I bought the product when it was on sale. After a month I would have paid full price. Easy to set up and use

Bought it for the main floor and it seems working well. Can be loud but it is scheduled to run 3 days a week in the morning so, it is okay. Carefully navogates around chairs, tables, etc. the app is convenient too

So far this has been very easy to use and has made our weekly cleaning so much easier in our house. We only have vinyl flooring in our house so no carpet, can't speak to that. It is very easy to program.

I haven’t used the mop side yet but love the sweeping side, it is super quiet. I am pleasantly surprised because I have a roomba but it makes much more noise! I only bought this because of the mop attachment but I am sold now!

My first experience with an intelligent home robot. Bob works surprisingly well to keep the floors clean. The bobsweep mobile app is easy to use. Bought it a good price through bestbuy deals. Quite happy so far!

Use this daily but noticed that it goes off schedule sometimes. Good for daily upkeep if you have a pet and deal with pet hair.

Dustin is like having the world’s greatest floor butler - only better! He takes initiative, doesn’t talk back and does a marvelous job of keeping my floors clean! You need Dustin in your life!!

There are so many features available and I’ve only touched the surface. I’m most impressed with the mapping capabilities with Dustin. I’m only giving 4 stars because I cannot get it to link with my Alexa.

I had owned a robot vacuum prior and this one is so much better. It doesn’t get caught on things and it doesn’t bang into walls at every chance. The mop feature also works and I can schedule either or both whenever I want. I also love not having to empty it. I love it!

I am new to the bObsweep family and just recently purchased the Dustin. So far my experience has been really good. I have now used my Dustin Robot a few times. He has created the map and seems to follow through really great. I love that I can let him go and while I am working at home my floors can be cleaned for me. I still haven't used the mop feature yet, but I do hope to try that piece soon to see how it works. The only small negative is that I wish there was times he could distinguish between having a very small rug and then going to the bare floor. When he vacuums on my rug it seems that he sometimes misses picking up some of the little items on the rug and I am not sure if that is because he can't distinguish between bare floor and having a small rug. I do have to pick my rugs up in the bathroom before telling him to clean because if I don't he will get hung and stop working and I have to restart him to work.

Awsome when we first got it. After 2 weeks it kept throwing bumper errors. Would leave its docking station, do a couple of circles then stop. Tried resetting and cleaning the bumper switches with compressed air. That didn’t work. Ended up returning it. Hopefully I just got a bad unit. App is easy to use and they offer a lot of replacement parts if needed.

Dustin has been performing wonderfully and has significantly reduced my cleaning time. However, I’ve noticed an issue with the mopping attachment. Due to the floor transitions in my house, Dustin tends to get stuck in one room while mopping, which can lead to a bit of a mess. Thanks to the technical support advice, I’ve set up a no-mop area in the closet, which has helped a lot. Other than that, it has been amazing, and I’m really happy with its overall performance!

Who would have thought us with robot vacuum why did we not do this sooner. It’s even entertaining watching our floors being cleaned of course we are in our upper 70’s.

Got an exceptional deal as a Christmas gift. My daughter has a young child and 2 other boys (all boys) and she really likes this. It makes cleaning the kitchen floor easier.

Overall easy to use - I do have some problem having it try to connect to my router. Also the malfunction battery error keeps coming up.

The best robot vacuum I have ever owned. I owned two other robot vacuums in the past that constantly got stuck and found ways to break themselves or get strangled on cords, but not Dustin. I purchased the Night color and really like its asthetic, very sleek and modern.
