Effective at cleaning, only issue so far is that the brush keeps falling when running into elevated surfaces or running into wires on the floor. Also good value on sale.

It gets dumber by the more uses you do. Now, for some strange reason it stays still in one place trying to figure out where to go next when it already has the layout in memory. Really disappointing robot vacuum.

Vacuums and mops very well, all thou the battery does last too long it cleans really good....

First time using a robo vac, super impressed! You have to robo vac proof your house so it doesn't go where it shouldn't and no leaving clothes on floor, but if you do that you'll love how efficient, fast and awesome this is. Easy setup and can have it vac before you get home so you never even have to think about it.

This product works OK. I am very frustrated with the mapping. It gets the map correct, then I label everything and it is great... for about a week or two. At this point the robot decides to invent new rooms, spaces that don't exist, join rooms, separate them etc to the point it gets lost and doesn't work anymore. I then have to rmap the entire house with it, which means cleaning everything out from under the bed so it doesn't get stuck during mapping. After it maps, I have to go back and fix all the rooms and also add all the spots where it shouldn't go. A simple feature to save an old map would eliminate this problem. If I could load an old map, just like loading an old save on a video game, you could get rid of bugs.

To be honest, “Dustin”, that’s how we ended up calling him (clever marketing), does an excellent job at keeping our floors clean for a long time, Dustin does not replace your regular floor cleaning schedule but it increases the time between each one, which to me is absolutely worth it. I completely recommend it!

Loses its maps ALOT. Vacuum works good but not as good as our old Neato vacuum.

I guess you get what you pay for, but this thing has some quirks that I just can't explain. At first, it was great. Mapped the house and did a mostly good job. Then about 2 weeks after we received the item, it just stopped in its tracks. Vacuum still running, just sitting still. Tried to control it with the phone, nothing. Tried to push the GO button to force power it off, nothing. So, I pulled the battery (which requires tools) and this did a hard reset. Fine, let's start all over again. Two weeks later, the vacuum is going back and forth in the same pattern like it's lost. I open the map, and it has created a phantom room outside my closed front door that is solid, through a wall that is solid and there are no mirrors. KGreat, another reset. Two weeks later and it is under my desk and as it is about to go out of my office, it just stops. Same issue as before. Rather than pick it up and remove the battery again, I took it in and placed it on the charge base and I let it run the battery out. This saved the memory and it did not do a full reset, but it did reset the unit to where it would work again. That brings me to today. This thing just added 2 new rooms on top of the room that I spoke of earlier, but these rooms actually exist. These rooms are my dining room and entry way and my office, but at a 90º angle to the rest of the map. So now I have two offices on this map, two dining rooms and two entry ways. It seems that the robot had a mixup on where it was and the compass went haywire. Now, I get to factory reset this thing, AGAIN, and I guess just keep playing this game about every month. Cannot recommend.

Nice vacuum, cleans well and doesnt but into everything. It does get stuck sometimes and forgets where the dock is.. when it sucks into the bin with collection bag. Its very loud.
