Bob has been GREAT! As far as housecleaning chores go, I dread sweeping the most. Bob has helped immensely with reducing the amount of manual sweeping and manual mopping that I have to do. And at time of purchase, I guess there was some big discount deal going, so I couldn't pass it up. It did seem like Bob was drop shipped directly from the manufacture as attached to Bob's box was a handwritten "Welcome Home" birth card for Bob. A very nice humorous touch that my wife liked. The kids will follow Bob around the house watching him go from room to room in a grid fashion and just pick up all the little crumbs off the floor. Dog is still afraid of Bob. The mapping function is great and after a few runs, Bob has a pretty good lay of the land and where each room is. I just need to work on that map to cut the no sweep zones as Bob does have a tendency to get himself tripped up in wires. Bob also works with Google Home Assistant. When I need Bob to do his work, I can just tell the Goog to turn on Bob, and Bob goes off to do his thing.

I bought this a year ago, I have four cats and have been very impressed, for the most part. I love that I can set up a cleaning schedule. On low power, the vacuum cleans for almost 3 hours. I have 2200 sqft on the main floor and every room gets touched. The vacuum will clean uninterrupted as long as it doesn't find a charger cord or a cat toy to suck up and get stuck. I like that the app sends me error codes as well. The customer service has been beyond wonderful. If there is ever an error code you don't understand, they will email step-by-step instructions on how to fix it. I was having some mechanical issues with my original vacuum and after many attempts to fix it via tech assistance, they decided to have me send it in postage paid for a tune-up. The filters get dirty quickly, so I recommend getting extras to have on hand. I am surprised by how much hair is picked up daily. My cat approves too...or probably just enjoys the ride. Geez, what happens when I'm not home to witness the free rides?? LOL

I’m honestly quite impressed with the performance. The lidar allows it to scan and navigate in tight obstacles. It still got stuck in tricky places (under the couch or rug fringes). In the end you can easily set exclusion zones on your house map (which is generated automatically with the lidar). I have an Australian Shepard and honestly, with daily useage, Bob has allowed me to take back control of the cleanliness of the house. Depending on the use, expect to possibly have to dump the canister daily (and clean the roller if needed, very easy task), but nothing wrong with that. I haven’t used the mopping function yet. Let’s be honest, it doesn’t replace a deep vacuum. But it’ll do easily 80% of the job on its own on a daily basis, and an occasional deep vacuuming will do the rest. Last comment: don’t over expect performance on rugs and carpet, it’s only battery operated and don’t have deep cleaning capabilities

This robot vacuum cleaner is the best investment of my time . While it works, I spend time on myself. One touch of a button on the app is all the effort I put into cleaning. I'm very satisfied. The vacuum cleaner does a great job cleaning. For maintaining daily cleanliness, it's just what I need. Plus it has a floor cleaning feature. Just add water to the container and your apartment sparkles. Highly recommended.

I have three dogs, two of which shed. One is a Great Pyrenees with long hair and the other is a Siberian Husky with short hair. This vacuum does great with both! It's mapping feature seems to work well and it doesn't spend a lot of time finding where it is. This vacuum does require a lot of cleaning, including pulling dog hair off the brushes and wheels after each use, and cleaning the bumpers, but I think that is to be expected. You do have to "prep" the floor before using this, however. It can get clogged easier than a normal vacuum and wires or strings will be sucked up if they are not put away before running this. Otherwise, a great robot vacuum and a big help.

We got Bob PetHair SLAM as an upgrade from our Bobsweep PetHair and WOW what a difference! The transition between carpet, tile, and area rugs is so simple for new Bob! The tufts of hair get eaten with ease. I cannot believe the things Bob picks up after we use our Dyson Pet Hair. The app is easy to use and he is super quiet. A must have if you have non-stop shedding animals!

I have had my bob for several months and while i have had some sumps in the road (My bob did not like mopping). Customer service was very easy to work with and we got my bob working properly. I also love that replacement parts are very easy to come by and the instructions on how to replace anyth8ng ar eeasy to understand. While I have not had to do any work on my bob i like knowing they make it wasy for me to fix it myself if the need arises.

