Very good mapping - great on hard surfaces… not so great on carpet but I expected that. Easy to empty. Have not tried the mopping option yet but will do.

I absolutely love the Bobsweep. I knew I wasn't vacuuming enough when the bottom of my socks were turning black after walking around my house. So embarrassing! After running bObsweep for several days, I can walk around my house and still have clean white socks. I'll take those results! If you want a clean floor, I highly recommend this little guy.

I have had a bobsweep for about 6 months now and it has been wonderful. Our house is about 3400 sq ft and it's able to vacuum the house. I do have it scheduled to run M, W & F and it cleans very well. I also like that I can send it to a particular room and clean if needed. The only down fall is that I wish it would either make noise if it gets stuck on something or it would send a notification to my phone.

We love our Bobsweep! We have used different models over the years and they all work great. Plus their customer service is TOP NOTCH! With a VERY large dog and several cats and living in a sandy area, this keeps our floors clean!

I am extremely happy with the way this robot maneuvers around. It gets into areas that I cannot get out with a broom and does not get stuck on carpet. I have a very busy household and runs daily, keeps my floors looking amazing. I would recommend this robot to anyone interested.

So theres no way i would pay $600 to $800 on a vacuum unless it literally kept my floors vacuumed 24/7 and emptied its and maybe was Rosie from The Jetsons but i figured if it did a decent job keeping at least half the dog hair handled so i didn't have to vacuum every day, then its was worth whatever the special deal of the day i got it for last fall. Between $250 and $300 i think. We have a Rottweiler, 2 - 4lb yorkies and 3 goldendoodles and contrary to one the false beliefs that some breeders like to suck you in with, THEY DO SHED! I used to have a standard poodle and she too shed fluffs of fur if she wasnt brushed regularly. Regardless of what fairy tales we want to believe, you can't take breeds like labs, goldens, Bernese Mountain dogs,etc that very much do shed...and mix them with standard poodles...also a breed that sheds and get a magically nonshedding dog but i digress. Anyway this meant for pets robot couldn't have did a decent job if we had simply had the yorkies and one doodle lol. It regularly missed dust bunnies and little blips of stuff and it continually got stuck under the coffee table with plenty of exit room to get out of the areas it got itself into. It was maddening. It was returned. Ill stick with our Shark. Might not have pretty color choices and an app and a birth certificate to name it but it doesn't stress me out daily

We recently got this newer, improved model from bObsweep, the SLAM, and we love it. It is faster and just as quiet, but has more suction and seems to have a better battery life. Very impressed with this model. This is our 2nd bOb and we are so impressed with the equipment and the company's customer service.

Doesn't make as much noise as my prior one Bobi....but seems lese functional does not pick up much pet hair

This thing is really cool. It’s all Nikita to map the room and navigate autonomously is amazing. Overall, it picks up almost anything. Very impressed.

Good robotic vacuum cleaner at a great price. Lots of features for the money and it cleans well.

I love this bobsweep! I've had it for a month now and have used it almost everyday. Previously I had a bobsweep PetHairPlus and while I loved him dearly (the manufacturer's gimmick of anthropomorphizing it by calling it a him completely worked on me), he was not as smart as this bob. The old bob I would have to divide the house in two, move chairs to the side of the house he wasn't working in, wait for him to finish charging and then carry him and his charger to the next side of the house and even then he often got stuck on the hallway runners or had to be carried back to his charger because he couldn't find it on his own. This bob, which because it is smarter and more efficient and a very pretty color I have decided to refer to as she, does the whole house in one go. I don't have to move anything, she can fit under the cabinets and weave through chairs. I don't even have to be home, I can use the app and just press go. She's significantly more quiet. The old bob was so loud I would only run him when I was about to leave, this bob you can easily watch TV or listen to the radio while she's running. My favorite bit is using the map and on the app so that after dinner I can tell her to sweep the kitchen while I'm doing dishes and wiping down counters and when she's done I swap out her dustbin for the mop attachment and she can mop while I call it a night! Even the maintenance is easier. The dustbin cleans out without all the dustbunnies stuck in the corners and the brushes can be taken out and cleaned without using a screwdriver. I love love love this bob and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I give Bob a 4.8/5 stars only because he still gets stuck sometimes and misses a couple corners from time-to-time. He's cute though and MUCH improved from his much older brother! I think we’ll keep him ;D Love being able to connect on the phone!

Bob does an incredible job of keeping the dog hair under control. It runs and cleans well and keeps the area clear of hair and other dirt and dust.

This is my 2nd bObsweep vacuum. My first one was not wifi compatible. the bObsweep PetHair SLAM is and I LOVE IT! I have owned this vacuum for 2 months now and I run it every day. I have only had it get stuck 2x. Once on a boot shoestring and once on a phone charge- both understandable. I love that I can connect with the app and start bObsweep at any time throughout the day. Overall- VERY pleased and will be purchasing more bObsweep products in the future!

We've owned multiple cleaning bots over the years and the bOb line of products is one of the best! Currently own the SLAM and Vision+, which both do a great job at all things floors. The app is easy to use and allows for customizable settings. AND if you do happen to have any issues or questions, bOb Support is handsdown the best! They are quick to respond, helpful and make sure they resolve all issues before moving on!

This has been one of the coolest appliances I have owned. Very reliable on keeping the house clean. Absolutely love it.

We were surprised by how well this thing works! It mapped out our entire home in notime. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the lack of instructions available on how to edit the map (in print or online).

Smart BoB!!! and helpfull ^_^ I didn’t expect that BoB will be our unlimited maid in our home.

Its that simple. I have a cheaper robot and it skips the room that has the door closed.
