Dustin has worked great, he's tried to go under the couch a few times but once we are done playing hide n seek, he goes back to work.

Great convenience! I but this for a new house to remotely vacuum the entire first floor and after it mapped the surroundings it works great. I also was influenced by sale price.

Dustin has been wonderful! The set schedule where he cleans the whole house has been incredible. I love the patterns he leaves on the carpet too! It’s not just random. Only thing that I would say needs improvement is the mopping. I have it set on deep and it just does 3 small spots on the mop. Other than that he’s been amazing and there’s been no problems!

A gift for my parents was easy to set up and use. They have nothing but good thing to say it has been a welcomed addition to there home.They have told all there friends about there new vacuum. Who new one could be so excited about a vacuum.

I have a Golden Retriever that sheds constantly and I schedule Bob every other day to take care of the vacuuming. The mopping is great as well.

The BobSweep Pet Hair Slam falls short with subpar suction, frustrating controls, and a hefty $1100 price tag, failing to meet premium expectations. The manual mop attachment and single side brush add inconvenience, while haphazard cleaning patterns disappoint in thoroughness, making it a less-than-ideal investment.

This little robot is a game changer. My fiance is pregnant and I work alot and it helps so much. I did rename him dus-in. Happy with purchase.

Works great, needs a little suction, easy to set-up

Had an old Bobsweep. This one blows it away, more powerful suction and better mapping. Wish I had this a long time ago.

It takes forever to map out the house, but it works great. Also does a decent job mopping.

Run the vacuum every day. Helps clean up the dog hair on the floor. Only concern is that the hair cam clog up and you have to remove the blockage.
