This is my first "robovac" and I love it. It cleans every nook and cranny and doesn't get stuck on the couple throw rugs I have. It doesn't get stuck anywhere. Thanks to a good friend who highly recommended the Dustin. He had two or three "robovac", that I remember seeing that got stuck and didn't clean well, before he purchased the Dustin. I was skeptical about it, but I am a believer in the Dustin!

I've been highly impressed with the cleaning ability of this vacuum. It's my first robot and didn't know what to expect, but it has done a great job of keeping my carpets and hardwoods clean. It has been great to vacuum up hair from my two cats. I had no idea they shed that much. I really enjoy this unit and it's fun to watch the app as the robot maps out my house. Great little product!

I just replaced my bobsweep standard (moved to basement), with the Orb-i. My standard has worked great for years and will probably work for another few years. I was so impressed with the standard that I decided on another bobsweep, the Orb-i. It was easy to setup, mapped my upstairs, and does a great job of cleaning and is very quiet. Scheduling and room selections are a really nice feature. The Orb-i app works great. Really nice app and robot!

We have only had Terry for a very short while now. But I would kill anyone if something were to happen to him. He was super easy to set up. Didn’t fall down the stairs to his death. Does a pretty good job cleaning and stuff. Does get some long hair trapped in its roller but easy to pull the roller out and clean. We haven’t tired the mop function but I’m excited to try when we get our basement redone. Overall very happy.

Such a great lil’ bot that works great! My favorite part is the loudness of the empty bin. I love when my hubby is quietly watching a very intense movie and I wait until the perfect moment and hit the empty bin option! LOL It’s the gift that just keeps giving. But for real, it has worked really great and I love how quick it is and still has the power to back it up. I loved it so much that I bought a second one for our cottage.

Love this robot vac! easy to set up, quickly maps our house, and running it from the app is a breeze. Picks up all the dirt and never gets lost or hug up.

I am so happy with Dustin! I can schedule the cleaning and not have to worry that my floors are not getting clean. I have extra plush carpet in my bedroom and Dustin does not have any problems with cleaning it! I have 2 dogs that shed pretty bad and Dustin does not have any issues with the pet hair! I bought another one for my son. Dustin is worth every penny!

I love how quiet it is while cleaning! However, beeare of the “jet takeoff” when it self cleans, but it really isnt bad. Just wasnt expecting ir haha. The app is also easy to use.

I recently had the chance to use the bObsweep, and I was thoroughly impressed. I had a different robot vacuum a few years ago, and I have to say, I'm amazed by how much the technology has advanced. The mapping feature is very user-friendly, and the self-cleaning function makes maintenance effortless. I highly recommend it!

I love “Rosie” our Dustin Vacuum. I purchased it to replace a 6 year old Roomba and the Bobsweep Dustin’s advanced technology is amazing. I love having the ability to control it with the app, even when I’m away from home. It sure makes life easier knowing my floors are vacuumed every day while I’m working. Looking forward to many years of clean floors and less housework. Bobsweep Customer Support (Carlo) has done a fantastic job making sure the Dustin vacuum is performing as expected and all of my questions are answered. Great product and excellent customer service!

Dustin has been a game changer in my house, being able to set up a scheduled for daily cleaning and mapping out closed area is such nice control. Also being able to change the power level when needed is nice.

Cleans very well but small brush keeps falling off

Amazing robot vacuum! Works extremely well, I have used several brands before and this one tops it.

It was ok, not great. Replaced it with a Rovorock and glad ai did.

Love my Dustin robo. Had for a few months now does a great job. Had issues with brush coming off contacted customer support it was easy fix. Highly recommend it. I have never used the mop part so can’t rate it.

Steer clear from Bobsweep, the price is always discounted for a reason. Navigation is miserable and the vacuum power is passible, highly prone to error. Please save yourself the headache and go for something else. Bobsweep contacts purchasers to get more positive reviews through bribes, don't get tricked.
