We really like the new robot cleaner, it is definitely smarter and more powerful than the one we used before, we like the design that it doesn’t stuck underneath our closets, it effortlessly clean the whole first floor and leaves beautiful patterns on the carpet, that makes us feel it has done a great job !

Robovacs are our top tech purchase of the past 5 years. Our previous vac worked at random, without a pattern. It did a fine job. The Bobsweep Slam has mapping and AI that makes sure it sweeps the entire floor, every time. Can't recommend the SLAM model enough. It does not get ALL the dirt up, corners and odd angles must be swept out by hand. But, it does 90% of the sweeping hands free. The mop add on seems just fine, think of it more as a bonus rather than a full feature.

Wow I didn't realize my apartment was so dirty until I ran this little guy. He picks up so much pet hair it is unbelievable. Mapping feature works well and I have him scheduled to run daily. My cat really enjoys chasing him around too. The app could have more of a tutorial or better explanation of the features but once I watched a few of their youtube videos I understood it better. Their customer service is great, I needed to contact them about a few concerns/questions and they have been absolutely wonderful.

I’ve had Bob for more than a year now and I can honestly say, its one of the best investments I’ve made. Its amazing to be able to come home and not worry about sweeping every day. Saves me a lot if time for sure. Its also incredible how much hair, dust, dirt and hair this guy can pick up. If you dont have one, definitely get one. Its great!

We now have 3 of these, one on each level. They are great. We have a golden retriever so lots of hair. You have to clean/empty but awesome. Also does a good job making you keep the floor clean. We only bought when it was deal of the day and was $180 each time we bought. I would not recommend paying full price.

I could not be happier with Bob. This vacuum makes cleaning a breeze and keeps our floors spotless. I set up a daily schedule while I am at work then by the time I get home I don’t have anything to have to clean. I can’t stand dirty floors especially with our 3 dogs that track things in from the back yard and leave hair all over the floors. Bob is a lifesaver!!

Easy setup, quiet, clean well. Wifi and mapping was easy to setup also.

I love love love this vacuum!! We have three shedding dogs and I was afraid it wouldn't be able to handle it but it is amazing!! I don't even have to dump it after each run of the whole house. I haven't tried the mopping yet because I need to figure out to not mop my rug lol

Great product and we are enjoying using our new bObsweep -PetHair SLAM Wi-Fi. It’s easy to use and the Wi-Fi is great. We didn’t think it was going to be so easy but it has worked very well.

Excellent robot vacuum and mop! Device works as promised very good suction and mapping capabilities. Had it for almost a year now no issues. I have used Ecovacs Robot vacuums, and this product seems to outperform in all areas.

I have this unit as well as a competitor unit. My house is all hard floor. Lots of pet hair as we have multiple large dogs. I like the easy buttons on top. Very quite and easy to set up. Moves efficiently through out the house. The part I don’t like is the singular roller for the lifting of debris into the canister. I have found it to be easily clogged with hair. The result is a the per hair will remain on the bottom and clump up eventually loosen and be left behind. That said my house is probably the worst case scenario for pet hair and on a typical household I feel this unit would work properly and efficiently. Just make sure the area is free of things that will clog the roller. Hope this helps.

This is our 2nd BOB purchase. What a difference?! The APP makes it easy to use. We love the down-sized vacuum size. Moreover, the BOB Customer Service team professionals are always eager to assist and are extremely courteous. The Pethair Slam picks up even the smallest of particules. This is an excellent investment for working families with pets and/or children. Also, the Pethair Slam is much quieter than previous models. Highly recommended!

Bob has been a great addition to our household that includes two cats who love to shed their fur all over our tiled home nonstop! Bob works tirelessly and I'm always surprised at just how much fur and dust he is able to collect on our tile and area rugs each time he runs. He also has done a very good job collecting small pieces of cat litter near the litter boxes and has a surprising amount of cleaning power. The BobSweep App has only gotten better with time as new mapping features are added. Bob's battery has held up well in the past year and a half, and we have been taking extra care to clean our hair from his brushes which can accumulate every few run cycles. Overall, we have been very happy with Bob's performance and appreciate all he does to keep our house clean!

What I like about it that nobody else talks about is that it will work on a nice plush carpet. This was my biggest hesitation with my purchase and was quite pleased with the results. You never have to wonder where it went because the nice vacuum trail gives it away.

I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. Setting it up was super simple, and maintaining it is quick and easy (a minute each day to empty to dustbin, and 5-10 minutes on the weekend to clean up the brushes and wheels). I currently have it scheduled to make daily rounds on weekdays while we're at work. It's so nice to come home to a freshly swept floor, especially since our furry friend - a miniature American shepherd - is days away from being a year old and leaves lots of his wonderful coat everywhere he goes. I'll also say that tech support was responsive and helpful when I did run into a minor issue I couldn't figure out. The value in this thing makes it feel like all the alternatives are overpriced.
