We found this at Best Buy on sale and it has been a great vacuum for us. Best Buy recommended it, and we are very pleased with it.

It's a good deal for the price however, it doesn't clean as I was expecting.

Does ok but can’t keep up with a family of 5. Maybe work better in a smaller household.

I really love this guy. It’s cleans up so well after my cat , dog and 3 kids. So I put it to use for sure. It does get stuck a lot like it’s lost.

Great vacuum! Had an issue with it not docking but the service dept was fantastic and problem was remedied. Great service! Easy to setup and picks up very well!

I saw this was on sale so i bought i bought it it’s alright it could be better it it had an option were you could directed to what area to clean

Bob actually worked really well, but then he kept disconnecting from the app. Spinning in circles. Stopped picking up dirt etc Really disappointed. He was a great help for a couple of weeks.

Not a good one, it stopped charging after few days.

Cleans well. I have a Pomeranian who sheds and a huskey. I haven’t seen any fur laying around my house 10/10 robot.

bObsweep works really well. I thought it would help vacuum since I never seem to put my Dyson away. This vacuum picks up an unbelievable amount of dirt. It goes under tables and cabinets too. I have to make sure I police up all loose cords. It does most of my vacuuming now.It gets very dirty itself but no big deal. Wet rag to clean it. I did get it on sale for less than $300.

Havent used the mop feature yet, but the vacuum does well. We have a, 1100 sw ft upstairs and it does a good job.

Not really deployed it much so can’t really say much. It works alright so far though. Not used the mop yet.

It’s quite and clean very useful better than the rumba that we have for pets

Looks great but wife didnt want a robot vacuum. Too bad i had tk return it.

We had a first generation bobsweep that we loved so much that when we saw this one on sale we just had to get it! It was super simple to set it up and the camera made setting up wifi very simple. The mapping took a couple of times to complete and this bob has been very efficient at cleaning up after our children and dogs. BUT we noticed it would make a loud noise randomly while charging. I contacted their support, sent them a video of what our Bob was doing and they sent us a new one free of any charges. Needless to say we are now customers for life!

Parts did not last after 3 months of biweekly use. They have a shop online where you can buy new parts. But unless you fill up the cart with $50 worth of garbage they charge an absurd amount for shipping. I loved it while it worked, but the parts they use are cheap making this thing way overpriced.
