This is honestly the worst tech product I have ever purchased. This vacuum generally works one time cleaning and then it breaks in one of many ways (can’t connect to Wi-Fi, bad sensor, can’t find docking) and has to be entirely reset - i.e. creating a new login, resetting the vacuum physically, and then reseting the app and the Wi-Fi. And this whole process is random guesses at best. The online instructions aren’t clear at all and the app doesn’t tell you how to fix the errors (if it even acknowledges it isn’t vacuuming). The support team is very responsive and kind via email, but the solutions they give rarely work and rarely match the options for my specific vacuum model. I have no clue how to make this work with any consistency. And I literally can’t waste any more hours pressing random button combinations and scouring the internet for insight into how to get this “timesaver” to function. I could vacuum my house in a tenth of the time I waste trying to get this to work. And it is incapable of vacuuming without its tech, so it is 100% useless. Please look elsewhere for your solution.

I have own Bob Slam since July! Overall he did a very good job on cleaning the house and no problem going back to base. Their customer service dept is great when I had a questions or concern.

This device never worked correctly. The first unit I purchased was defective, and customer support was very helpful in promptly sending a replacement. The replacement unit was unable to connect to my WiFi no matter what I tried and had to be returned. I can’t recommend this device, but customer support was very helpful with addressing my issues.

Complete waste of money. Supposed to be for pets but all it does is ball the hair up on the carpet and we have to pick it up. It doesn’t recognize the rugs so it tries to mop them. We can make a no sweep zone when mopping, and take it off for sweeping.

Just getting stuck under bed and fell off the staircase a couple of times

The motor died in only 2 & a half years, not worth it.

I wouldn't recommend this robot vacuum. It gets stuck on just about everything. I have hardwood floors that transfers to vinyl in the kitchen and it gets stuck trying to go over the trim to the kitchen. The vaccum doubles as a mop but I definitely wouldn't consider it mopping. In the directions it says to just fill the reservoir with water and nothing else. So it doesn't adequately clean the floor. The app has a terrible UI. Nothing is labeled and is very hard to understand how it works. I had to pull up a YouTube video from the manufacturer to see how it works. Was a horrible experience.

Love the purchase. Battery life is great and much quieter than other robo vacs.

The bObsweep app almost never loads the map, even though bob runs through the whole house every day. I've tried reopening the app, reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, re-adding bob - nothing fixes it. This makes it impossible to run a quick clean or to change the schedule. The brushes also push crumbs and lightweight litter around instead of actually vacuuming them.

Picks up my dog’s hair then it spreads it again all over the floor even though when the bin is empty

Displeased with the performance of this product I have had 3 of a different brand and loved them, this never works a full cycle and is always needing to be rebooted