Love it so far. Navigation can be frustrating but once you get going it’s pretty awesome. Clean great, we’ve got a lab. I use it everyday. So quiet, we had a Roomba had issues but was so noisy. I work at home and had to shut it off when I got a call. With this some I don’t even hear it sometimes. I very rarely give a 5 but this is close. Haven’t tried the mop yet and I’m still playing with the mapping. Only real negatives is at this point 8 don’t see how to have multiple maps. Still working on room specific. I’ve been to block around tables so it doesn’t get stuck under it with the chairs

We took advantage of the Labor Day sale, and replaced our 2016 Deebot with the bObsweeps PetHair SLAM. We would not have purchased this particular robot vacuum if it had not been $390 off the retail price at the time. We’ve used it a couple of times, and it does a pretty thorough job vacuuming the hardwood and tile floors. It is picking up more than our older device—which has been losing battery and suction power, and needed to be replaced. We have not tried it on the rug. Nor have we attempted to use the mopping function. Maybe someday we’ll check out the mopping capabilities. But we’ve been happy with the vacuuming function so far, even though we just let it run and have not yet fully explored all the app has to offer.

We recently got a german shepard and he drops a lot of hair, we noticed that we could see hair on living room tables and even the dining table, and we vaccuumed once a day, but it was not enough. We decided to try a robot vac and this one was the lucky one, and wow since weve had it has been doing a great job. We run it 4 times a day and we’re pretty amazed at how much hair and dust it picks up. Weve been using it mainly on hard floors, but it has gone into carpeted rooms without any issues, just make sure you pick up cords or larger objects that might jam the roller. We had a little issue with the mop attachment and we contacted customer service and they sent a replacement, we havent had an issue since. The mop attachment does its job but dont expect it to be like actually mopping. Defenitely recommend!

This is a great little robot vacuum. The mapping system is very accurate, so it covers a very high percentage of the areas that need to be vacuum. It works great on my LVP flooring and keeps the dust and pet fur at bay. The app is very simple to use. Initial set up was a bit challenging, but it's been perfect ever since. One note: while it's great with dust and dog hair, it struggles with anything solid. My pup chewed up a pencil and I missed picking up one small splinter, which caused the brush to get jammed. We also had another problem with the main brush's bearing failing. However, customer service was amazing and we were shipped a new one, which has since worked great.

I bought 1 for our new apartment since we have 3 pets & with my health issues I can use all the help I can get keeping up after them… The vacuum arrived in a timely fashion, & included a little ´welcome to the world’ birthday type card for Bob. I named it ´Dobby’, if you know, you know lol. Setting it up was a breeze for me, once I let it get enough charge at least (I was being impatient at first due to excitement). First run went pretty smooth, my fur children didn’t know how to react to it though, it was cute to watch. Dobby mapped out the parts of the apartment it was allowed in, then went back to the base once full so I could empty it. It continued where it left off after being emptied and a quick energy top off… My partner liked Dobby so much, that for their birthday I got them the Jade version, we named that one ‘Consuela’. My partner is not as tech savy as me, so after a few attempts at setting his up, I ended up taking over, set it up for them really quickly, and let him run it in his cave. He’s obsessed with it, it arrived Friday, today is only Tuesday, somehow he has run it about 6-8 times already lol. So far, the only thing we might have prefered is more space for the trash/fur it picks up. Can’t comment on the mop feature because we haven’t tried it yet.

Cannot wait to open and use immediately. Very happy with product. It works like a charm got it on sale. Deafly worth every penny. It does miss a few spots but eventually goes back and get it so just be patient let it map your house before for the for shoes. Make sure you know where you want the charger to go do not move it outfit to been mapped. I have no dark carpets or stairs or edges of all above so I can’t comment on that but all in all I am super Duper happy and it came with his really cute card like a baby invitation like it’s a new addition to our family. Very very cute. Great marking.

