I’ve had this for about a month now. It picks up a decent amount (misses bigger items like tufts of hair or carpet) and is quiet, but it drives me absolutely insane that it stops every 5 minutes and I have to go to the app to see that the dustbin needs to be cleaned out. I will empty it, wipe it out, clean out the brush roll, and then restart it and it will go another 5 minutes then happen again. It’s super frustrating that it doesn’t send you a notification about the issue, and even more frustrating that no matter how much I clean it out it still stops every 5 minutes. It really takes the convenience out of it.

I would classify our new robot vacuum as a great improvement over the old robot vacuum we previously used.  The old vacuum was very inconsistent and would often get stuck.  The bobsweep works very well with the scheduling function and does not get stuck nearly as often.  My wife has done all the programming, including using the mop function, so I can't speak to the application side of this, but I can state that this does a nice job cleaning dog hair and remaining on a prescribed schedule.  It has been a very nice upgrade.

This is our second robot and a huge improvement over the first. Maps out the room quickly and easy to avoid any area by selecting it on the map. looks nice too but doesn’t empty itself.

The original robot that I had purchased had some slight malfunction but after emailing customer service and being put in touch with the fabulous Margarita, we now have a perfectly functioning new robot. Margarita at customer service was nothing less than amazing to work with. She helped me troubleshoot and then offered a brand new robot when that didn’t work. Our new robot is perfect for our house with two dogs. The features of it are incredible. I love coming home to perfect vacuum lines (that I didn’t have to do, bonus)! Highly recommend!

We bought this for our daughter for Christmas. We received an email from bObsweep after purchasing from Best Buy and asked us to let them know what we thought after trying it out. So my wife and I set it up (easy process). And it did an excellent job. It is very user friendly. We have mostly hardwoods in our home. But my daughter has more area rugs covering the hardwoods. But after using the bObsweep. We feel confidant that it will do well in her home. Watch the you tube videos. That is what helped us make the decision to go with bObsweep.

For me I’m totally happy to pay that much so that I only have to actually vacuum once every 3 months or so and the rest of the time get to not even think about it. That’s worth it to me. I haven’t noticed mine missing spots, but then I also don’t follow it around to notice and it runs regularly enough that if it misses it one day it’ll catch it the next. Floors are clean without me doing it, that’s all I care about.

This little robot does a very good job getting around the house with ease. I have 2 cats and as you can imagine, hair everywhere! Right from the first use you can see what an amazing job it does from the amount of hair and dust it collects in its little container, which is also very essy to tske out and clean. Dont even get me started the price! Best buy usually always has this on sale and i got it for almost a third of the original price and i can say totally worth it. The only cons is you cant really find any filters besides on their website which is a bummer. But overall i highly recommend!

It definitely cleans good. Hard to believe all it picks up. I have hardwood floors and it works great on that. The few carpets I have it gets stuck on or just goes around them so I just do them myself and roll up. It gets stuck all the time. Don’t understand why it bangs into dressers until it just shuts down

As a busy parent with toddlers, we’d been researching a robot vacuum to help with daily vacuuming and bobsweep came up on my feed while looking on Best Buy, and a few glances at various reviews here was enough to make the purchase. I can echo that we have had a great experience using this daily to every other day and every time I set it down to clean the brush and canister.., I’m left in amazement at how much it’s picked up. And this while having a Dyson we use to top off the vacuuming every few weeks while bobsweep is run almost daily. Despite the deep cleaning with the Dyson, this robot wonder picks up a lot!

Love the vacuum! Does a very phenomenal job at gathering dust bunnies, hair and dirt. I also love that y'all gave me tools to clean it out and that it is very user friendly. Thinking about buying more as christmas gifts for family and friends. Thanks bobsweep for my phoenix!

I bought the pet model but the company offered to upgrade me to this one which I accepted without really looking into it. I have been impressed with the room mapping and the vacuuming power but to my disappointment this model doesn’t come with a mop , while my original purchase was both a vacuum and a mop. I contacted the company and they were gracious enough to send me a mop accessory separately without a charge. Great service!

I have two never ending shedding Husky’s and this little vacuum is doing a very good job at keeping the floor free of fur and dirt! I am happy with this purchase.

This machine has been the best. Highly recommend to anyone. I have dogs and was always complaining about all the dog hair- not anymore. This gets the job done

Loved mine so much I bought 2 more for my daughter and daughter-in-law for Christmas.. I am positive tgey will be as thrilled as I am with mine.

Love it. Much better pick- up than my Miele vacuum. It disappeared for a couple of days! I searched. Finally after a few days i found it in one of the few dark spaces in my den. There may be a way to track it but the app disappeared on my phone. Otherwise its a 5

I absolutely love bob, this has been a lifesaver with the pet hair!

Such a great helper with cleaning after my 2 cats!! I do a deep vacuum clean a few days a week, but I used to have to vacuum all the time before I got this little guy :) I definitely learned. I had to pick up little things that could get caught in the brushes but so long as there are no obstacles this cleans very well

Best $169 I spent in a long time, certainly does a better job then me with a push of a button.

Bob has been a welcome addition to the family! We were tickled by the birth certificate. Bob has helped with fur and dirt that we didn't even know of. Bob is easy to clean and has a surprisingly large bin for the dirt and dust. I will be using the Bobsweep vacuums for the rest of my life.

I love it and it does a great job. I also have more time with my son.
