Not a clever one.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not a clever one. Doesn’t have a pattern to clean your place, very random movements. Brushes are short so it won’t clean the edges and baseboards. No phone app, just a remote control with basic commands. Doesn’t have a sensor and will be bumping in to walls and stuff. It does clean fine, but there are certainly robots that can do better. Original price was around 700$ and I bought it for 150$ on sale. After research I found out it’s regular price is around 200/300$. I would recommend to save up and get a better one. Ordered myself one from China that is more superior to all major retailers.

Best thing ever
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never knew I needed a robo-vacuum until I got one. Coming home to a freshly vacuumed carpet every day offers a type of satisfaction I didn’t know I needed in my life. Does exactly what it’s designed to do, with no problem. Just make sure all the easy to knock over things are out of the way, and you’re golden.

Vacuum
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Vacuum won't go back to back to home unless is close by, it does clean pretty good and it can be improve to detect object and wall instead of hitting it.

Great Product at Fair Price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our Bob seems to be just fine. It was a bit of a learning curve to adjust to, but he seems to be doing very well. We have 2 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats so we had to learn to pick up the toys on the floor every morning before work so he wouldn’t get stuck. He runs on schedule every day and keeps the house in order. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a high-traffic home.

Great item for $150.00
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This item has been a great help with daily cleaning. It goes out every morning and picks up dust and dirt. I clean the unit out every day so there is not a problem with the unit getting full. I would advise anyone who purchases to clean the unit daily. At $150.00 this unit was well worth the money that was spent.

not efficient
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: sweeps the area well cons: cleans well because it covers only a section of the area all the time, it takes a while to determine that it should explore and have to cover other areas and in doing that it loses all the charge it has and stops.

Not as good as vacuuming, but better than expected
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This model actually performs better than expected. As the only Bob model that doesn't allow deactivation of the edge sensors, I was concerned that it would skip the dark rugs in my apartment. While it does seem to want to avoid the dark rugs, it will eventually get on to tackle them. It's fun to operate and good for in between deep vacuuming to keep viewable bits removed.

Worked great until it didn't
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the Bobsweep Pro in August 2020. I worked great until February 2021 when it up and died while doing its job one day. Literally quit working while vacuuming. The customer service was very good. They initially asked me to unplug the battery and plug it back in. However, due to limited space in the unit I wasnt able to, so they shipped me a refurbished replacement. The replacement wouldn't work on my carpet, worked fine on the laminate and stopped moving at all once it got to the carpet. I was offered to try another model. Since I have 2 dogs that shed A LOT I went with the Pet Hair model. A refurbished Pet Hair model was sent which I received in a few days. This model was useless. It went in circles for 90 minutes and the floor was completely covered in dog hair. This time Bobsweep sent me a refurbished Classic model. The opening to the canister is so narrow that the dog hair gets packed between the brush and the opening and never makes it into the canister. Bobsweep is offering a change back one of the other units or a return (minus a percentage since past 30 days). As previously mentioned- loved the Pro until it died a few months later and customer service has been good. Definitely would not pay $600+ for something that lasts 10 months.

Ok for what it is
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m dying to find one of these bots that just knock it out of the park. Each has pretty good performance but none really ‘does it all’. Case in point, this little guy does a pretty good job but cannot really clean corners or dinning room area due to all the stop and start from sensing legs of chairs, it struggles with cords on the floor, etc. Funny enough, it is super powerful and actually moved one of my smaller book cases, which has wheels, about 3’. If you’re looking for a bot to run up and down the halls and get about 70% of the space (open spaces) then it’ll do the trick.

I was expecting more.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like it okay I thought it would be more precise on picking up trash , and that it would clean the whole room before leaving. But I also have rugs in the room maybe if it was all hardwood I think it would do much better.

I Wanted To Like It ... :-(
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Okay to be upfront, I wanted to have several robot vacuums in my house to keep the dust at bay under the beds and sofas, so I entered into this by buying into the "DEAL of the DAY". Yes, Bob does grab a lot of dust and dirt, to the point that the bin fills up and you have to empty it every time he runs. MESSY. Second, Bob has never found his docking station. Third.. Bob did a medium grade carpet one time, since then, the batteries and his abilities are GONE. I'm glad I only paid $150 for it, so this is still at a price level I can live with. I'll just banish him to the basement where I HOPE he can do something for me. He does entertain my dog, so that's why we're keeping him. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Make sure you buy the right model for your home
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me preface this all by when it works, it works great. Has Hepa style filter to get so much small gross stuff that even our Kirbey misses. Why not 5 stars? At least in our home, Bob tends to die and not make it back to the charging station most nights (it's a fairly sizable space of the home). Also, you do need to keep up on maintenance on Bobsweep. Depending on animals or people in your home, you may want to empty the try every other day, and sensors can get thrown off relatively easily (if it stalls definitely don't move it - just flip on its back where it is and deal with the code it gave you). All in all, it's a good product and helps keep us having to "deep clean" more than 1x per 2 or 3 weeks rather than weekly.