We introduced Bob to our family on February 20th 2023. He is our first robot vacuum cleaner and has so far made our lives much easier. We have a dog and cat that shed alot and before Bob we could finish cleaning the floors and still have hair tunble weeds on the floor. We allow Bob to vacuum the floors and mop daily. There is no longer any signs of hair after vacuuming and it is now a pleasure to walk barefoot on our tile floors. About 2 weeks into adding Bob into the family, we did have 2 issues. 1 being he went “offline” and the other was a dust bin error. I contacted customer support and they promptly helped me fix the “offline” issue and also sent out a brand new dust bin. They sent it via 2 day shippinh as well. I was impressed. Its been a week since using the new dustbin and we have not had any further issues. Not only that but customer service went above and beyond to reach out to me to verify Bob is cleaning as designed. I was blown away because not many companies take the time to follow up with customers. I will be recommending Bobsweep to all of my friends and family. I have found that with rugs he can sometimes get caught on loose strings and jam. But other than that he has been amazing.

Great robotic vacuum. Love the mapping feature and how you can use the app to block areas off. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! They are quick to respond and when I lost a little piece, they not only sent the small piece, but a new roller- FREE! We purchased “Bob” because we have a dog and cat. Needless to say we had a big hair problem and Bob keeps that problem under control. Highly recommend this product!

The Bobsweep Pethair Slam is the first robot vacuum that i have owned, so I don't have any personal experience to compare it with any other brands. That being said, the Pethair Slam performs exceptionally in my experience. I have a dog that sheds quite a bit, and the Bobsweep keeps his hair under control. Bob is easy to clean and the app works fairly well to map out no sweep zones for Bob and to set up a cleaning schedule for him. I have never tried the mopping feature, so i cannot comment on that function, but I imagine it preforms as well as the sweeping function. I have owned Bob for over a year now and he continues to perform well and keeps my home clean daily. After a year of daily cleaning, my Bob developed an issue where the main brush motor began to fail. I contacted Bobsweep customer service and explained the issue and they were quick to correct it. The offered to have Bob shipped to them for for free for repair and a complete tuneup. I like to tinker with electronics, so instead i had the parts shipped to me and installed them myself . The parts were covered under warranty and the swap was easy, following detailed step-by-step instructions from their website. In 20 minutes my Bob was back to cleaning. The customer service is where Bob really shines. Overall, Bob is a huge timesaver for my busy schedule and i would definitely purchase again if my Bob ever broke down permanently.

I've been using it for a while. it works silent and doing great job in every surfaces. I liked the app which enables control it from everywhere. I'm so happy with this purchase, it saves my time!

Have had the bObsweep PetHair SLAM for a few weeks now and am very pleased with it. After its initial trip around my home, where it got stuck quite a few times, and creating no clean zones in the app, this thing works great. It steers clear of the areas it and my prior roborock would get stuck. It does still trip up occasionally on my calf skin rug, since it is so thin and not taped down. But otherwise it now cleans with minimal issues. One annoyance is that when it DOES get stuck I do not receive a push notification. I can't find any setting in the app to enable this. My prior roborock vacuum would send me push notifications when it had trouble. The PetHair SLAM does not do this so I have to go into the app to see the issue. Note, I got this on sale as a deal of the day.

hi, i expect a high level of cleanliness, and this robot meets a satisfactory level. it was important to me to have a two in one feature. the mopping isn't as toughy tough as I'd like. the machine is kind of loud. i don't mind the latter. i have just one small cat, but he sheds and tracks litter like that's his 9-5. i mainly required this machine for cleaning his litter area, but it's particularly utilitarian in the kitchen regularly as well. i like the app for added efficiency. i did purchase this when it was in the 300-dollar level which is an egregious amount of money to pay, but for my peace of mind, it was worth it. time is money, for example. the customer service is quality quality quality. i'm motivated to leave this review to get on a product testing list, to be transparent.

My new Bob PetHair Slam works so much faster and finds home base (docking station) with ease not like my other bObsweep. I am amazed at the amount of dog hair he picks up daily. Cleaning dog hair off the brushes is easy, too! I can control him with the app or the buttons on top. I can start, stop, schedule or dock with the ease of the app from my phone. I am definitely impressed with Bob PetHair Slam. Customer support is amazing as Bob PetHair Slam.
