Bobsweep works good. was easy to connect to the app and my network. has no problems navigating between hardwood floors and carpets. my cats love the "silent" mode. better editing of the mapping would make this vacuum great. unless I am not using the app right I had to delete a couple of rooms and remap because bob thought they were the same room.

Bob pet hair sweep is a life saver ! I am a mom if two kids under 8 and a 40 lv fur baby that sheds. This vac is my go to to help me keep my home tidy. It picks up dirt . I haven’t had to vac or sweep my floor manually since having it . I just need one more for upstairs. On top of the efficiency of BOB, the customer service department is to notch! They have helped me order new parts , and even had me ship it out for a check up! I can’t say anything bad about it ! Get you one … or two.

It helps me clean and mop the floors. It is amazing for a quick fix when you are busy or going to sleep at night. Make sure to not leave any papers, cables, or rugs around when you are using it. Also, do not expect it to vacuum corners or the house because it does not. It works better when there is more space. I usually put up chairs or any small furniture out of the way when using it.

So I don’t have a very “connected” home (no smart lights, etc) and I don’t consider myself very high-tech. I usually do most of the dishes by hand. But a while back I decided that I was tired of constantly vacuuming our 2 German Shepherd’s hair from the floors every day without end, and I wanted some help. So I bought a Bobsweep, and I am SO happy that I did. I’ve completely stopped worrying about vacuuming. My Bobsweep keeps all of my floors clean with basically no effort on my part. It works really well on all our floors, even the kitchen . Highly recommend.

We have a six and a 2 year ild who are constantly bringing in dirt from the garden and Although we had robot vaccum before we still had to vacuummanually. This things maps and divides the floors into separate areas and you can send it where you want a quick touch up or schedule it to clean when youre out. This is a huge improvement from our older bobsweep which we also loved and used for years but couldn't use so efficiently

I bought a bob last year. I tried connecting it to the app and couldn't but figured that wasn't totally necessary and ran bob without the app. It worked great for a day and then never again. It would always get stuck on something or just decide that it didnt want to work. I tried everything to get it to work and finally gave up. After a couple of months, right before I was to the point of chucking bob, I reached out to customer support. They were friendly and responsive. We emailed a couple of times and then life got in the way and I pushed it to the bottom of my to do list. After another couple of months, I finally responded to the last email. They told me to ship bob back, free of charge. I did and a new bob came. He synced to the app automatically and runs like a dream. He has been working for weeks now!

Great daily vacuum. It doesn't replace a big unit, but sure cuts down on the stray pet hair. Rarely gets stuck. Large amounts of pet hair do overwhelm at times. Support is responsive, and self-repairs are straightforward.

Love my Bobsweep SLAM! The vacuum is much quieter than my previous Roomba vac. The mapping feature is great and easy to use. The suction is also 5 stars. The mopping feature is a bonus. But, the BOB customer service is stellar! You wont find customer service like them anywhere else. If you are on the fence about this vacuum, it is a no brainer!

After picking cords and some other things off the floor, we downloaded the app and started bob. First time it took about and hour and fifteen minutes to complete the floor. Was amazed how much dust and hair it picked up. We had just swept a few days prior. Very satisfied.

I have two German shepherd dogs and they shed a lot I have 3 Bobsweep cleaning my house mornings and afternoon and they are a life saver they clean my hardwood floors and do a great job highly recommend if you have peys that shed

I am having issues with my BOB slam as it continually vacuums the same area over and over until the battery dies. I reported this to the company and they are doing all that they can to give me the support I need to resolve this issue. My sister bought BOB the same time I did and she has no issues with hers and very happy with BOB!

Since I began using the Bob Pet Slam robot vacuum, I've seen a notable decrease in dust and dirt at home, offering immense relief for both my cat and me. The vacuum cleaner's performance is excellent. I highly recommend it.

I have been a longtime fan of robotic vacuum cleaners for years. Prior to getting the Bobsweep Pethair Slam, I had 2 Roomba robotic cleaners. I thought they did a good job of cleaning UNTIL I bought a Bobsweep. Despite just cleaning our sunroom with the Roomba, the Bobsweep Pethair Slam with its bristle brush design, picked up a ton of pet hair!! It clearly is able to vacuum pet hair from carpet that others leave behind. In addition, it is quieter than our Roomba’s. The app works well. and it’s mapping feature is especially easy to use, especially in avoiding the Christmas tree!

Vaccum arrived quickly. Very satisfied with it. Easy setup and like that is has 2 brushes and has the mapping feature.

We love it and it does a great job. The downside is that you have to pay for the app. to program it.

Awesome vacuum I highly recommend. I do not know why so many negative reviews about the app it works flawlessly for me and I’ve been using it daily for about a month.

The is the best and the coolest cleaning device to have. It can tackle even the toughest pet hair and the lightest dust particles leaving the floor sparkiling clean.

The vacuum is good quality and works well. The app is easy to use. The customer service is phenomenal. They are quick to respond and resolve any issues I’ve had.

We purchased a Roomba vacuum, as our first experience with a robot vacuum. What a disaster in all our expectations, so we returned it very dissatisfied. Then I friend recommended we try the bObsweep, and what a difference. We love everything about it, and the versatility of all the extra features (for about the same cost of the Roomba) was amazing.
