Have had this vacuum since April. SO i have used it quite a bit. I have a wife 2 kids and a Jack Russel (not super sheddy) and i believe this vacuum leaves more of a mess behind than it cleans on hardwood floors. If there is any threshold between room it will eave behind hairball, You basically have to go behind it and clean up after its "cleaning" . The app is poor it disconnects from WiFi often.

I love it stays cleaning day an night. Me and the wife completely love it.

Love this vacuum. It saves me a lot of time and does a great job!

Did great for dust and dirt. Did struggle with dog hair and cat hair. Had trouble unloading the contents in the vuccum into the station automatically.

Very helpful and it take very good time to clean the house

I’m very disappointed with this robot vacuum. Despite the marketing claims, it does not clean well at all. It actually leaves debris behind in a trail, pushing dirt around instead of picking it up. One of the main reasons I bought it was because the description said it had a mopping feature, but it does not mop, which feels misleading. For the price, this vacuum is far too expensive for the performance you get. On top of that, the self-emptying dock is extremely noisy, especially when unloading the dust, which is very disruptive. Overall, this robot does not live up to its promises and does not justify its cost. I would not recommend it.

Vacuum couldn’t handle 2 dogs worth of hair. Got clogged and could never clear the clog. Probably would be an okay vacuum for a short hair dog family.

Doesn't pick up trash. Keeps on stopping. The brush keeps on coming off.

Works pretty good but does not get close enough to the edge of the walls. Does the job in-between vacuuming with my LG vacuum stick.

Overall, for the price, I did not think this vacuum was worth it. The navigation feature was not efficient and would constantly bang into the same wall over and over. Also, did not find the vacuum to be efficient in actually vacuuming things off the floor.

I dont think my unit was “defective” as much as I think Best Buy bought reviews for tbis product to sell and refuse return of defective items. Best Buy is truly the worst, bit this vacuum doesnt vacuum anything. It just goes around the house looking cool, but doing nothing about even the smallest and easiest to vacuum things. Been using a dry swiffer while waiting for a different vacuum from a different company in mail and will be talking to my bank about Best Buy refusal to accept return of an item I used twice and had for 2 weeks. Disgusting corporation and disgusting snake oil.

Does it clean yes (0nly if i have it clean by room) but with a ranch house 2,200 sq ft it would only empty when done or needed charge. I would think it needed to go back more with 3 kids and 2 dogs. my shark would have to empty itself at least 5 times. i really wanted to like it. the brushes always get stuff built up around them and had to clean them. i did like the select room option. app was easy to use just did not clean as well as my shark.

Vacuum died within 2 months of arrival due to motor failure. It was shipped back to bobsweep, and sent back to me fixed 5 weeks later.

It doesn’t pick anything up, my floor looks the same.
