Did great for dust and dirt. Did struggle with dog hair and cat hair. Had trouble unloading the contents in the vuccum into the station automatically.

I love it stays cleaning day an night. Me and the wife completely love it.

Works pretty good but does not get close enough to the edge of the walls. Does the job in-between vacuuming with my LG vacuum stick.

I loved that it was self emptying. I was so excited but the little brush keeps falling off. Also, I can barely tell it actually vacuumed. I wish I could return it.

Overall, for the price, I did not think this vacuum was worth it. The navigation feature was not efficient and would constantly bang into the same wall over and over. Also, did not find the vacuum to be efficient in actually vacuuming things off the floor.

I ordered this in September but just opened it two days ago. It has been unable to complete a full clean. It has lost the spinning brush sensors EVERY time it has run a cycle. That means I have to go retrace steps to see where it fell off. I will be trying to return this item today. Worthless crap. I can't even tell that it has picked up a single speck of dust.

Vacuum died within 2 months of arrival due to motor failure. It was shipped back to bobsweep, and sent back to me fixed 5 weeks later.

I dont think my unit was “defective” as much as I think Best Buy bought reviews for tbis product to sell and refuse return of defective items. Best Buy is truly the worst, bit this vacuum doesnt vacuum anything. It just goes around the house looking cool, but doing nothing about even the smallest and easiest to vacuum things. Been using a dry swiffer while waiting for a different vacuum from a different company in mail and will be talking to my bank about Best Buy refusal to accept return of an item I used twice and had for 2 weeks. Disgusting corporation and disgusting snake oil.

I was excited to setup and start using it. I started it and with 30 min I had to stop it and reattach the brush that gets the edges 4 times. The 5th time it came off I gave up and turned it off. There is no screw holding it like the older model I had. I bought one for Xmas gift. I ended up returning both.

Does it clean yes (0nly if i have it clean by room) but with a ranch house 2,200 sq ft it would only empty when done or needed charge. I would think it needed to go back more with 3 kids and 2 dogs. my shark would have to empty itself at least 5 times. i really wanted to like it. the brushes always get stuff built up around them and had to clean them. i did like the select room option. app was easy to use just did not clean as well as my shark.

The attachment that is supposed to sweep things up constantly falls off with no notice. It does not pick up very well. Placed a grain of rice in its path 3x and each time it just moved it. Returning. Had high hopes.

Bought this and was so excited about it. However, it had trouble calibrating the environment and also just stopped working two months in. Wouldn't charge anymore. Have been unable to use and now it just sits in my garage.
