Found it on sale, took a chance, and now cannot imagine my life without Bob.

It will get the job done but it's a bit loud and bumps into stuff instead of using its sensor frequently.

Bob is easy to setup. We have not put him on a schedule, we run him every three days. The battery life is good.

Bob has been great and works well omce you figure out all the spots and things he can get stuck on. Cleans our laminate floors well. A little loud though.

We have used our new vacuum and it worked great. The remote controller is a good choice for us. The vacuum did a good job . There is also a choice to set it up at scheduled times to run, but we choose to run it as needed, which is a good option for us. It is plugged in close to the main room we need to use it in, so that makes it very convenient for use.

Works awesome on all surfaces. Thanks Bob making life a little easier.

First purchase of a robotic vacuum. I was impressed with 'Bob' being able to find his way around/under obstacles and back to the charging port when his battery low. But, his dirt collection bin was tiny and the single roller brush also very small. He was not a good long term fit so he went back within the week and I purchased a larger, more capable model elsewhere. Return process was very quick and easy, as was the online Deal of the Day purchase and shipping initially- very quick.

Works great. Only challenge is if there are rugs in the floor you need to remove them beforehand.

Works excellent use it for shedding dog but it is a little noisy.

Love this vacuum! Hit the button and it goes! So easy to clean as well.

The product is great for the price and works fine I wish there was app connectivity and programmability but other than that this is a great product

One thing I trust the quality and price match guarantee of Best Buy and I saved $500 on regular price of this vacuum because may be new model came out and they clear the current model but I bought this as a gift for Reletive’s new house and we all absolutely love everything about the robot vacuum

This is our second robot sweeper. The first was a shark. This sweeper doesn’t pick up dirt very well and we have to reset it all the time. It gets stuck in the oddest places where the shark never did.

Wouldn't clean my throw rugs or carpets. It would vacuum for several minutes then error out saying the side brushes were clogged when they weren't. They (Bobsweep) exchanged it for a Bobi Classic at no charge which seems to work fine.

It’s very good at picking up everything but bumps into a lot of stuff. I keep having to unstick it from under my couches and furniture. It also gets tangled up in any cable left on the floor. Besides having to check in it every once in a while to make sure it isn’t stuck somewhere, it does the job. I was very impressed how clean it leaves my carpet and my vinyl plank floors. Sucky part is it can’t get corners or edges, but perfect for getting under super low areas like under beds. I recently started noticing it doesn’t hold a charge very long, but I only use It for quick clean up so it’s perfect. I wouldn’t recommend it for the full price it’s way too expensive. I got it in sale.
