This is the second BobSweep product we’ve had, and they have both been all around amazing! I have to start out by saying that for us, this doesn’t replace vacuuming altogether - we have 3 kids and 2 huskies who shed an insane amount of floof non-stop but BobSweep keeps the crumbs and fur pretty under control. In order for the main floor of our house to be truly ‘clean,’ I still need to vacuum manually but I love that I can program it so that even when I can’t get a thorough vacuuming in, the house looks pretty good. Unfortunately, Bob will sometimes eat something he shouldn’t (he really likes to choke on shoelaces and charging cords!) and when I flip him over to detangle him, the map can sometimes get a bit messed up if I don’t replace him in the exact same orientation. Then I have to reset him and start again. Another downside is that with so much fur in our house, I do need to clean out the main brush every day otherwise it starts to clog up. I don’t mind so much, but it’s another task to add for our dogsitter when we’re away. I have had to contact customer support a few times for replacement parts (we put our Bobs through a lot of hard work, so it’s no surprise they need an occasional tune up!) and every time the customer service has been quick, easy, and even … fun(?!) to deal with! I’ve never had a company make it so easy. We name lots of things in our house (the cars, appliances…) and something that initially enamored us to this company is how our Bob came with an ‘adoption’ certificate - complete with height and weight! Bob has done so well that some friends of ours fell in love and we got them their own for Christmas. Overall I am extremely happy with this edition of Bob and will continue to purchase other products as they come out - I’m never switching to another company!

This lil guy is good. Be sure to read the direction on the app..it work well once its programmed.

Was not able to connect to my WiFi and called customer service and they weren’t able to get it connecting

Biggest piece of crap I every bought. Worked good for the first two weeks and after that not so good

Not real bright. I would imagine that others would say we didn't give it enough time, but we did not see improvement quick enough.

Main brush had some trouble. It always struck in the middle of the task. Unable to clear this issues even after cleaning the brush. Don't know what to do.

It really does a great job of getting the entire floor and not too loud

Lidar gets jammed really fast. Used it A couple of times and it’s not charging anymore. Not happy with my purchase.

Have had the bobsweep for a few months now, not impressed. Works ok, but doesnt reall get the job done. Still gotta sweep. I have vinyl floors and a cat.

Had many issues related to getting stuck and not being able to go over our area rugs.

Whyyy does this cost so much? Awful! Mapping is so difficult. Gets lost and stuck all the time. I hate it!

It has stopped working after a few months, and I can’t return it anymore.

I purchased Bobsweep SLAM about 2 months ago. I also own Bobsweep Pro and Bobsweep Vision with positive results over hardwood floors and some carpeting for my home and office. Having a finished thicker carpeted basement, I needed a machine that could handle that carpeting too. Plus wanted to run two machines simultaneously for upstairs and downstairs of my home. Very impressed with SLAM, it's quiet, and maps well unsupervised. With SLAM, I no longer need to manually use my Miele vacuum. Which is a plus. I did have a question about the WiFi and contacted Bobsweep in the US, the technician was very knowledgeable (didn't read from a screen) and really cared about providing spot-on information. He even followed up a week later to ensure it was working properly. It is pretty easy to purchase a product, but quality support after the sale is important to me. Because of that, I would purchase their products again.

It work at the beginning great but was only a few time now didn’t want to work

I DONT see a difference when it cleans my floors at all. It’s more effective if I use my mop/vacuum.

keeps going off line-----all the time-----it works great --once, then it is constantly going off line and not charging

It doesn't work good wastes our time in drawing the house plan
