It’s been working just fine . We haven’t used the mop option yet though.

this item stopped working properly after 4 months of use. First sensor stopped and then sweeper only swept half of area designated and swept same area over and over. Recommend read reviews before purchasing.

great robot, base was clogged. Cleared and wow!! nice bot!!!

The verdict is still out but the first two times I used the vacuum it would not empty into the station. I did get help from the support and cleaned it out. It did empty the third time. I haven’t used the mop feature yet. A more detailed manual would have been helpful.

Almost new and it doesn't work, first of all, i have to sweep the whole house before ibset loose the robot vacuum, i have both, carpet (very low burlap carpet) and tiles, i sweep everything and put away everything and move all furniture and the floor lamps and decoration to the place tha match the floor map in the software, 2nd the mop function doesn't do a thing but leave a water trail behind it, the tiles are still dirty, 3rd now remember I already swept, 90% of my loose hair, the dog hair has already been picked up, but the roller still manage to get tangled with dog hair and my hair, when I attempted to clean the roller found out that is not an easy task, if you want to get to the right and left side of the roller you have to unscrew the part over the roller, not an easy tast since the screws are so tiny that you cant find a screw driver small enough, I found one, the tiny screw disappeared from my night stand almod immediately, never to be found again,

Sweeps pretty well but has trouble going over thresholds.
