Looking for a robot vacuum and came across bObsweep-Dustin. Living with a Golden Retriever, I was concerned Dustin would not do the job but I was pleasantly surprised at the job it did. The self mapping feature is great as I don't have to move everything out of it way. Would definitely recommend.

This is one of the best investments I've ever made. The vacuum is easy to use and has excellent suction. I especially like that it cleans itself. The only thing i have to do is turn it on from my phone and lift my legs up when it starts cleaning where i am sitting. I'm very happy with my bob.

Dustin has been working wonderfully, and I’m especially impressed with the mapping function. It accurately scans the room and does an excellent job.

Quickly adjusts his navigation in an apt. where obstacles change almost daily, and doesn't complain. He even flipped up the edge of a rug which has fringe so it doesn't get sucked in. Haven't tried mopping feature yet.

So far so good, I have only used it for vacuuming. We have a lab that sheds a lot and its been crazy seeing just how much hair Dustin picks up. One of the features i love about it so far is that you can save multiple maps. Something that was not able to be done in another robot vacuum i have. This makes it easy to do different levels of a home.  Another feature that I love about it is that you can track the robot on the map as it cleans. You know where it has cleaned because thay particular color of the map is shaded a lighter color. This is also something I was not able to do with my other robot The only knock so far and its minor,  is when I used it the first time to map the home. For some reason map was a it crooked. Can't adjust it as the only option for adjusting is 90 degree turns. Deleted map and mapped again and it was a bit better but still not straight. Mapped it a third time and it was finally straight.

Have had this for a few weeks and I am loving it! So much quieter than our previous iRobot. We have about 1700sq ft on the main floor and when I wake up it’s all clean. Love it.

Dustin the vacuum is awesome ! Highly recommended, self emptying easy set up , easy map set up.

Dustin has been a big help in keeping the floors free of small debris. Its quite thorough and fairly quiet. The only issues with the vacuum part is that the rollers will get tangled with hair and the small brush will lose shape fairly quickly. The app is quite useful and simple to understand. The mapping feature works but can get drawn incorrectly if you pick Dustin up and move him. The weakest part of Dustin is the mopping. It works but that's about it. The mop rag doesn't evenly apply the water and the rag can interfere with Dustin's mobility. In short, pass on Dustin at retail but if the sale is good and mopping isn't crucial, Dustin will get the job done.

Love my Dustin, he maps the area out so well and gets to work. Only flaw so far is that the brush falls out at times if it encounters something on the floor. Other than that, it works great, I love that it also mops!

I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. It doesn’t miss a spot once you map it out and it really does a good job vacuuming. She hasn’t used the mop feature yet, but if it’s as good as the vacuum setting it will be great.

‘Dustin’ by BObsweep works very well when there is no dust on the bumper sensor. When it gets in a tight place it errors & stops. Why this is a concern I have a previous generation (w/o WiFi & LiDar) that I still use & it never collects dust on the bumper plate. Overall Dustin works well w/vacuum & over carpet. Haven’t used mop feature yet. If you’re ok w/having to check for troubleshooting frequently then purchase while on sale, otherwise find a different model. The reason I tried this model ‘Dustin’ while still having a BObsweep that works: WiFi, LiDar, Program Sweep zones, these features work when no dust is on the bumper when in tight places.

After setting up our “Lola Bob” we followed it as proud parents, as it made its way around the house for the first time. We marveled at how it made a map of our home that we could separate into different rooms. On one occasion “Lola Bob” got stranded behind a door that we had inadvertently left partially closed & we “rescued” it as if we were picking up one of our children. Needless to say, we love having our new family member as it keeps our home floor dust free & saves us the workload & cost of having to Swiffer our floors twice weekly.

This is a great vacuum if you have a one story house aka condo or a ranch style house. Only get it if you have a hard wood floor because it comes with mop too.

The Dustin Robot is great! It's much better than my old Philips. The robot is super quiet, fast, and easy to use, and I adore transferring dust from the robot to the base station, it is super comfy. Thank you for such a high quality product!

I don’t have to hire a maid. This product is an excellent for my family. Downloading the app onto your phone and program the rooms and areas you would like sweeping and mopping as needed are great. My husband can watch TV and help me around the house too. What more can you ask for?

Excellent product, fast, Good and quiet, works perfectly.

Returned iRoomba 9+ for this one. This one is a lot more quiet without giving up sucking power. Also, this was on sale with $850 off retail price. I am skeptical of the retail price but nevertheless, we did save $850.

We have named our Sweeper "Bob". He has quickly become a valued family member !!! Bob is the only one in the house that cleans without complaint. He is very thorough and conscientious in his work. I would buy it again. Kelley

Good sale price does a good job! Have to stay on top of cleaning the roller. Gets pretty clogged after about two runs.

We bought this unit on sale and pick it up early in January. Initial setup was great and it mapped the house as much as needed on first charge and finished it on the second try (2000 sf house). I scheduled the cleanings for sweeping, to test how well it does. We have a cat, plus a combination of tile and carpets throughout. I have to say that it cleans 90% of the tile surface and pretty good job on carpet. So after two weeks of just sweeping, I tried to do mopping. App does not do "mop-only", so it does vacuum and mop together. After setting up "no-mop" zones and let it, when to the first area and was struggling with the mopping. Also, it screwed up the mapping that it had recorded, adding areas outside the house walls. I decided to stop this, and reset the map. Well, looks like the navigation may have been screwed, because now it has the house layout not aligned to N-S, maybe a 15-deg tilt to the left. I saw videos on possible solutions, including hard reset of unit. I'm going to try mopping again since it has remapped the house, to see if I need to do the hard reset. I'll probably do two different area schedules: carpeted rooms, and tile rooms. It is true that the unit's hole connected to base won't do a good job emptying into the bag; i have to manually empty the bin, especially when it goes through carpeted areas. Also, the app only lets you do one room for quick cleaning. I wish it lets you do several rooms without resolving to schedule. Also, I wish the app does a phone push notification to let you know of any issues. You have to open the app to check. I got a good deal though; paid only close to $280 for mopping and sweeping, plus SLAM and LiDAR mapping, so it's ok.
