I love my Bobby everything about it starting from the packaging and certificate with a name. Crazy as it sounds it like he’s part of the family. Picks up everything well mopping is just water so not too great there but for a quick clean it’s great and I love using the app too. Loved it so much I bought one for my mom

Amazing product and even greater product support. Margarita has been very helpful for any issues that come up. She always gives a solution to the problem. We have small kids and having the Bob run on a schedule each day really helps out to keep the house clean. He’s a critical part of our family :-)

It is very helpful, I can keep my house clean always. I used to spend at least 15-20 minutes to vacuum every day. I have three kids that is way there is always dropping on the floor. I am glad I bought this machine. One of best investment for me.

Excellent product, I had my doubts about this vaccum but it works pretty well

I wanted to love this. For the cost, I expected better. This version has a weird peice on top that add bulk to the top that prevents the vacuum from getting under certain furniture, which defeats the purpose of making it sleek. Im not sure the purpose of it. The battery life isnt great. Its not as smart as Id like it to be. I have yet to use the wifi options so I cant speak on that. Im a little disappointed in this purchase.

Works well on bare floor and has some trouble getting onto carpets that are more plush with padding under them. Overall, a great help in keeping the house clean. We have not used the map feature yet.

Had this for over 6 months now and I can only say great things about it. Very efficient and smart little device. The mop attachment works wonders on wooden floors. I especially enjoy the app which allows me to monitor and set a cleaning schedule while I'm away.

I’ve had this product now for over a year and it has done great. Only downfall in my opinion is it doesn’t go over rugs very well so it you have it on a schedule you have to either pick them up every day or just don’t have any rugs. Some are okay but mine got hung up on most of them.

Bob has been a welcome addition to our cleaning routine. We have several animals and Bob helps to keep the dog and cat hair in check. Bob is able to clean our main floor with battery life left and is easy to empty and clean when done

Great product, works flawlessly, does an amazing job.

Pro: Good designed, strong vacuumed and quiet operated. Con: No clear instruction or video for all function. Connected to Alexa, but no command to make it works. Support team is still working on that bug.

Love it! This is my favorite chore toy. It starts to clean on a schedule while I’m getting ready in the morning and by the time I start working it’s put itself back on charge. The cliff sensors are not quite as good as I had hoped but it’s sturdy enough to take a short fall and be just fine.

This is nice robot having both vacuum and Mop features. I think the design can be improved in terms power of the vacuum. Cleaning the trash needs improvement, every time I need to spend quiet time to clean it. Trashes are stocked in the corner of the collector.
