I bought two. One will not even turn on right out of the box and the other will not connect to Wifi. Would not purchase again.

This worked for a week then we started to get an error about the dustbin, we have clean it, changed the air filter and still doesn’t work. Returning this for sure!!

It was so outdated product. Only good thing was the price

Horrible. Stopped charging completely after less than 1 month. Prior to that, there was constant issues docking. Do not waste your money

Glad I purchased on sale! This is a bunch of crap. The machine function is horrible… leaves small dust and hair behind on the floor after running for 35 mins I still have to clean with a broom. Plus the battery has to be charged constantly… one full battery only last for enough to clean a living room area only. Have to constantly recharge for each room. Do NOT recommend

SLAM is the noise it makes when it constantly falls down the same step in the same spot over and over again. It doesn't "learn" at all. Don't know how it's supposed to map when it can't even finish a mapping run without getting stuck or falling down the same step. It also leaves behind clumps of hair and dirt. Returned it.

Complete trash. I want a refund. Picks up nothing. Especially over carpet,

This robot vacuum is just as terrible as the others. It misses areas, gets lost, and stuck in the same place EVERY time it runs. Half of the time it doesn’t make it back to the charger.

Even though the product was defective and I totally understand coming from a manufacturing and operations background. Highly disappointed with the return policy! Purchased this vacuum for $183.xx. After the manufacturer could not fix the issue, I opted to return the vacuum after the 15 days return policy from Best Buy but well within the 90 warranty period. Was told that they will refund $150 less shipping which is $20 with thisr UPS discount. So I’m losing USD$50 for their malfunction product from day 1!!!! Stay away from purchasing this manufacturer as their return policy sucks big time!!!!

I really don't understand the positive reviews. We have two cats and despite supposedly being designed for people with pets, Bob looks like he's ready to retire. We are actually amazed on the rare days that Bob completes a cleaning job and makes it back to his recharching base without any issues. Usually, he'll find a way to get stuck and needs support. He does not avoid small things on the floor, so be sure to pick up just about everything before putting him into use. Not sure why this lists as an $899 retail price vacuum. You'd have to be insane to pay that cost, as it does not self clean and requires A LOT of maintenance. Even at the deep discount sale price, it's not worth the headache.

Great pet hair collector and other debris on floor. It amazes me when it is finished it just goes home to the charger all on its own.

+im ready to throw it out. I still haven't got it connected. I am calling TMobile, AT&T BobSweep and still don't have it connected. My daughter and son both came over to help and didn't get it done

Only used once and then it couldn’t dock on its own anymore. What a waste of money

It is amazing, I'm really enjoying to watch it clean the room while my dogs are around the house.

Despite multiple attempts the app could got detect / connect to my home Wi-Fi and I ended up returning it back

I bought this on a deep deal and I really regret it. Even from the first run this vacuum couldnt keep up. It boasts a great mapping technology but cant figure out that a mirror or window is not another room and the app is very poor at allowing you to adjust your own map. Dont waste your money and go with a trusted brand. I'm 1 week out from the return date and the "main brush stuck" message wont go away.

Arrived first time missing charging port. Had to return and repurchase. Used for 3 months and will no longer charge. Also poor design ad you have to remove filter to dump the debris. You have to shake it like crazy to get debris out of the filter hole. Not good design!

I bought this Vacuum on 01/17/24 and I started to used it on 01/28/24, this last working between 25 to 30 minutes only, I replace my eufy for this one, and I regret, THIS IS GARBAGE, I bought this in best buy and I tried to returned on 02/07, but it is no longer returnable, this is the worst vacuum I have bought.

Total scam , doesn’t work and Best Buy won’t do anything and the company bObsweep is impossible to get a hold of, I will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund.
