I have 2 dogs, one with longer hair. The Dustin gathers everytihng off hard floors and does pretty well on carpet too but the suction is not strong enough to gather everything. For me the biggest challenge is the self cleaning aspect. The opening is not wide enough to eject all the hair which results in frequest clogs that require being cleanerd out manually. I managed to get this for under $300. Thats a bargin if you’re able scoop one up at a discount.

Good mapping, good at getting in corners and small spots. But it would be better if it had better mopping capabilities.

Dusty is awesome! He doesn't miss a spot. Because we have dogs I have it set up to where he vacuums twice a day. If we don't don't want him to vacuum then we just go to the app and hit stop. I plan on having hubby build him ramps so he has access to the entire house because we have a sucken living room.

Dustin is our first robot vacuum and mop; we wondered why we waited so long! The bObsweep is so easy to use and does such a nice job keeping our floors clean. The self-emptying feature makes clean up a non-issue. Customer service from the bObsweep company is top notch. They checked in with us multiple times to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase.

I bought this last time it was on sale. I like the mapping feature since my previous Shark didn't have that but it doesn't pick up as well as my Shark did and gets easily gets clogged up with pet hair.

Great vacuum much better than my old robot vacuum. Cleans great and easy control with app. Love that it returns to base and empties itself.

As my first robovac is ok to me look at it hows work and drive itself to the charging dock after done with my house. It took 30 min to clean my floor not bad at all, the mop part to me is just a joke! But its there and well lets make it work too. Theres places at the beginning where it stay stuck at the sliding door but with the map I cancel that area so the vac dont go there no more. In general i like it came with everything its need and ez to make it work. Btw the front brush fall off many times on hard maneuvers places so be aware of. Thx

I have enjoyed my Dustin. The quiet mode does not bother my wife when she works from home. I run it every day on our hardwood floors and I have noticed a big change in the amount of pet hair. We originally planned to buy this and use our stick vacuum weekly but Dustin has done such a good job that we haven’t vacuumed the floor he is on since purchase. Very happy with my purchase.

I like the Dustin so much, I actually bought three: Two for my home (wood floors in the front, carpet in the back, separated by a steep step), and one for a relative who needed one. bObsweep has now successfully replaced the BISSELL Spinwave and the Roborock S7 in our homes, and I couldn’t be happier about it. This vacuum and mop combo is effective, efficient, and multifunctional, and the app to control it is easy to use and thoughtfully designed. Couldn't be happier.

I love our Dustin! We nicknamed him Dusty! Does such a great job of vacuuming, not loud and app is wonderful!

Besides it took long time for delivery (10 days) we are happy with our Dustin. Setup was pretty straightforward, and it took about an hour to scan entire floor in all rooms. The good thing with scanning is that it was vacuuming at same time. It handles transition between rooms without any issues. Gets under table/ between chairs, hard floors and carpet with ease and vacuums good. Just don’t expect to be able to do anything on shag carpets, it will get stuck. We like scheduling and option to send it to clean only section, room or selected rooms. Would recommend it to the friends.

Have had a few issues with it not being able to find its home base at times, but overall, really simple and effective to use. We got it for a great deal and we're really happy about it. We haven't used the mopping feature yet, but it handles the dog hair beautifully. Additionally, customer service reached out to us to ask how the product was doing and was really helpful in answering our questions. Good product and a good company.

I purchased this for my parents' home last Christmas, and it works on schedule every day, keeping the house clean. As a matter of fact, the house is looking great with this product. I have recommended this to my friends.

this is one of the best robotic vacuums ever, sweeps and mops really well, however i am leave it at a 4 stars because it’s charging takes sometime

Lots going on with this sophisticated vacuum! The mapping process is thorough and the cleaning is very effective. Very, very impressed with customer support.

Seems to get the dirt good but gets stuck under furniture and due to having floor hvac vents it has gotten stuck multiple times.

This thing isn't much better than my 3 year old Shark vacuum. Definitely not worth the $300 I paid for it on the DOD and no way remotely close to worth retail. It does marginally better at not running into things but has a tendency to get itself stuck not realizing its own height. However the absolute worst thing is that this thing can't even empty into the base. The base has almost nothing in it b/c all the contents seem to clog coming out the back and I have to empty manually. Not sure if this is Bobsweep's first attempt at a base but it is a joke. My non-engineer take is that the back door has like a felt material that is "sticky" for the materials the vacuum is picking up. I will give it one more star than it should get for the app and the mapping, it is pretty cool how the mapping works, but that is the only good thing I have to say about this. I missed the BBY return window insanely busy with work so can't return but will be regretting this purchase for years.
