Is my vaccum defective ?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have yet to be able to fully map my place or complete a full cleaning due to the bumper error code. No matter how many times I restart the machine or clean the bumper, it keeps happening. I purchased this vacuum in November 2023 but just started using it so it’s too late to return otherwise I would. This is a bummer. Leaving this review to warn future customers. It has potential if you receive a machine that works well. Don’t wait to open it up and test it like me, that way you have time to return it.

They couldn't be more helpful and will work with you until your issue is resolved. At a time when most companies customer service is pathetic, with agent simply reading a menu, bObsweep's customer service is spectacular

Love this vacuum

I have it upstairs and it goes from three bedrooms into two baths and the hallway. It goes back docks itself and empties. I have a golden retriever and a long-haired cat and it does a beautiful job on the carpets. I’d like to get another one when I can afford it for downstairs. Recommend highly.

We call him Robbie and he’s kept our house much cleaner. I’d say it’s worth it. Feels like having a friend in the house strange as it sounds.

So far so good. Small hiccup, called company they are looking into. Customer service very nice, friendly and helpful.
