||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In theory it sounds great that you can create no-go zones on the map so the vacuum doesn’t encounter problems. The problem is, you have to let it run into the no-go zones in order for it to map it. So it will get caught on wires under desks and tumble down short stairs. We have a set of short stairs, and I’m guessing the lidar doesn’t realize the floor it’s detecting is a different level, so it keeps trying to get down to the floor it detects and eventually takes a tumble. Save yourself money and buy a MUCH cheaper vacuum.
