The first one died in a day. The customer service was superb and had another one on its way very quickly. Hope the first one was an anomaly.

I just replaced my bobsweep standard (moved to basement), with the Orb-i. My standard has worked great for years and will probably work for another few years. I was so impressed with the standard that I decided on another bobsweep, the Orb-i. It was easy to setup, mapped my upstairs, and does a great job of cleaning and is very quiet. Scheduling and room selections are a really nice feature. The Orb-i app works great. Really nice app and robot!

Its stupid robot, never find the charger , clean good but mop its also nothing , dont like at all

The sensor failed by the stairs and rolled down the stairs and went threw the wall in a brand new house I would not recommend this

Dont do it - price is low, and there is a good reason for that.

Doesn not clean specific rooms that it’s assigned too.

Not the best, the vacuum only has one brush and it leaves a lot of trash behind.

Can’t navigate is lost all the time stops in the middle of straight away with errors on bumper and lift wheel. I have contacted Support and they recommended removing the battery and replacing it. However, it’s still a dumb robot. I bought this as an extra because I love my other two so much but they are sharks, and perform perfectly

Dustin (whom we call Bob) arrived quickly with an adorable birth announcement on the package. Easy in packaging and set up. Super clear instructions and videos. Bob started vacuuming right away and it was great to see our custom map develop on the app. The map is fully customizable to divide rooms and mark no sweep areas. His sensors are great! Good at mopping, too! We had a little snafu but customer service is top notch! They really go above and beyond. Self emptying feature is my fav! Very pleased!

I have 2 labs and it does not sweep up dog hair. Does not get close enough to walls. It also does not sense if something in its way. It seems to remap as it goes so you can not keep doors open to rooms you do not want it to go. I was so excited to get this but am very disappointed.

Doesn’t pick up all the dirt. I’ll sit and watch it and it’ll go right over most debris.

Not worth the money even on sale . This robot turned on twice on its own and sucked up things laying around like my dogs leash . Also this does a lousy job vacuuming and mopping . I don’t even like using it .

it is not great .. i just bought a few months and already has so many problem!!! going to send in for repairs.. i regret this purchase

You get what you pay for I guess. Bought this because it was a deal of the day and had decent reviews. It literally ran for 3 minutes then said it had a dust bin error and no matter what I do I couldn't get it to clear and customer service was no help at all

Vaccum was only able to last 45 minutes on high vaccum power, and only completed 500 sq ft before is was completely dead. Also leaves quite a bit of stuff behind. Disappointed in a product that retails for $1099.99, maybe thats why is so heavily discounted.

This vacuum cleaner has only one cleaning brush, whereas others typically come with two. During its initial use, it detached twice, requiring me to search for it around the house each time. This is a poorly designed product, and I intend to return it."

Cannot get WiFi to work. Something is wrong with it connecting. Would not recommend

Bought this sweep on sale. Definitely not worth it. Roomba is way superior
