Worked OK, but could not tell it specific places to clean.

Not working giving error need to exchange with another one

Does not connect to wifi which is terrible so I cannot start it electronically

This is a great robot vacuum! It is easy to set up and does a great job at cleaning. We have a corgi and a yellow lab so we deal with a LOT of fur and the bObweep takes care of it all. The map and scheduling features make vacuuming a set it and forget it task! My only con is it can't do my stairs lol!

This is my forth robot vacuum so I’ve been able to fairly make a comparison. It’s safe to say that I’m highly impressed with the overall performance of the BOB, particularly in comparison to the other brands I’ve tried. The ap that controls the vacuum is intuitive and relatively simple to use. The coverage of the vacuum throng home is impressive, and the amount of soil it collects is astounding! I have two large dogs and live in the country so there is plenty of dirt to pick up…this vacuum does it with ease. My only issue is it struggles a bit with the large amounts of dog hair I get in the carpet. To be fair, even my upright vacuum struggles with this, so I shouldn’t be surprised. I did have one issue where I needed to contact customer support and I couldn’t be more pleased with the response. I was contacted by a support representative and given a direct telephone number to my personal support staff. He was super helpful and we fixed the issue. Now BOB is happy again, and so am I! At regular price this is a good value. At sale price it’s a no-brainer!

This robot vacuum cleans great. I especially like how the app maps the home and shows where it has cleaned. Our home is larger than the cleaning area and I notice that each day, the vacuum will clean a different room that was missed the day before. They also have great customer service. The app is not completely intuitive though. I had to keep playing with it to figure out how to block off parts of the home where it keeps getting stuck or snagging a loose rug. Love that feature as well.

I live with two cats who shed constantly so keeping my floors clean is a major challenge. Add to that the fact that I hate vacuuming/mopping, and it is easy to understand why we were very early adopters of robotic vacuums. After wearing out two units and trying a couple which weren’t able to handle the pet hair, we decided it was time for a unit specifically designed for that purpose. In addition, I wanted a unit that added mopping capabilities. After doing quite a bit of online research, I determined the bobSweep Pet Hair SLAM was a good fit. This robotic vacuum, we call Bob, does an excellent job of handling pet hair and debris on the floor. Its large capacity dustbin holds a remarkable amount, meaning it can run for over an hour without having to be emptied. The dustbin is easily replaced with a water container for mopping. What really sets the Pet Hair SLAM apart is its mapping function. During the first run, Bob uses a laser to map the house. This map was amazingly accurate but it can also be adjusted or re-drawn if it is not what you want. The map can then be used to customize Bob’s work. For example, I have him just clean my kitchen more often than he cleans the rest of the house. Also, there are some areas I don’t want mopped due to the floor surfaces. Adjusting the map to identify these areas is so much easier that setting up physical “walls.” Bob can also be scheduled to run at designated times and in specific parts of the house. Finally, I have to comment on the bobSweep Support. The online videos provide extensive help for setting up and using your unit. In addition the Customer Service is responsive to questions and concerns and, what was shocking to me, even followed up to be sure their response handled the issue. Bottom line: bobSweep Pet Hair SLAM is a great solution for pet owners who want clean floors but don’t want the hassle of pushing around a vacuum or a mop.

We’ve had our Bobsweep for about 2 months now. Overall it has really changed our home cleaning routine for the better. We have a lot of oddly-shaped furniture in the house, so at first I was skeptical of whether the vacuum would be able to navigate the various rooms in our house. But I have been really impressed with its ability to navigate around objects and clean each room without getting stuck or missing spots. We have some rooms with hardwood floors and others with carpet, and it works great on both. Getting the app set up took a bit of time for us, but after that it has worked really well.

We have been very pleased with our BobSweep. Not only was it less expensive than our previous robotic vaccuum it also does a better job. BobSweep is also quieter and faster. We needed contact customer service on an issue and they resolved the problem and follow-up to ensure everything is working properly. I would recommend purchasing this vaccuum.

