The bobsweep is a nightly tool at my house now. It does what I needed it to, but nothing more. It doesnt map the floorplan or anything, and clumsily wanders the house attempting to clean. It must be babysat, or it will frequently get stuck under reclining chairs or kitchen cabinets. When it does go where it needs to, it does a nice enough job for a nightly vacuum. Definitely worth it to keep things nice and tidy during the week.

Have it for a few weeks now and very satisfied with the results. Only requirement on my part is to make sure it doesnt get tangled on cables., other than that it is highly recommended. a little on the noisy side though, totally woth it!

The bObsweep is so easy to use! I have been using my vacuum on the carpet for months now and love the results. My vacuum had a bit of a glitch and I contacted bobsweeps customer service. They were a dream to work with. They walked me through troubleshooting and even helped me get my vacuum back to them for servicing. My vacuum came back looking brand new and working better than ever! Very please with this investment.

Robots good does the job, power went out the other day, thinking it would turn on. And it didnt. So it has to have constant power

Having an indoor pet, we love having a robot vacuum everyday. Bob has his issues though. He struggles with carpet; I've had to replace side brushes and side brush motors. The warranty and customer support have been great though. I got Bob on sale; I definitely wouldn't pay MSRP for Bob (there are other brands out there at that price point that give you more bang for your buck). Bob does do well at transitioning from different flooring and really only gets stuck when he goes over cords or something. Get your cords out of the way and clean Bob out with some canned air once a week and it will surprise you how much he picks up everyday.

bobsweep model here was what I thought was a bargain for the sale price. like 80% off. So I have used it exclusively for my kid's bedroom areas upstairs...hardwood floors. What we like is it easily goes under the bed. Other good thing is that it does find stair edges w/o issues. Cleaning is ok. Not as well as Neato Vac that we use downstairs. What we don't like is that this tool does not have WiFi. W/o Wifi it doesn't seem to show if it has any mapping element.

To say that I love what this vacuum can do is an understatement. I have 3 of them, one on each floor. However, this company's customer service leave something to be desired. After 2 months of use, the side brushes error message keep coming on, after cleaning it out, replacing the brushes as recommended by the manual did not fix the problem, I emailed the company for possible other solutions. After waiting about 10 days, I gave up, and took the 2 side brushes off. Now it's no longer giving me the error message, but the side brushes also are not working. Great product will not survive without a good customer service backup. I still love the product, but I would not buy from this company again unless they improve the service after the sale.

Moved to a new place that had a larger and more open floor plan and thought it would be nice to have a robot vacuum to help with upkeep. Now I'm aware that these aren't really made to entirely replace vacuuming and sweeping but from the couple I've seen in action of other brands I thought it would at least be something we could run once a day for basic upkeep between our usual cleaning sessions. Unfortunately Bob doesn't do much as he cruises (slowly) around the house other than make noise and get lost trying to find his charger. We empty the dustbin every day or two and dust is about all that it ever picks up. At least it's something but the random crumbs and tiny debris left by the kids are also left behind by Bob. Bob is mostly let loose on hardwood and tile floors with a couple carpeted rooms. He's marginally better at the hard surfaces but he's much quieter on the carpet so that's a plus I suppose. 2 stars because if all you need is a very easy to use robot vacuum mostly as a white noise generator that accidentally sucks up a very minor amount of dust, he's great at that. If you have any real cleaning expectations, look elsewhere. We got ours significantly on sale and I'll still be returning it. Anyone who buys this at full price is just getting completely ripped off.

This is my first hands free vaccum and I love it. It picks up so well and has a good sound quality. I purchased this on Deal of the Day so it was $149. I am glad I purchased it. I will be hands free from now on. Great device.

If I bought this at the full retail price of $649.99 it would've been the fastest return in history. But at the cool price of $149.99 I would say it's a fair vacuum. As the instructions state, just leave it alone even though it seems to only be focusing on one spot for the past 20 minutes.....Also, at the high end price not having app capability with your phone is a big con. Bob does not do well with elevation changes, I have the thinner workout puzzle mats and it will not go over the change in incline.

Works great at picking up dirt and pet hair. Could not believe how much of my pet hair was on the floor. Only draw it sometimes get stuck on area rug corner. But I move it.

Awesome robot cleaner. Navigates around the house great. Does a good job. Little loud but does great

Love watching BOB work! He is so smart! I used to sweep the floors daily and often twice a day due environment. BOB iß set to vacuum every day for 2 1/2 hrs and seldom do I have to follow with broom! Love it!!!

This is for our second floor that is not used that often and is all tile floor. BoBsweep does a great job picking up hair and other stuff and is easy to clean.

bObsweep is a very efficient vacuum. I have 5 kids, so there's always something needing to be vacuumed up. My floors are clean after each use and no little pieces left behind to get suck to the bottom of my feet. Every now and then we have to remove and clean his front wheel, but thats a minor inconvenience. He's not super quiet on hard wood floors, but not super loud either. I can't hear him on carpet. I would (and have) recommend bObsweep to a friend.

This unit works great compared to iRobot. It go thru smaller and lower clearance space and battery lasts a lot longer. I’m lucky to get it at a discount price. Love it and recommend to everyone

While it performed basic vacuuming functions adequately I felt it lacked key features you should expect for any vacuum selling north of $600. Better sensors needed as well as a larger holding bay for dirt. Software needs improvement as well, I can’t figure out if it’s trajectory path to clean is random or just a poorly executed attempt at, for lack of a better term, “fake it till you make it” . I really wanted to like this device but even for the extreme discount of $149 selling point from an over $600 initial msrp it still fell short of my expectations. Quality product poor design / software execution.

I have had a few issues with my bObsweep, but customer service has been so helpful in helping me resolve them. Does have some issues moving to a different surface, often gets stuck going from hardware to a rug.

Pretty good item, had it for over 3 years and still works.
