So far so good. I am very impressed by Dustin’s mapping feature with the ability to setup no sweep/mop zones. The fact that it easily navigates around the dining room chair legs and does not fall down the stairs is also impressive. I haven’t used the mop feature yet but 5 stars for sweeping. Excellent purchase so far.

Love the Dustin ribot vacuum system including mop and also the app that comes with easy to use and very helpful…Highly tecommend this product…I named it Bertha!!!

My Dustin has done a great job keeping my hardwood floors and low pile rugs clean. He mapped my downstairs spaces and allowed me to further define the areas to avoid. I haven’t used the mop function but am pleased with the vacuum. Plus the sale price was to good to pass up.

I recently purchased this product and could not be happier. It performs better than other robotic vacuums I have owned in the past. Mapping was easy and it did not get caught on anything on the floor. The self encryption feature is wonderful.

Great little guy. Leaves the straightest lines in the carpet! Cleans up my golden retrievers hair with no problem. App works great. Glad i got this!

Love the new Dustin. It learns as it cleans more, empties itself automatically, can start cleaning remotely via the app. Added bonus, this is such an amazing company with phenomenal customer service.

We bought it 2 months ago and we have been using it regularly. Very happy with our purchase! It’s very efficient in collecting dust and debris, and the mop is also effective. We can track the progress via the phone app. We were having problems with the brush detaching during cleaning. We contacted customer support and the instructions and videos they sent us were excellent and solved the problem. The vacuum does not empty itself entirely in the dock station, but it’s not a problem for us because we like to clean it well after each use. Highly recommended!

We love this vacuum! It maps really well, completes its cleaning chores in record time (while still doing a great job). Battery life is great and recharging is super-fast. We could not be happier with this unit.

So far… GREAT! We had a BObsweep years ago and loved it! We moved and tried a different company- what a mistake! BObsweep customer service and products far excel others in the industry. We love our new Dusty. So glad we went back to a bObsweep product. So many features we adore: different levels of suction, automatic empty, the app works with ease. Our favorite part, the customer service is superior! We always receive a timely response and they’re incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Dustin is actually our first robot vacuum. I was always spectacle on how well they work. When we saw a steep sale at Best Buy. We decided to go for it. So far we have been pleasantly surprised by how well it works. In fact, if we have another opportunity, we will probably get a 2nd one for our top floor. It's very accurate on where it goes, avoiding obstacles and how it detects different rooms. On it's very first go, I couldn't believe how much it picked up. To be honest, I'm not sure where it was finding it! Apparently I don't get to the spots it was getting to with regular vacuuming. The dustbin is definitely a plus. This is a "set it and forget it" situation. Very happy with my purchase and any time I can save during the day, is a big plus for me. Would definitely recommend it!

The Dustin robot vacuum is far superior than the original iRobot. This vacuum cleaner knows what to do, how to do it and knows how to dock itself without problems. Unlike the iRobot that I have, the Dustin can actually get itself off of my barstoolls, where the iRobot could not. Highly highly recommend bObsweep Dustin. Now I can spend my time actually cleaning my house rather than going around and helping the iRobot out, that thing was constantly getting stuck, but not Dustin, Dustin is great! .

Dustin was one of the best robotic vacuum cleaners I had. It is very easy to use and quite. It creates a map of your house and you can clean by room or area. Great buy!

Ever since I got Dustin it’s been such an amazing help. I work at a warehouse for 10+ hours a day for five days a week and I don’t have time to do my day-to-day chores and Dustin comes in handy because he does everything for me by the time I get home, my house is clean. I’m just so glad I made that decision to buy Dustin because it’s honestly changed my life for the better not only does a vacuum, but it mops and honestly the mopping is so good I thought originally when I bought this that I was gonna have issues with the mop but no, it’s been amazing. I’m so convinced that it was the best money I could’ve spent .

I only have hardwood floors on the level that is using this and one throw rug but I’d say it performs really well and I’ve yet to get any error during a cleaning sense inhave set it up. It mapped the location accurately, and then seems to clean very efficiently. This is significantly better than I expected it was going to be. when it comes to the mopping as long as you’re not looking for a deep clean it will at least get light dirt off of your hardwood or tile. the best way to think about the usefulness of bObsweep Dustin is it provides light maintenance every day to the area it’s cleaning and you can probably get away with a more intensivemopping two or three times a month because I’ve definitely noticed how much cleaner my floors are every day.

Ever since we bought the Bobsweep Dustin i was amazed how easy it was to set up and run. It even works with our Alexa ecosystem. I amazed what it picks up every day! Happy with the purchase and so is the wife!

Love the feature that we can set areas to avoid on the map and that it empties itself. We have 2 German Shepherds as well and it collects a lot if hair. Great choice, would definately purchase again.

Hi,     I just wanna say I am so glad I made this purchase.  This machine is incredible, amazing how advanced this technology has gotten.  The first go around it read my home than after that, pure magic.  This little unit goes around and cleans with perfection.  I admit it takes sometime to get use to it but then it's a breeze.  The new update it received gives the option of comanding Dustin to empty itself out, thats a plus. Dustin is awesome!

This bObsweep was an upgrade from my previous automated vacuum. I have 2 young children at home, so occasionally the Dustin likes to try to eat toys, but the sensors on it are amazing and it immediately stops and notifies my phone. The vacuum is great at finding it's home to charge. We also have a dog that visits that has long hair (a lab) and the vacuum does great with all the hair this dog loses! I have long hair, and often have to clean out the brushes on other vacuums because of how long my hair is - so far, three months in I have not had to do that! I have wood floors, so have not used the mopping function, but if it is anything like the vacuum function, I am sure it is amazing!

I have been using Dustin for a few weeks now, and I’m very happy with his performance and cleaning capabilities. Dustin starts out every morning at 8 AM cleaning the main floor of my house. He does a great job picking up tiny crumbs, while also staying on top of my golden retrievers hair. I also love to use the mop functionality once a week to do my tile floors. Dustin has been a great time saver not requiring me to have to sweep on a regular basis.

My first impressions of my ultravision were postlitive. I like the speed of the Cleaner and the fact it doesnt run into everything all the time. The app needs some love though... Very clunky feeling. And not smooth. For example There was no way easy to cancel in the middle of the session (we wanted it to go back Home.. It would just Pause). I wish we could pick multiple rooms Versus one Or all options. The suction power was not as good as our old Shark unit....so we returned it and never bothered with the mop function
