Bob is part of our family. We have a dog and this thing must have for pet hair. The bonus is it also mops with an extra water container device. It is pretty complicated device and you will not see it cleaning same spot twice like other cheap units. We did have an issue at some point when it won't start at it's scheduled time but Margarita at product support maid it easy to exchange it for a new model. So far our floors are clean and it saves our time.

This unit is capable of taking on your most complex jobs throughout your home. I'm absolutely amazed by Pet Slams ability to map out my living quarters and navigate, while cleaning, effortlessly. Additionally, im impressed with ability to section off areas that you don't want Pet Slam to cover. This unit is also quiet compared to my last one and cleans about 10× better. Pet slam is now part of out family!!

It cleans up pet hairs nicely and does a good job overall. The only problem that I’ve found is the scheduling, which is impossible to get to work with more than one schedule it seems. Trying to set Bob to clean at 9am and 7pm for example is impossible even though the settings are right there. It just will not start on the second schedule time. I even contacted support and they had me do all sorts of things and eventually even replaced the unit. The new unit is behaving exactly the same though, so I guess it just won’t work. It’s not a huge deal for me but worth noting for anyone that wants to split the cleaning to different times/days that it probably won’t work.

This vacuum is a SLAM DUNK! I have three Pomskies and the hair is amazing. I needed a machine that could keep up with it because I can't. This works. I also really like the mopping feature if company is coming over and I'm running out of time to do the floors. It seems to map the room well.

First Impressions: Before plugging in my first ever automatic vacuum, I used my good old fashioned vacuum I've owned for about 4 years. I cleared a spot for my newly adopted Bob. I plugged Bob in around 9PM, just winging it. Bob woke me up at 3AM not realizing what time it was (silly thing.) I let him finish up his job and he went back to sleep. He worked diligently all day the next afternoon while I was at work. I got home and emptied what I thought would be a "barely anything" container, but I was wrong. Bob sucked up way more that I thought. A freshly vacuumed surface, Bob got a deeper clean. I am so far very satisfied with my first ever robot vacuum experience. I love the mapping on the app, I love the control. Bob has made life a little easier.

Pretty good performance overall. Mop feature is not a gimmick which is great. Sometimes gets trapped in a spot even though there aren't obstructions rather than getting the entire room but that could be in part of the self programmed spots when you preset the mapping of its clean spots.

BoBs ability to map our house with Lidar is amazing. Does a hood job and the added mop function is great.

I loved this vacuum for the first 3 weeks, my floors were always vacuumed, but it keeps saying battery isn’t charging, but I know it is because it goes down and then it goes and charges, but battery won’t hit 100 percent. The filters are amazing, it has two filters. If I could remember to dump the dirt I would be in good shape, because that little thing fills up quick. I wish I would’ve purchased one that emptied its self. That’s my only super complaint because it’s an inconvenience to me to remember to empty it lol

So far this is an awesome vacuum. But the battery life ran out faster than my other vacuum when using the mop action.

I ordered the Black one while it was on sale because i had gift cards that were expiring soon and didn't know what to buy, so since we have 3 fur children and just moved to a new place, went with one of these. The first was easy to set up once i charged it, I named it Dobby (after the house elf). My partner was so amused with it that we ended up ordering a second one, this Jade one, for his cave. We named that one Consuela lol. My boyfriend isn't as tech savvy as I am, so they struggled to set up the bot for a bit, before finally giving up and letting me do it. Didn't take me very long at all to set it up. We love our bots so far, neither have treated out the mop feature yet though, so can't comment on that part.

Bob is a great vacuum! He runs about once or twice every week. The only downside is that the brushes get bent out of shape pretty easily so I am happy there is a replacement set that came in the box. Otherwise he does a pretty good job of picking everything up (mostly cat hair, human hair, and dust) and I am happy with the purchase overall. He even picked up a screw and it didn't break him. I especially love that he can map out the entire floor and then be restricted to clean or avoid certain areas.

This robot vacumm wasnt bad for the price i got it for. 180$ i didnt turn it off a ledt it running for two weeks than thr battery died. If u do buy this vacumm be sure to turn it off when not needed, so u dont ruin the battery life too fast

I have used it a few times now as a mop and a vacuum. The vacuum is great. If your floor isn’t too dirty the mop is fine. The one thing I hate is how hard it is to get the interchangeble vacuum and mop parts back in! They have an app to use so that you can map out where you don’t want the mop to go as well as the vacuum. I do love that. After vacuuming once it will show a diagram of your floor and you can set where you want it to avoid.

We got the bObsweep as part of TotalTech deal. With 4 cats, a dog, and 2 kids (who are arguably the messiest of them all) we needed a device that would help us keep the main floor descent. Cleaning wise bOb did a great job for the money. We were happy on that part The app's room mapping could have been better and we never tried out the mop portion. We had to return bOb though as he kept getting stuck in the gap between the rug and our entertainment system which was sitting on hardwood. Otherwise we would have kept him.

I got this item on sale for like $200 bucks or under. I would say it works pretty well for how much I got it for, it gets the job done. And I have had it for about 2 years now, it did at one point stop working but we end up fixing it . When it came home , it was named after my last name like a newborn baby and I thought that was pretty cute. So basically only get this item if it’s on sale and also if you are on a budget.

Not bad but not my fave. Bobs default is low power mode so unless you know that and turn it off, the suction power isn’t its highest. He also had trouble localizing a lot. I haven’t used the mop function simply because I don’t want to change everything out back and forth. This is simply me being lazy so take that for what it is! I like that it runs well and makes sure you cover the whole area but it needs reset after about 5mo as it starts freezing up, stops and turns off in the middle of the floor and starts vacuuming all wonky, going from room to room with parts shipped that it returns to later. Not bad if you need a vacuum that can run for you with large areas to cover but going to try a different brand next time.

I love how my robot vacuum goes under the beds and couches. I could never do a good job getting the fine dust there with a regular vacuum. I only use the vacuum option since I have hardwood floors and try not to get them wet. It excels at going through different rooms without getting stuck.

Very good vacuum. Easy to set up. Very intelligent and finds all the dust. Clean up is a breeze. Use an old toothbrush to make it easier.

Great at damp mopping. Picks up pet hair but only fair at picking up anything heavier then hair and dirt.

The bar has been set really high. Great mapping technology along with overall ease of use and maintenance. Great for pet hair and everything in-between!!
