Works good, but still need to babysit for the occasional ingestion of shoelaces, charging cords, and wedging itself under furniture. Dog hates it, my wife will barricade her and the dog in a corner while it's running. Very important - does not work with 5G WIFI. Will need to set up a "guest" account with the proper connection parameters in order for it to work. Ask your local internet provider for assistance.

I love the versatility of this machine. It is user friendly. Easy to connect even for those who are not tech savvy. Change functions and clean with ease. I love the color.

Battery last long enough. In a 3/2 house, it is able to go anywhere. Make sure you allow it to recognize the spaces first by removing obstacles. Clean the bin when charge is gone. You can also clean the filter, no water. The wheels and the brushes collect some hair, make sure to remove it. Bob is also a wet vacuum being able to mop with water. Low motor noise. Read manual first and control Bod with its app.

We have gone through 4 brands of robot vacuums and none have been able to keep up with our Great Pyrenees. I was frustrated when our vacuum just stopped working right after a year. I reached out to the company and we had our vacuum fixed and in brand new condition within 2 weeks. We run our vacuum every day and have a ton of dog hair. We LOVE our Bobsweep and the customer service is unmatched.

Love Bob! I have 3 dogs and it vacuums my kitchen everyday and the floor looks great! You can program the time and what rooms you want to do. Great value and got it on a deal day.

I'd give it a 4 if I could connect this to Bluetooth. Apparently you can't pair this to your phone if you have 5g. I've tried multiple times to pair Bob without any success. The vacuum works well, is pretty quiet and returns to it's home when completed.

Does everything I want it to do. Very good about adjusting when the environment changes, such as leaving a box out.

Purchased when on sale and was very shocked at how well it works! Now the wife can put more hours in watching her novelas.

This is a great product. I have a German shepherd dog who sheds constantly. Bob helps me keep the hair to a minimum

I wish I had bought one of these earlier! I was convinced the technology isn't mature enough to actually work with my congested floor plan, but this thing maps out my floors and sees my furniture better than I thought. It cleans well and it is easy to dump the bin. I have a dog and a cat and I've used the bob sweeper pretty much everyday in the month or two that I've had it. My only issue has been that there's hair around the wheels that I have to remove after each few runs, but the pet hair crisis is well under control now!

Where is the person who cleans the stupid robot vacuum when it needs cleaned??? Bobbi’s FANTASTIC. But he would be even fantastic-er if he would clean himself or summon a cleaning lady (who works without pay) to clean him and do maintenance on him! Who is with me?!?!?

This thing kicks butt, we have a ton of pet hair and had been using a competitors robot and this is so much better.

Bob is hungry to clean! It takes awhile to clean 1200 sf, but the mapping feature is fairly accurate and the app allows specific area cleaning once the map is established. It does a good job of collecting dog hair. I havent used the wet mop featureso i dont have any feedback.once its done cleaning, it finds its way back home to charge. Pretty convenient.I dont think I would have purchased if it hadn’t been on sale, but so far I have been impressed.

Have had Bobsweep for 5 days, ran cleaning multiple times abd the mop function once. Seems to pick up well and the moo is ok. Overall, happy this far.

So easy to use and the app is user friendly. Highly recumbent if its on sale anyway. Would never pay 600
