Horrible do not get even if it’s free. Had it since January always has a problem and now isn’t working. Even if it is free do not get it!

Not happy. Gets stuck ALL the time. Have tile floors??? Expected more for the price!

Didn't do a good job. Very disappointing. Hung up on flat rugs. ( rolled the edges up.) Previous vac rolled over, them.

Stopped working after 2 months of use. Brush alert says there is something stuck yet there is clearly nothing in there.

I tried everything and didnt work has to call support team and now waiting on them

It stoped working after 65 days, went on vacation and when I came home it no longer worked

We have been using Bob PetHair SLAM for about a week and we love it! It has amazing suction power and we can definitely tell it maps its cleaning path so accurately. It is pretty quiet and I love that it also comes with a mop attachment! The app make things easier to control and it is super user friendly!

Leaves clumps of pet hair everywhere and decides to stop vacuuming well before battery dies.

“Bob” as we call our Phoenix was easy to set up and has been doing a great job picking up pet hair and crumbs nightly since day one. The vacuum easily transitions from hard wood to tile to carpet and is less noisy than a traditional vacuum.

I bought this after my other robot vacuum had a cliff sensor fault. It was on sale and had all the features I wanted and extra. I really like that it scans the room to avoid furniture and objects And I can mark off places on the map I don’t want it to go. It cleans really well and so far not got stuck anywhere. Battery life is really good,it takes an hour to clean the biggest room and it still has 75% battery. The best part I didn't even know about, you can turn off the cliff sensors! I have a one level house so no cliffs to worry about! Or ya know stairs...whatever. Not sure how it will hold up in a year's time(usually that's when they start wearing out for me)but we'll see! The only hiccup I've had is it occasionally loses location so I have to erase the map so it can scan the room again. Nothing big so far.

If you're looking for a product to help make your life easier. Then this is it. I've used the bigger brand names and more expensive ones to have more problems, which is why I gave this one a try. This is easy to set up even for those who aren't tech savy, which makes it ideal for those who know how to use technology or need a little extra help, the app, and set up process walks you thru the whole thing, without much effort needed. I like that there's an app to help control it on Android or Apple. I like being able to set the cleaning timer while everyone is away, this makes one less thing to do once I get home from work, meaning more time with my family. You can set areas to be cleaned or not be cleaned too. It amazes me how powerful this thing is after each time I change it out, I see more hair and objects wondering how my house can really be that dirty. We have multiple indoor cats, and 2 dogs, along with some kids, this really does help keep our house clean! I like that it can easily be swapped out to also mop when needed too! If your on the fence about getting one, this is totally worth the money, by just how amazing it works and all that it does!

We love our bobsweep! We have been running it every few days and it picks up so much dog hair and dust. Living in desert means it is always dusty! Having the vacuum helps cut down on the amount by of work I need to do around the house. We have a 1900 square foot house & when done vacuuming he still has 30% battery left and puts himself back on the charger. He is pretty good at avoiding objects,he does get stuck at the bar stools I have but the area would get any robot vacuum stuck! Wish we had purchased sooner

I bought one of these for my kids, but told them "No, I don't need one" I spent some time at their house and was amazed at what a great job theirs did on their floors and how easy it made the day. I decided to buy myself one, not certain it would work the same with my rugs and lower furniture. I am really glad I tried it because it is amazing!!! It makes my days so much easier, and I can even run it before I get home from work so the house is clean when I walk in the door!!

We are really growing to love our Bob vac! The app is the best part of the whole system. We have cat toys and kid toys all over the house, so I typically pick up toys in one or two rooms at a time, then tell Bob to sweep those rooms before putting the toys back out. I haven't figured out all of the mapping options yet (I would love to be able to re-map just one or two rooms vs the whole house) but maybe one of these days I'll figure it out. I like that the vacuum itself cleans in parallel lines versus a random pattern like some other vacs, and it is also very quiet compared to a previous robot vac we've tried. We really like our Bob vac!!

This is my 3rd robot vacuum (I bought my first one like a decade ago, and the second one during covid (once you employ a robot you get too lazy to live without one). This one is the first one that actually maps out the area.. I find that amazing, as it is quiet accurate and can be perfected with manual intervention through the app. You can sent it to any room or area you want, at the time you choose, or tell it to skip where you don’t want it to go. It also makes it back to the station every time (in the 3 weeks I’ve been using it), and that’s a huge plus too. Overall I’m happy with the price I paid (the company emailed with introductory promo of $200, otherwise I would never pay the list price for it, I’d probably buy another cheap vacuum without mapping tech). In terms of how much it picks up it is pretty good (I have 2 cats and carpeted bedrooms), but honestly nothing significantly better than my less expensive vacuums. I’d say they all do a pretty good job on low carpet. This one is better when it comes to missed spots which makes sense given the mapping ability. Overall I’m happy with the deal…

Does a great job! Very nice that after it sets up the map you can set places for it to stay out of where it gets in trouble. Like behind couches where there's cords. The only thing better would be the automatic dust bin, but that cost a lot more. As long as you don't mind. Emptying the dust every morning. It's awesome!

This product effectively handles pet hair but has a small dustbin and difficult-to-clean brush.

I had a different brand initially, that did not do a great job with pet hair and bird seed (i have 2 dogs and a bird), so i returned that one and got Bob. Bob does a MUCH better job at cleaning and picking up dirt/fur/seed from the floors. I have laminate flooring throughout, with some rugs in various places like by the front door, kitchen, and bathrooms. Bob sometimes gets stuck on the rugs (but not always), which is why i took one star off.

My wife and I were looking for something to be able to clean our basement after we finished it and had carpet installed. We read reviews on several of the robot vacuums and decided to order the bObsweep SLAM, especially after seeing it was on sale. We've been able to set a regular cleaning schedule and it's been very easy to maintain. Our biggest hiccup is kids leaving toys laying around so it gets caught up sometimes. It's been very to easy to reset, remove whatever is catching it from moving, and have the robot start again. If we can have our kids keep tidy up we're able to set it and forget it! It's definitely made life easier and our kids love watching it move on its own. Easy to clean and maintain. We're definitely thinking about ordering another one for our main floor.
