Overall very happy with this purchase. It took a bit to figure out the mapping and learn how to create off-limit zones, but it's a really nice feature. I also really like that it has a resume feature, so it can pick up where it left off cleaning. The self-emptying feature is also really nice, and the vacuum is not too loud, which is appreciated. We have a dog with medium hair, and I found this to be very efficient with picking up hair and not getting hair stuck in the rollers. I had trouble with the brush attachment staying attached, but the customer service (which was excellent) helped me resolve the issue. It was user error on my part; I hadn't pushed it all the way in. Overall, this is quite the upgrade from my last robot vacuum, and the price was also decent. Very happy with my purchase.

Had it up and running every other day for couple weeks. It does a great job cleaning and only has gotten stuck 1x compared to shartbot that hot stuck all the time. Only thing i dont like is the bag for the debris in base . Other systems are cleaner for dealing with emptying

Our house is much cleaner now. Easy to set-up, use quick mapping before having it run a clean cycle; after it has done a full clean adjust the map. Like not having a mop so I don’t have to worry about water changes or it getting carpet and rugs wet. Cleans up after a hairy dog. Fairly quite.

We love our bObsweep (1 month of ownership). We upgraded to the bObsweep - Orb-i Self-emptying Robotic Vacuum Cleaner, with 100-Day Bin Capacity, 5000 pa Suction, & LiDAR Mapping - Chocolate after owning a cheap robovac from amazon that barely worked. The wifi connection would always disconnect and the mapping was clumsy. The Orb-i vacuums and empties itself everyday, and we have had no issues whatsoever. The app is simple and easy to use. The mapping is consistent and makes sense. Also, the chocolate color is beautiful: very sophisticated, yet not glaring. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

We received Bob (Dustin) and he got to work right away. He started mapping our entire house with no issues. He made a clear difference with vacuuming all the dirt off the floor. As we live on a farm dirt makes it in the house a lot. Bob only got stuck once on one our son's toys. We helped him with that and he has not gotten stuck since. He goes back to his station when his battery gets low and when he needs to dump his bin. Bob is very independent and good at his job. He's our little helper.

The vacuum works well and it does clean in the matrix pattern. Nothing wrong really but I wish the app had more functionality… (this could be user error) because I have not spent tons of time digging around but I don’t see an easy way to share the vacuum with others in the family. Which means I have to be the only one that sets schedules or sends it back to home…(yes you can touch the buttons on it) but just saying sharing access in the app would be nice. It also doesn’t show you what areas it has done while it is cleaning. You can locate the vacuum but in other apps it shows a nice little path of where it has cleaned.

I got this vacuum because I already have 2 roombas and wanted to try another brand. At first it was great, I didn’t have too many complaints. I put it on a schedule and it did its thing. Mapped out the area better than either roomba thanks to the lidar and bumps into things far less. That’s about all the praise I can give it now. The app feels like something a middle schooler put together 5 minutes before their test. Does it work? Ya kinda. Maps are there up until they aren’t. They just seem to get overwritten/corrupted any time the robot runs into a problem….. and it runs into a lot of problems and most of the time it’s some generic error that it can’t even tell you what’s wrong, you have to go find it to see what it is. And as soon as you fix it and send it to charge, well there goes your saved map 95% of the time. The on board dust bin is also really small and so far I have not seen it go empty itself in the middle of a run, it just keeps going while not actually picking anything up. The single roller is always clogged with something, be it hair or anything slightly too large for it to grab (this is mostly our fault, kids don’t like to pick up stuff on the ground) and if it isn’t noticed before it goes on its run then it’s a tangled mess. The battery now seems to not be able to fully charge even though it’s had very light use compared to my other vacuums. It’s usually anywhere between 70-93% when I look at it on the app. Overall if you have a small area that is already usually mostly clean, then this might work just fine for you. Spend a little more and get a better brand.