I've never had a robot vacuum before so I don't have anything to compare to, but this was very easy to set up, empty, and is fairly quiet when operating. While it is on sale for 300 I'd definitely say it is worth the price. I love the jade color, definitely worth waiting for this one to be available. Have not yet used the mop feature but the vacuum is great! Only thing I wish I could do is multiple levels of the house.

bOb is now my best friend! I read reviews before purchasing that mentioned the app was not easy. That was not the case for me. I opened it up, set it up, charged it up, hooked to Wi-Fi and off like horses in the Derby! I have tile floors and am so surprised how much “stuff” I get. I run bOb every other day and feel so good about how my floors look! The mop feature does a good job of “wet dusting” the floors and makes them shine!

We’ve had our PetHair SLAM for about 2 months now, and it has made everyday cleaning so much easier for me. We have a small terrier that sheds a lot of hair, and his hair really contrasts with our carpet and rugs. The vacuum keeps all our floors clean of hair with almost no effort on my part. It also cleans our hardwood and vinyl floors in the hallway and kitchen. The navigation abilities of the vacuum are pretty impressive. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

We have had this little time saver for about a year now. With two teen boys, two dogs and cooking breakfast, lunch and dinners every day at home; this thing really saves us a lot of time with keeping up with our floors. We have a fairly large house, so my only gripe is the battery doesn't have enough charge to do the whole house in one charge. But that's ok, it will return to the charger and when it's at a full charge again, I'll kick off another cleaning where it will usually get the area it couldn't before. Customer service is top notch. I had one issue where the bot would give an error about the mop bin. I would pull it out and put it back and sometimes it would continue or sometimes it wouldn't. I went ahead and bought a new mop bin as most parts for this thing are readily available online. I contacted support about this after I had already bought the dust bin and they refunded my money even though it had already been about 12 months since owning this. They really do care about the customer. Another nice thing is they're consistently updating the app and bot so there are always enhancements that make it even better.

Upgraded to the Slam and have zero complaints. After having the Pro where I always had to keep something infront of the walkway to keep it from coming onto the carpet, the Slam figured out the layout and with the use of the app tell it not to go into this room. Its quick, efficient and really quiet.

Loved this vacuum because the color is aesthetically pleasing and it does its job. I live in a cramped apt with a rug and thick mat pad on the wooden floors. The vacuum is amazing as its able to make its way into small spaces and picks up dog hair and dust. I have a golden so BOB does his automatic scheduled cleaning everyday so I don't have to.

BObsweep Slam has been a great help for me! I have two small shedding dogs and it really gets the hair up. Haven’t tried the mopping yet but I hope it will be just as good. Just too bad it can’t open and close doors to clean behind them. I have issues that make it difficult for me to use a regular vacuum and having this has been a great help.

I have a malamute and husky. It does a great job picking up their hair. Easy to clean. Love the mopping feature. Can easily vacuum floors and turn around and mop. Makes life a lot easier!

I’m blown away by this little robot! We have 3 dogs and this vacuum is up to the task. The truly amazing thing about this robot is how it performs it’s work. It doesn’t wander randomly, it sees your room and what’s in it and figures out how to optimize its pattern of coverage to hit all the areas once and go to the next room. By the way, you can see everything it sees and the areas it still has to vacuum on your phone. You can can even control it from your phone so the interface is incredibly simple to direct and schedule the robot. As an engineer, I’m very impressed with the technology and the integration of the features and functionality to create a very simple to use home assistant that has made our home easier to enjoy.

This BObsweep is awesome! It was easy to set up and once I got the schedule set up all I have to do is empty the dust bin. We already had the PetHair Vision, but with decided to try a newer system and we are glad we did and now our son is taking our Vision to his apartment. I love how the mapping of the House looks and works with different colors for each room. The Lidar guidance system is very exact and never misses a spot and is actually fun to watch how it navigates around chair legs like it’s hugging it. Mopping is good and will get what the vacuum may leave and pretty much just plain water works fine.
