Not what I expected at all * traced the house - then we let him do his thing and got stuck between sliding doors :( never figured out how to get out… returned right away so I am not stuck with this !

The brush keeps falling off. It gets caught on the side of the rug and get snugged off so easily. Tried giving it a couple of chances but didn’t work out. Makes sense why it was on sale for so low.

Disappointed caught this on Sale maybe that why I had some many issues from Set up to Operating the robot . So many errors and machine not running for not reason at all. I returned after 2 days of struggling.

The worst product ever! Got stuck on everything. Did not go back to the charging station stopped working out of no reason at all sending it back today. I would not recommend this.

Quits every week, for some reason. Do NOT buy if you have animals, it will go right through animal feces and vomit and track it through the house. Not worth the discount price, let along full price.

Not a good product the sweeper falls off did not really pick up anything well very disappointing

Worked pretty good now it wont charge ive tried to contact support they dont return or answer calls ive tried all the help videos and posts about reset for the battery nothing works. A $600 piece of junk! Should last longer than 2 months!

Do not buy if you have any type of hair floating around your house, whether human or pet. It is supposed to suck up everything, but it is all stuck in the machine. I wish I could return it, but I am past the time to.

Horrible. Would lose WIFI connection and all the app features wouldn’t work. Returned thinking it was a one off and bought a second one…. WIFI chip stopped working 3 days later. Gave up on the brand and went to something else If i could give zero stars i would

Dustin is a great robotic vac . It cleaned very well .No problems connecting to wifi and app is decent. The Lider is awesome doesn't bump around or get lost or stuck .performs as promised. Great buy ,I purchased 1 unit performance was amazing, so I brought a another for my upstairs. I totally recommend

This is my first robotic vacuum. I have always wanted to try one but was overwhelmed by the different brands. I would always gravitate towards the brand names everyone knows, then rethink when I saw the price point. I literally did that for years, never wanting to pull the trigger…until I saw an opportunity with an advertised sale. I thought it was too good to be true, and did my usual back and forth contemplating. I read all the reviews, was intrigued by the dry and wet mop features, and walked away with a positive feeling about this robot vacuum and decided to finally give one a try! I cannot be more pleased with this purchase! It has been very effective and easy to use. I have not tried the wet mop feature yet so I can only comment on the vacuum part. Did it pick up every speck on the floor? No. Do I expect it to? No I think that’s unrealistic. But when I see how much it did pickup with ZERO effort other than pushing the go button, it’s an obvious choice! It even gets under the beds which you can never fully get with a regular push vacuum. My husband and I struggle with shoulder and back injuries where the motion of vacuuming is difficult. We are so pleased with this purchase for effortless cleaning!

This has been a lifesaver, literally!! I ruptured two discs in my back while mopping my kitchen floor. I wish I had a better story for the ruptures, like mountain climbing, an extreme shopping trip or saving a kitten from a tree, but alas, it was my Saturday cleaning chores that ruined my back. While I sat on bed rest for two weeks so my back could heal, I started doing research on the best robot vacuum/mop combo. The results came back and bObsweep was the clear winner. So now, my Saturdays are no longer taken up by mopping and sweeping my floors. I now have time to do those things I love. Not mountain climbing (I'm afraid of heights) or saving a kitten (allergic) but I can do extreme shopping trips, all thanks to bObsweep!!

I purchased a Dustin from Sam's Club and i absolutely love it. The LiDar mapped my home so efficiently making setup virtually hands free. The app is very user friendly and completes the setup process. I was skeptical about ordering this robot since I've had several bots that just weren't worth the time or money. But this guy has renewed my belief that robot vacuums can be efficient and have a place in my home. I love that i can create a schedule for Dustin and then forget it. He has never gotten trapped because of the LiDar and he empties himself. What more could i ask for? He's perfect!

Loving the Dustin Bobsweep! The app is easy to use. Once mapping is completed set up dates and time for Dustin to run and your all set. He works on area rugs and hard wood floor with ease. I have 2 dogs that equals a lot of pet hair and Dustin sweeps it all. Best purchase this year.
