I could tell the difference in my floors and it did a great job vacuuming up my dogs hair. As the weeks went on i started to notice it getting stuck in places and not being able to find its charger. Now 3 months later it just won’t work. I have tried everything to get it to connect to WiFi but nothing is working. Really regret this purchase now!

This is my second bObsweep and I am absolutely blown away at how great it has been since I bought it! I love the fact that this model comes with a mopping attachment and it really does an amazing job navigating my house! While I’m obsessed with both my bObsweeps, their customer service is one of the BEST I’ve ever encountered. HIGHLY recommend!

However, our first one broke down before it was 6 months old. We did get a replacement of the same type and hope that we don't get a repeat.
