Their customer service is very helpful and the more I use it the more I like it and I do recommend it.

I have a wife 2 kids and a Jack Russel (not super sheddy) and i believe this vacuum leaves more of a mess behind than it cleans on hardwood floors. If there is any threshold between room it will eave behind hairball, You basically have to go behind it and clean up after its "cleaning" . The app is poor it disconnects from WiFi often.

It was perfect in the beginning & I would have given it 5 stars but not anymore. The little brrom keeps falling off not matter what I do & it just doesn't pick up as much without it. If you are thinking about getting this I would save your money & get something else.