I LOVE my Orb-I vacuum. I have started using the robot nightly to tidy and clean my first floor. I have one cat who tracks litter and sheds often. With the vacuum running at night, I get to wake up to a clean floor. The robot’s track is precise and the time to clean is quick. I should also mention that the vacuum does so well going over my rug that the cleaning is seamless between hard and soft surface. The cherry on top, is that it self empties! My Orb-I was a great purchase!!

Loved it so far. Very impressed with the cleaning job it does. It's able to navigate rugs and obstacles better than my Roomba. It's can be all the way across the house yet navigate back to it's charger... something the Roomba frequently failed at. The self cleaning charging station is very convenient. Minor criticism is there should be a setting to prevent the station cleaning for accidental deployments and small spot cleanings. Thought I'd miss the handle to pick it up, but given it's self cleaning and reliability of getting back on the dock, I find very little need to pick it up. Very pleased with the product!

I am beyond happy with my BObsweep Orb-I. At first glance, it seemed bulky and heavy. It turned out to be Graceful and Detailed. This robot vac is far above expectations. It is truly Amaxing. It maps Everything and every room,with precision. I couldn’t vacuum the floors as Perfectly as the BObsweep does. My home is SO Clean! I am amazed every time it vacuums! Flawless. I Recommend this robot vacuum to family and friends…Often. A step up from the original iRobot Roomba.

The vacuum itself is great; much quieter than ones we've had in the past! I like the self emptying option, too. My only beef with it is that I didn't see anywhere when researching it that we had to have a specific type of WIFI ghz to connect to the app, so I've had to do a lot of extra work with our internet provider to change the ghz which has been a bit of a headache. That being said, it works without the app but I can't access the fun added perks yet. I recommended it to my mom and she just bought one too!

Dusty does a great job keeping the floor clean! Not too loud, good suction, nice to have mop option although it’s is just water that can go in it. Overall very happy!

3-levels of suction which is plenty strong enough to lift my 10-year old carpet fibers, quick mapping, easy to setup on 2.4 GHz wifi, quiet, easy to find on live-action map when it experiences physical errors, logical cleaning pattern makes for a pleasant finish.

This is a real vacuum cleaner that really does clean and clear the dust out of the carpets, rugs, and floors of a dwelling. It gets to every square inch of floor it can, is methodical and thorough. It empties itself into a bag in the charging station and is very tidy. It does require some maintenance keeping the sensors clean, and checking for dirt and dust in places in the robot where they shouldn't be. An effective appliance and a real time and energy saver.

Love this little guy. Got mine for $160 on sale. Not quiet but less noisy than my last. Much more sophisticated electronics, including mapping. The fact it empties itself is genius.

My first Ai robot vacuum. A nice improvement over the models that bump into everything. Good power (adjustable to 3 suction levels). Good mapping. Automatic emptying is nice. You can have a map for each floor of your house and move bob from floor to floor. Uses a Hepa filter which is nice. At $200 you can't go wrong.

This vacuum is awesome. It does an excellent job of sweeping the floor and doesn’t miss any spots. The mapping is on point. The chocolate brown color is sharp. The self-empty part is quite loud, sounding like when you are at the end of an automatic car wash dryer.

Cleans very well and has cut down on the dust in my 100 year old house tremendously. 3 cats and a dog and this keeps things clean, with nice straight lines on the area rugs in the morning when I wake up. Easy to set up and schedule. Works so well I bought a second one for the office at work.

I hate vacuuming and this guy certainly takes care of that for me. My house has several floor types with different heights and this guy has no issues navigating them. He even fits under my furniture really getting all those spiderwebs and dust bunnies. This vacuum has certainly made a difference in the dog hair piles that accumulate around the corners. I’ve named mine Wilber since he is a hungry little piggy that eats everything in sight!

One of the best vacuums I have ever had and this was the 4 th one I have had and it cleans very well and was easy to connect to my internet and is very smart after it gets to know the cleaning area!! 5 Stars
