This is my second bobsweep. I have two dogs and it works great cleaning pet hair and debris on floor. I've gotten it on sale for a great price.

My Wife loves this and our cat enjoys riding on it while it vacuums the floors.

It got 3 stars because I got it for $400 off the regular price. The software controlling this thing is dumb and continuously gets stuck on walls (like random hard right in to a wall) or suck up other power cords in the wheels so you have to disassemble it. This should not be your first choice.

So far good but the device doesn't perceive depth even though the function is enabled. The device cannot climb 1.5cm high ledges. Other than that, everything is fine.

I bought 3 of these to replace my Roombas and have regretted that decision from day one. The first Bob to go into "action" never charged above 79% regardless of how long I let him juice up. I could live with that (even though i do not find that acceptable from a new machine) as he has only 1 room to clean...however, he leaves clumps of dog hair every 5 inches despite his bin being empty. He has also found countless places to hide and die stuck. His 2 siblings are equally disappointing as they show they are 100% charged, but die hidden somewhere after vacuuming only half a bedroom. If you just want your carpets pre-swept so you can pull out your regular vacuum when Bob finishes, or you just like playing hide and seek, these are the machines for you. If you want something that vacuums, find something else to do that chore.

This vacuum is a great purchase, it does very good cleaning and excellent vacuuming.I highly recommend for everyone.

Mops with the strength of a hand mop, wash the pad. Never through away, last up to 6 months, change the mop attachment and add the vacuum attachment and Bob sucks up dirt better than expected. Definitely recommended

This is good for hardware floors, for me it doesn’t really work good on carpets

Worked good first two times now it won’t connect?did clean carpet good

I have both this and the irobot. I would love to replace the irobots with these except the mopping on this one is underwhelming

Worked for a few weeks and never could get it to program properly after that. Best Buy couldn’t service it so was able to return it. Thanks.

I havevthree cats that shedd often. Thisvis the best thing when i ding feel like taking out a big vaccum cleaner every other day

This is our first robot sweeper, and absolutely love it....easy set-up, and great App features....well worth the price.

Fairly easy to set up; works great at picking up dog hair on carpet and tile. Definitely recommend.

Called mine R2 Sweep2 and let me tell you it doesnt dissapoint . large compartment for hair really helps

I wanted it for my hard wood floors. It went all over in differnt directions and left my floors all streaky looking. It also doesnt suck up the water, so its just using the same pad and smearing any dirt all over uour floors. Would be so much better if it sucked up the dirt and water. Had to return it. Bought a cross weave instead

Although it generally cleans very well for a new model, its a PetHair model, hair tends to get stuck in the brush to be cleaned every few uses. Also I have noticed that the bObsweep seems to many times not make it back to the charger, I end up finding it under the couch or bed.

Absolute life saver!! Love this thing! With 2 kids under 3 it make life SO much easier

Had a couple connections issues at first. But after that, almost two months having no troubles. It has worked great and the app is easy to use. It does a better job than our old Samsung robo vacuum 740. Only other complaint is it could of had a little bigger bin.
