I absolutely love bob, this has been a lifesaver with the pet hair!

Such a great helper with cleaning after my 2 cats!! I do a deep vacuum clean a few days a week, but I used to have to vacuum all the time before I got this little guy :) I definitely learned. I had to pick up little things that could get caught in the brushes but so long as there are no obstacles this cleans very well

Bob has been a welcome addition to the family! We were tickled by the birth certificate. Bob has helped with fur and dirt that we didn't even know of. Bob is easy to clean and has a surprisingly large bin for the dirt and dust. I will be using the Bobsweep vacuums for the rest of my life.

Best $169 I spent in a long time, certainly does a better job then me with a push of a button.

I love it and it does a great job. I also have more time with my son.

This thing works great. The biggest problem is that it doesnt learn new rooms on its mapping. I have apx. 1700 sq ft and it doesnt have enough battery to learn the full home layout.

Bob is a very good vacuum. He is very diligent about his work.he arrived in good condition and keeps my home in good condition

One of the best robot vacuums there is, and I’ve used a lot of them but this one by far is top notch.

I really thought this would be a good deal and to try one of these fancy vacuums out. Do not buy this product it is cheaply made and doesn’t work as good as the price is.

First, i'll say that I previously had an earlier more simple model from Bobsweep and was happy with it. This model, however even after consulting with support is more trouble and just doesn't work. The top copper colored vent gets stuck under furniture, it drops hair that it's already sucked up when it goes over transitions. If you leave the rotating sweepers on I find clumps of dog hair because it just sweeps it together but doesn't suck it up. And yes this is after I troubleshooted and cleaned the brush and emptied the tank. The tank is small, maybe smaller than my old model? I was expecting to have to do a bit prep work because of my previous model but this gets caught on the smallest rug tassel. After troubleshooting and talking with support and giving it a fair shot it's out of the return window.

Returned this after it spontaneously stopped working after 3 weeks. Bought another exactly the same and it stopped working in a few weeks! I tried everything but it was totally dead. So returned this one as well. It has mysteriously been discontinued despite all the "great reviews." Going with another brand.

Dont buy trash The one I had burst into flames, for your safety don't buy this product
