Easy to use, intuitive, integrated into Google, Radar works very well by zones, easy to clean, does its job as a low-power vacuum cleaner. I recommend it.

I purchased the Orbi vacuum 10 days ago. I already own a Roborock and a Miele robot vacuum. The Bob vac is very quiet and cleans fast. The self cleaning feature is awesome. The Bob cleans well but seems to miss some areas. In comparison to my other robotic vacuums it is my second favorite. The Roborock is my favorite because it gets into every nook and cranny. Overall I am happy with the Bob Orbi. I purchased it for a great price!

This was an impulse buy but Wow, i love it!! I live on a farm and 2 dogs in house, so i need help and it delivers. Its enough to keep me destressed until I want to deep clean. My family thinks I am crazy but i even talk to it and thank it as it busies around helping me out. I think I am going to name it soon!i decided to buy couple more to give as gifts for the holidays!

Life changing. I have all wood floors and I also have a Yorkie that's all over the place so this vacuum goes up under my sofa chairs, dining room. You name it. It's picking it up it cuts my cleaning in half. Once it's done, all I have to do is mop the floor

I really like my new vacuum . Its perfect for what I wanted the first day I used it I had to clean the roller due to hair and had to empty it manually also but was expecting that since it went under my furniture. I didn't want one with the mop feature. I will say it is loud when its running. It was easy to connect and set up . I have a one level house so it gets all the room in about an hour . The self empty is also loud but it only takes a couple seconds . I dont have pets so im not sure how it works with pet hair .

Great vacuum robot! Easy to set up and does what is says. Too soon to tell how well it lasts but so far very good!

First off, I have one short haired dog. The vacuum works pretty good but i wouldnt pay more than what i did for it (139) the "junk tank" (lol) is super small. My house is about 1200 sq ft. Geofencing/mapping is odd. I have a toddler so the house is a constant mess it feels like.

Excellent product, I recommend it 100%. It's not noisy and has great suction power.

Awesome robot vacuum maps the areas quick probably going to get another one but definitely recommend it. The smart feature is awesome vacuums while im gone…. Charges itself empties itself… honestly didnt expect it to do as well as it did.

I love it and the chocolate color is very cute. Only thing is it is a little loud but works perfectly!

Had BOB for about 3 weeks now and he has been such a pleasure to welcome to our family. Grizzly our Rottweiller has had a few run ins when napping which lead to some aggressive barking, but in the end BOB prevailed. He does a fantastic job keeping up with the Shedding and Sand that frequent our abode. Had a few Robotic Vacuums in our day and BOB by far has been the best mate we could ask for. Highly recommend BOB.

This robot has been a huge upgrade. I had the iHome Juno and what an upgrade. I let it run about twice a day and the battery never runs out. It’s a great upgrade especially for the price!!!!! I have already recommended to friends and family!

This robot is amazing !!! It cleans well and gives you peace of mind. However, it stopped turning on after a firmware update since then it won’t turn at all.

This is my second robot vacuum. I got another Bob, and I love everything about it, especially the color.

After two weeks, we're pleasantly surprised by this device. We were skeptical that any robot vacuum would be useful for us, so we took a chance on the lowest priced one available. I want to say that bObsweep's marketing strategy really turned me off from this brand. I see them all the time on Deal of the Day, often discounted 80% or more, which tells me that the "original" price isn't realistic at all. The list price matches what's on bObsweep's web site, so I blame the manufacturer for this and not Best Buy. It's not a good look for either, though. We have a relatively small area that we want Orbi to clean; just a living room, kitchen/dining area and hallway. At this point we're keeping the doors closed to bathrooms and bedrooms off the hall. There's no carpeted area except for a doormat in the living room. We have one German Shepherd dog, and it's a farmhouse so it's easy for dirt to get tracked in. Orbi's instructions tell you to find an unobstructed area for the charging station. We didn't want to keep it in the hall so it's placed in an area that has furniture fairly close on either side. It's an irregular space with about a 2-3 foot gap, but Orbi hasn't had any problem getting back to the base station after any of its runs. Early on, the spinning edge brush came off when it got caught under a table leg. When I put it back on, I pressed until there was a much louder "click" than I'd heard when I first installed it. After that it hasn't come off again, though there have been a couple times when it got tangled up with something that stopped it from spinning. When that happened the Orbi stopped until I cleared the problem. On the first run, Orbi found plenty of dog hair in corners and under furniture. When it returned to the charging station and tried to self-empty, it was too clogged with pet hair and I had to remove the dirt container and empty it out myself. Several days later it again alerted us to a clog when it tried to self-empty. This time the built-in dirt container on the vacuum was empty, but there was a clog in the tube leading to the dirt bag inside the charging station. I could see the clog because the tube is transparent, but I couldn't reach it easily. I finally dislodged it with a long cable tie. It would be helpful if bObsweep included a flexible tool for cleaning this area. Aside from these two incidents, though, all the functions have worked well on its daily runs. Before Orbi, there were always little clumps of dog hair hiding in corners and under furniture, and we could usually feel grit on the floor when we walked around barefoot. These are now gone. We have it set to run each morning, and we do minimal prep work ahead of time: picking up the dog toys, making sure doors are closed, and stacking chairs so it's easier for it to clean under our table. Overall, we've found our floors are noticeably cleaner day to day and we're happy with our purchase. The device seems reasonably well made and it's been working better than we really expected.

Misses so many spots returning we bought for ease and we have to go over with another vacuum

Really like this robot vacuum.. Wanted one without the mop feature & this has been a good one.. The mapping is great & it does a really good job.. Has impressive suction & cleaning ability.. Only 2 small issues, one, it has a hard time transferring cat & human hair from the vaccum to the stand.. Most of the time I have to take the chamber off & dump it myself.. The other issue is the brush roll gets totally clogged by my gf's long hair.. Every other use, I have to take the brush off & cut all of the hair out.. This is very annoying, they need to get the fins like Shark vacuums that don't get completely tangled by long hair.. Not a deal breaker but annoying enough to take away a star.. Wanted a robot vacuum I could let it go & just empty the base every month or so, not at all what happens.. A bit inconvenient, but still overall a good robot vacuum..

The bobsweep has made mt life easier! The app is easy to use and I can control bob remotely. It does a great job of picking up any cat hair left by my sons new kitten. The mapping system works great and the self emptying option is convenient. I would recommend purchasing!

Amazing vacuum! bobSweep is up to date on updates which I like. Mapping works really well so bobSweep does a great job getting edges and keeping everything clean. We use it daily so we are definelynheavy users. The self empty feature is a feature we didn't know we needed. We always struggle to empty the past robots we have had, it's never pleasant. bobSweep when it done docks itself, has a high powered suction that empty the bobSweep debris into a bag in the dock. It's beautiful and if I had known sooner, I would have bought a bobSweep with a dock a long time ago! You only have to replace the bag in the docking station once every 100 days if your using an Extra Large bag. Make sure you use the Bobsweep original ones so they have the carbon around the bag, it makes a difference. Very happy with the purchase months later. Just keep up with some some minimal care, and it will last months and months with very low maintence. Love this robot! Thanks Bobsweep!
