The fact that Dustin came with his own birth certificate was the icing on the cake for this amazing robot vacuum. Dustin maps out our house perfectly and has taken the load off of by taking over two of our most daunting chores. He works best if you clear the way for him, he tends to get caught up if you leave things on the floor (ex. Cat toys), but otherwise he is amazing! We have yet to use the mop feature, but it seems pretty simple to use. The self emptying feature is also a plus! Definitely adopt Dustin into your family if you are looking for a great quality robot vaccum/mop.

Love it’s cleaning power and thoroughness. App could be easier to use but not bad. Can use without the app but best to use its Haven’t tried the mopping feature yet. On sale it was a smokin’ deal well worth the price! My 95 year old OCD mom is thrilled- she was still vacuuming multiple times a week- usually thinks she’s thenonly one who can do it well enough

Dustin is great! I've not seen any problem with his functions so far. It's easy to use the app to control him. He goes wherever you tell him to go. The first time he maps if there's nothing to mess him up he will map your entire floor without missing a spot. Make sure you set him on low so it won't take much battery while he's mapping if your floor is big. I only use him for downstairs and I don't do schedule because I'd like to move some stuff out of the way (like chairs, floor mats...) every time I let him vacuum or mop and put them back after he's done. But it would be good to schedule him to do the vacuum every few days or so when you're on vacation. Every corners of my house are clean now without any dust. I'm really happy!

We love Dustin! We have had the best experience with this product. Dustin maps the rooms well and listens when you mark off locations that the product should not be going to. Dustin also makes sure to get every corner and keeps our floor clean and feeling great. the moping function also works well. I like to have Dustin mop at least twice a week and we are never disappointed with the moping experience. Our floor has never looked better. My family has also purchased one themselves after we provided our feedback and they love it as well.

This robot vac is phenomenal with some cons. It picks up the smallest particles and leaves the area spotless. It maps, vacuum , mop, and roam the room very well and it can do my main level (800sq ft) and have remaining battery power of 35-40%. The only con is the mop. I wish the Dustin could switch from vacuum to mop on its own but it cant. You have to manually remove when you only need to vacuum and reconnect the mop pad when you need to mop. This becomes frustrating when setting a schedule.

So far better than expected! We had 2 other brand vacuums before this and felt they did a good job. These are AMAZING! Yes they are a little pricey, but they do a great job cleaning and it is simple to change the bag. You can hear it when it empties at the charging station, but only lasts a short bit. Mapping is fantastic! I highly recommend getting one or if like us, two!

I bought this to help keep up with my 2 heavy shed dogs. This vacuum did the trick! Easy to set up. Contents well packaged. SO user friendly. I have noticed a big difference in the amount of pet hair on my floor. It's keeping up beautifully. Amazing on hardwood and linoleum. Recommended by a friend who has carpet and she said hers does great on that as well. Can't wait to try the mop feature next! Was so thankful to find it on sale when I did.

Dustin is my very first robot vacuum and I’m not joking when I say he has been life-changing! No matter how tired I am, my floors are clean EVERY day now. Unfortunately, he hasn’t really been a match for my coarse, type 3C hair, but Dustin comes with a little tool for cutting hair out of the sweeping brush. I did have problems with the mop attachment not working when I first got Dustin, but customer service was super nice and patient in helping me try to trouble shoot. When nothing worked, they sent me a new attachment as Dustin was still under warranty and now he mops just fine. I raved about Dustin so much to my friends that they got their own for Christmas and named her Roberta!

I am in love with Dustin! He's only lived with me for a week, but he settled in quickly, follows directions well, generally stays out of the way, and does a good job of cleaning. My biggest issue is the lack of instructions. Between the manual and online videos, I've gradually pieced together everything I need to know. But it would be nice if it was all in one place. I'm still learning how the maps work. The edge brush wouldn't stay on but I finally figured out how that works. Dustin has a filter and I could find absolutely nothing about where it goes. I accidently figured it out when I opened the mop attachment. I don't plan on using the mop function. As a vacuum he is a great guy!

This is my first robot anything. So far, I've been quite pleased with it. I have hardwood floors and some rugs and 'Dusty' has tackled it all quite well. Having 3 maps is great - one for each level. I only have to move him and let him feed. I have not used the mop feature, so I won't comment on it. I would recommend not using the vacuum for a first time cleaning or heavy dirty/debris. These things are great at day-to-day maintaining to prevent the buildup!

Excellent overall sweeper and mop in one. Really like the self emptying feature. Mapping feature is also very convenient. Allows me to section off areas that I don’t want The robot to go into. Did have a problem with the mopping attachment, not releasing water but a quick call into Customer Service and they have solved the issue sending me out a new mopping attachment.

Skeptical at first because he kept bumping into things and getting stuck. And after I let it run a couple of times to complete cycle and the mapping was complete. This little guy does his job flawlessly I am so happy with the purchase ,if I could just figure out how to keep my dog calm and stop trying to attack it. It will be great all the way. P.S I don’t recommend this product at over 1000 bucks though. If you can get it on sale for a extreme extreme discount like I did jump on it.

I love my Dustin. I’ve had robot vacuums before but with fewer features. This one is great because of the mapping capabilities and app. I love being able to control it from my phone (set schedules). It is quick and efficient vs my other one that randomly roves and doesn’t clean everywhere. I have 2 cats and the auto emptying feature is a blessing. I plan to get a second one for upstairs.

Bobsweep by far exceeded my expectations. I have other robot vacs, this ine works much better. It was easy to set up, and the app is great. I have more time to do other things while bobsweep is doing its thing. Can’t go wrong.

Love this machine! It is able to sense and work around a variety of obstacles. Its self cleaning feature worked flawlessly. Changing out the mop feature isnt hard at all. Drawbacks. The unit has a piece on the top of it that prevents it frum going under certain drawers. The mop doesn’t drop a lot of water when mopping. The mop bin and dust bin are the same so you have to remove it and let it dry after use which makes it unable to vacuum elsewhere after mopping.

Took the leap and upgraded to Dustin from my j7+. The mapping with Lidar is worlds better than the Roomba’s camera system. Dustin has been doing a great job with the hair (1 German shepherd and 2 cats), however vacuuming the hair into the base has been iffy as some wads of hair have gotten stuck. Also, with Dustin being a newer product, I don’t know if there are many compliant accessories out there. Overall, we’ve loved the ease of use and functionality at the sale price.

I have to give this vac a 5 star review because for the price, nothing can beat it that is under $300. The navigation it top notch, the bin empties nicely, it picks up well enough for my needs on a hard floor with a low pile rug. Yes, there are many robot vacuums that are more feature rich and perform better in ways but it will cost you many times more than this one. I use the mopping feature about once every couple of weeks and it does well for light cleanings.

This is my second Bobsweep vacuum as well as my second Dustin. After having a bobsweep pet hair vision for years, it was time to upgrade to newer technology. We were so happy with our old vacuum that we went with bobsweep again when Dustin went on sale. After about a month, Dustin started to throw a dustbin error. I could not fix the error, so i contacted Bobsweep via email and within a week i had a new Dustin ready to rock. Bobsweep is and has been a great company. With the performance of Dustin on our carpet and hardwood, and the mapping technology being spot on, we'll be happy for years to come. PS: The pethair vision is still going strong, it just doesn't have the lidar mapping we love.
