Trouble getting out of the room, need 2.4G (I have 5G) called fiber network got that figrued out, but struggled to get it to clean. Returned.

Easy to set up, easy maintenance and cleans good enough

Vacuum does a decent job. Definitely lacking in features compared to robot Vacuums or today. The app is also minimalistic and not intuitive for editing the mapping features.

Docking station moved each time the vacuum docks, throwing off its mapping. Got tired of recreating maps so stopped using that feature. Vacuum loves driving off my second floor stairs. Maybe that's why it's called the SLAM model. Mop portion was obviously useless within the first minute of use. I'd rather just push a broom around. Original list price is beyond laughably inflated, it's shocking.

Worse robot vacuum in history. This thing is so bad at vacuuming that I no longer use it. Never has this dumb thing picked up more than a pinch or two of dirt. And never once has it completed a full cycle and made it back to the charger and I keep my floors clear. The only thing this is good for is making other crappy robot vacuums look much better comparatively.

I'm getting used to using this the price was awesome. Can't figure out how to block where I don't want it to go but for the price I really do like it. Worth every penny. Doctors work so much blood loss

Doesn’t follow schedule and constantly getting stuck. I created no zones and separated rooms. Also updated app. Nothing has worked. It doesn’t keep up with Great Pyrenees fur

I guess I had a hard time setting it up. It did go around the room which has rugs and cords. I had to help it here and there going over rugs and not getting tangled in the cords. Didn’t pick up much dirt. I believe it’s not the right choice for me. Darn I really wanted to like it.

I got this during one if the daily deals and got an awesome price. This works very well, the mapping ability is very good. Have not tried the mopping function yet but thats just a bonus for me since i mostly just wanted the vacuum. Works great!

Its very slow and having hard time cleaning over rugs.dissapointed

Very easy setup - with step by step instructions and guide for cleaning. App needs a little work and can be difficult to figure out at first.

Had it for 10 days and except for first run, it never has run properly. Can't transition from tile to rug; gets stuck and keeps whirring. Can't find it's way back. Doesn't dock properly so keeps missing to charge. Clock keeps getting reset to EST instead of CST. Bought it for the looks - big mistake. My 5 year old Roomba and 4 year old Mi perform better than this grarbage product

I opened the box and it was pretty much ready to go. Downloaded the app and off he went!! We have a golden retriever dog and it picked up hair like crazy. I cannot wait to try mopping the floors next!!!

I would make it lower if I could. I have myself and one large (non shedding dog) I spent more time fighting with it than it did sweeping, I can seep the floor faster than it does and do a better job. the brushes kept getting all messed and tangled up. I will be returning it

I’m not a fan of Bob, he can’t ever find his charger, It doesn’t ever charge when I place it on the charger and doesn’t clean up as much as I’ve seen others do. Another thing I was disappointed in was the vacuum needs to be detached to mop. I missed that in my research.

Works like a charm. Easy to set up and operates on a schedule. My dog is scared of it and hides in the bedroom when it is running, so no problem there.

It has been kind of hard to figure out how to use it in a way that is less maintenance than just doing it myself. I wish it could sweep and mop using the same cartridges rather than having to change them out. Also, it doesn’t understand not to clean on the carpets like it said it’s supposed to

I thing it would be good if it would of charged and the first day I opened it and now I can’t get the wi-Fi to work and I can’t return it. Normally you have 30 days and apparently you don’t hear.
