BLAH, that is how I would rate the bobsweep Pro. For the price I would think you can program a schedule like every other day or have an app. Nope. You get daily or nothing. this machine needs to be taken apart weekly (per the user manual) for cleaning. Not a fan, also it can't remember its routine at all so every time it vacuums its a new adventure in where it will get stuck and go back home.

While this does not replace a full 'vacuum', it does amazing for 'sweeping'. It is actually a sweeper and removes SO much dirt and dog hair every day (it's scheduled to run daily). It does SO well that it does have to be emptied every day. We have a dog that sheds quite a bit and this has been amazing instead of having to vacuum every day (or dealing with the massive amount of dog hair). I love this little thing and highly suggest, especially if you have pets. You do have to pick up so that it can run and it doesn't get along the walls. BUT, pretty great overall.

I have an old roomba and when I saw this on sale I decided to give it a try. I was expecting bOb to be at least comparable, of course for the “regular price” it should be! but this is nowhere near roomba. I really wanted to like it but the suction is really weak, I have dogs so I ned a little hand with the daily vacuuming, bOb takes the dog hair for a trip from the living room to the dining room and everywhere, this is not pet friendly! it also leaves a path of little dust and dirty everywhere it goes, when it goes back to it’s charging station you will find a little dirt underneath it’s brush (has only one brush) that has been pushed in from the job it just finished. I did not like this unit at all! It’s very loud and it doesn’t perform as expected. I also set it up to clean everyday at 4am but for reasons unknown it will start itself at 2am, I've check the clock and the programming instructions and everything is correct however this keeps happening. I am wondering if this bOb is defective. I wish I could return it!!! Don’t waist you money on bOb, you can buy a much better unit for a little more money.

Bought this on sale and happy with purchase. Works really well. It’s a little noisy. But it does it’s thing. Easy to set up, just make sure to buy some triple A batteries read the manual just so you know some important info. Don’t charge it 5 days in a row. The unit will automatically go to it’s charging dock and leave on scheduled time and return after. Clean the filters and your good to go.

Cleans great, easy to maintain, and bObsweep’s customer support is amazing. Our home has 5 cats and one small dog, 6 adults, vinyl flooring. We have one different brand robot, one bObsweep PetHair, and now two bObsweep Pros. The Pro’s are my favorite. The PetHair is great, but for our main area furniture, not what we need, it got stuck under everything. It’s living it’s best life in one of the bedrooms. THE PRO- the low profile is great. It can get under most of our furniture and without any issues. The dual side brushes are awesome, especially for keeping most debris and hair from the wheels. The Pro is easy to keep clean, just remember to remove the side brushes every couple uses because they collect hair underneath. The sensors are very responsive, and the brushes are gentle. The different brand robot would bump into everything to learn it’s way around. However, our crazy kitten lays in front of bOb and bOb stops and turns, has not hit her once. She is also able to touch the brushes and not get hurt, so bOb is effective, yet gentle. BObsweep’s customer service IS AMAZING. Honestly, above and beyond. They communicate quickly, helpfully, and provide timely repairs (first hand experience with that hair issue). We had our bOb fixed and on its way home within a couple days of their receiving it, with helpful assistance and constant communication. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND PRODUCT ENOUGH

When I got this vacuum it was in sale for $150 and for that price it was amazing. But it’s not as great as the other bigger name brands. But if you can get this vacuum on sale it is worth it.

Very easy to set up and use! It is great for pet hair and making your carpet look brand new!

It's a nice and easy to use Robot vacuum. I think it works great.

I purchased bObsweep (Mildred is what we call her) during a sales of the day deal. The first night she went right to work. We had three dogs at the time and she took care of the dog hair with ease. She can be a little loud on the hardwood but she’s relatively quiet on our rugs. You can really tell the difference between sweeping and vacuuming. I recommend her to all of my friends and family. If someone ask about a robotic vacuum I post this link.

Works great. Sucks awesome. Don't like cleaning it every time. Pay off I guess on time. Don't have to sweep home but do have to clean it. Takes about 15 min to do it all.

I wanted to love this sweeper but it was lacking for us in so many ways. It kept getting stuck on area rugs, it got stuck under the dishwasher, it went over the same spots multiple times while completely missing other spots, and because of its design couldn’t get close enough to wall edges or corners to clean those areas. For a quick touch up it did ok but definitely wasn’t even close a good vacuum job. Sadly Bob will be going back.

Returned within 3 days! Super loud, and would not transition from floor to area rug, which is crazy thin, without getting stuck. Was super hopeful this would be a good buy, but within 2 days realized this was not the bot for us. We run ours at night, while we sleep, but this one woke us up. Unless you sleep with your doors closed, it will wake you up.

Bobsweep Pro is NOT for you if your home features the following barriers: 1. High transitions between floor surfaces, i.e., going from a wood floor to a high-pile rug (especially rugs sitting on thick rug pads); 2. Closely arranged furniture or furniture legs closely spaced together; 3. Chairs, sofas, beds, dressers, etc. with more than 2" but less than 4" of clearance from the floor; and 4. Clusters of multiple electrical Cords, such as a power strip underneath a desk. In my NYC apartment, approximately 1,200 sq ft., there are many of the aforementioned 'challenges' which cause Bobsweep to flip out and spin around in circles. It requires constant baby-sitting and guidance as it tends to get stuck in the same locations, over and over again. After a few seconds of not being able to move, it will shut off and scream out for help until you pick it up. The worst part is that it won't learn from its mistakes and will just end up wedged between the same obstructions just moments later. It's less aggravating to just use a conventional vacuum and be done with the job. When it's not stuck, it still has trouble cleaning around corners and floorboards as its two anterior brushes are not long enough to sweep the dirt into the rotating brush. If you have large open spaces with relatively few obstructions to cause confusion to the unit, and a minimal amount of thresholds separating rooms, Bobsweep Pro may be an acceptable solution for you. It cleans moderately well, has decent battery life, and relatively quiet when compared to a full-size conventional vacuum. Unfortunately, my return window has closed and I can't take this back to Best Buy, so I guess I'm stuck with it. I got what I paid for - a poorly programmed Roomba wannabe.

Overall a great option... wish it wouldnt get stuck as much. I will be returning it for another upgraded one with the mobile app function.

Great vacuum robot for the price. Impressed how well it cleaned compared to higher cost robots.

Elegant, quiet, and works good. It can be relied on even when you are not at home. It is easy to operate and it hazard free especially with children around you

Bought this on sale for $149.99, it started well, I like the two sweepers, vacuum Suction is really good, but does not return to the base on it’s own, no mapping feature, no WiFi. I had to return the unit and pick up IRobot Roomba 960, paid twice the amount but well worth the upgrade.

I'm very happy with how it cleans the floor, but still have to get used to its seemingly haphazard way of meandering around the house.

I purchased this robot vacuum for my parents and they love it! They are in there late 60's and they do not worry about sweeping or vacuuming their home as much. after a couple of months the wheel didn't work. I called support and "Carlos" help me troubleshoot the unit and after determining the unit needed service. bObsweep paid for the shipment to send the unit for repair and less than two weeks they received the unit back. Through this whole process the rep Carlos kept providing updates on the unit. I am very please with there customer Service and will continue to purchase from bObsweep!

There seems to be a gap between brushes is not all debris is picked up, edges didn't get cleaned but it lifts a lot of the dog's hair.
