Is Bob perfect? No. But based on the reviews I read on other robot vacuums, none of them really excel at 100% cleaning and mapping. Bob seems to be learning his path through our home and really does pick up things that our other vac misses. We have not tried the mop and probably won't ever use based on the floors we have. I would recommend if you pay the $200 we did for this unit. Well worth the money.

I’m very impressed with the vacuum power from such a small device. It does a great job cleaning my bedroom and with the programming feature, it can be set to do it all on its own. After six months of use, I’m having issues with charging as it has some trouble finding the cradle and often require assistance. When on the changing cradle it doesn’t always get a full charge, even after leaving it overnight. It appears to go offline and when this happens the charging stops.

Cannot get the app to sync/work. Gets trapped a lot around the house. I also own an Irobot vaccum and I use on my upper level living area. I prefer the irobot over the bobsweep. I purchased the bobsweep at a really good price and if it wasn't for the price I would have returned it. Unit cleans well when not stuck somewhere.

My first robot vaccuum. It would work better if my house was less cluttered, but it still mostly works. So far it's helping me keep the floors a little cleaner. It was surprisingly easy to set up. I think some of the fancier robots have more features like selecting which rooms from the app. For the Bobsweep, I just close the doors to the room I want vacuumed.

Been using BOB daily for 1 month vacuum feature only. This product does an excellent job of picking up pet hair, you just have to remind everone in the household not to leave shoes or cords on the floor as BOB does not like these and will stop working. The app works great letting you know if there are any problems and if so where they are located. After 1 week of owning BOB I ran the regular vacuum and did not pick up much.

Gets confused easily and doesn't find way back to charger. Goes back over area it's already done. It does pick up dirt well I just haven't been able to trust when I'm not there to watch

We love Kevin! He does get stuck in my kids shoe laces at time, falls off line and takes a night off from time to time ,he also is not systematic in his pattern at all, but In a country home with boys and LOTS of dogs he makes a huge difference!! The difference between a clean home and a disarerous barn! This made such a difference that I bought one for the second floor also!

One of the more affordable bObsweep models and works great for vacuuming! The mopping works for small areas, but isn't great for multiple rooms. It was a little difficult to set up on the app and didn't work the first night I attempted to connect it to wifi, but after a few rounds around my apartment it does a good job cleaning up after my two long-haired troublemaker cats.

I love my Bob sweep. It runs efficiently and picks up dust in places I don’t clean frequently. I have 12 grandchildren and am grateful to have an aid to help clean the house. I’ve only used the mop feature twice, but I prefer mopping the old fashioned way. Seems to clean in vertical patterns which my old robot did not do which seems more efficient.

I cannot say enough good things about the bObsweep Pethair Vision Plus that I purchased about 3 month ago. I run this little guy about 4-5 days per week, upstairs on my carpet and downstairs on the wood floors and rugs. The battery life is excellent and it does a great job of scanning the room to see where it needs to go. I am diligent about cleaning the brush and emptying the dustbin. I had a small issue with my dustbin door not staying closed(which led to the unfortunate loss of the filter while emptying it out) and an awesome rep at Bobsweep customer service reached out and sent me a new one! She was so nice and even called herself my "personal representative." In a world where customer service is a dying art, this was so refreshing and made me an even bigger fan of the brand. bOb for the WIN!

I love this little robot! My floors have never been so clean. I feel it even does a better job than our traditional vacuum. The mop attachment isnt something we use so I cannot speak to how well it works. For carpeted floor though it is awesome. At times we do have to rescue Bob if he gets caught or trapped under something, but for the most part he just does his thing. It is always amazing to see how much dust and pet hair he picks up after every cleaning. The app is very simple as well as the map feature within it. Dont expect a large amount of customizable options. If you pick Bob up he will and put him back down he will do a fresh start in the new area. He might lose track of the charging dock when this happens. It is not a big deal to place him in front of the dock then press the charge button though. Overall I am impressed and I did not think that a device like this was more than just a mediocre gimmick. It has cleaned so well that we haven't needed to use our traditional vacuum since.

I'm on my second Bob. I got my first one as a gift in 2015 and just upgraded this year. I called this year about an error code on my old Bob and although the warranty was long past, the customer service rep was extremely helpful and walked me through troubleshooting until we were able to isolate the issue. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and easy to understand. And Bob works great!

I love my BObsweep!!!! I actually have 2 of them in my house since I have 5 dogs and I love it! I’ve had a few over the past 10 years and they just get better and better. Can’t wait for the one with the automatic dustbin empty feature!!! And Gabe has been an amazing customer service rep. I always get my questions answered! No issues!

I’ve only had bOb for about a week, but so far he’s done great! Maybe it’a because I’ve never owned a robot vac before, but I am thrilled to be getting some help around the house. In my opinion, he does great. I don’t like the camera feature, and I do not use the app. The app forces you to turn on location services on your phone, if you want to be able to use it. I don’t play that. I guess you could say I don’t like all the bells and whistles, but isn’t that already what bOB is? He IS the bells and whistles. I like his performance, and he is helping me keep my house clean. ~So far, a happy bOb owner.

When our cordless stick vac died we looked for a replacement for some time before considering a similarly priced robotic vacuum. After doing some research we settled on the BObsweep PetHair Vision Plus. It was easy to setup and integrated with our Google Home system nicely. The app works well for scheduling, controlling, and customer service/support. Most importantly, the vacuum works fantastic and moves seamlessly from bamboo, to tile, to hardwood, to area rug. It cleans far beyond expectations - we keep a very clean house but are still amazed at how much dust, dog hair, and dirt the BObsweep cleans up. The battery lasts long enough to clean our entire first floor, which is about 800 square feet. The mopping feature works well, too. There was definitely a learning curve and a few interesting behaviors to get used to. We have had to contact customer service, but they are responsive, fast, and accommodating. However, it’s great to come home to a clean first floor living area three times a week with no effort beyond emptying the dustbin.

I have had a few robot vacuums and they all worked fairly well, but this one is awful. It cannot finish my downstairs without the battery dying (which is not very big and an open floor plan) and when it dies, it never makes it back to its home base. So I have to find it and manually put it on the charger. It also almost never works. It cuts on for about 10 seconds and cuts right back off with a chime. I have the app and it is connected to Wi-Fi, but it never tells me what the issue is so I have to spend a bunch of time messing with it to figure out the problem and try to start it. This wouldn’t be so much of as issue, but it is every day. Granted, I do have a large amount of dog hair, so it does go through more at my house than an average person but I have only had it a few months. Not quite as bad… it kind of wanders around and doesn’t follow a pattern even after mapping out my house. So spots get missed when it does work. And the design of the vacuum let’s it fit under my couch just enough that it hits the pause button on the top of the device and turns it off. I highly do not recommend compared to others on the market.

Bob is still our not too bright robo vac. He gets around, picks up what he can and goes back to bed when he’s worn out. These things are great at keeping up with surface dirt (that they see), but they do not replace a standard vacuum cleaner that you need to push around.

The govt should make this a medical device as it's saved my back countless times. Only reason why it's not a 5 star is that it gets 'stuck' sometimes and cleans the same area over and over.
