Worth it

Company was real nice to deal with and they sent out another one to me. These are nice but sometimes it gets stuck under chairs. When it gets stuck it's because of a tight fit where it wedges itself. Never had a problem with it getting stuck under something where the height of area was taller than the unit.

Gets the job done

But after one phone call to c.s. they got me set straight real quick. Super happy. NOTE: If you pick this thing up while it's doing its job it can't make it back home unless you set it close. otherwise it always finds its way back home once the battery gets low it's an amazing device and I'm really happy with this purchase.

Not what I was expecting

The battery runs low since the first day I use it. It’s is hard to place the robot for charging as it needs to keep one inch far from the base wall. I was thinking I was doing a great purchase but was very disappointed . I lost the window to return so I kept but may need to see the warranty to request a check on the battery

Not impressed

It goes in an erratic pattern most of the time and gets stuck in corners. Also has trouble finding its way back to the docking station. I haven’t tried the mop yet. Not impressed. Considered returning it
