Does not do well with rugs, and has seem to get lost and do the same room over and over. But cleans well.

First and foremost, the Bobsweep customer service team is outstanding!!! My Bobsweep had issues after a few days and customer service quickly took care of the issue by sending a return label and a new unit! That unit had the same issue and considering it may be the terrain of my home they sent another return label and upgraded me to the Bobi model without being asked. It certainly does it’s job well and there’s nothing like coming home to a freshly swept carpet, makes the day better! :) definitely recommend!!!

I got this for my wooden floors. Wood floors tend to get dusty so I needed something to keep my floors dust free. Does great on wood floors but I would not recommend for carpet use. It got stuck on my rug so I think it is meant for hard floors.

Bob does a great job on hard floors. We have one large area rug that's not too thick, but also not flat. Bob likes to get on the rug and move around a few minutes then just stops in the middle of the rug - nothing in his way, he just stops. Unfortunately, this model is not compatible with the blockers to keep him away from the rug, so with that being said, I'm just not sure if I'll keep it or not. However, I would absolutely recommend him to anyone with all hard floors!

We love this vacuum! We program it to run at night. It does a great job of going over multi surfaces. We have both carpet and hardwood floors. It picks up so much dirt and pet hair and then parks itself back on the charger. It’s so nice!

Don't do it!!! I liked this product the first month then 3 months after purchasing stopped working, battery wasn't charging anymore, a waste of money, I'll call the company and update my review if they are able to help me.

I bought this Bob for my Mom. I have had mine for years and still love it. I am sure she will too.

Bob does a good job. I have him downstairs and Roomba on main floor. Roomba has technology far above Bob but and a much much higher price. So for the money, Bob does a good job.

shuts off randomly. but came in pretty packaging so i give it a pass

Excellent product. I bought this to replace an older robot vacuum. This one is far superior. I was shocked after the first use of how much it picked up. I bought a second one as a gift after seeing how great it worked.

I mainly bought Bob to sweep my dogs hair from the floors. It works wonders the only thing is that get stock alot under my couch

So far I am extremely happy with this product. I didn't really know what to expect but it has saved so much time in my day, even gets under areas I struggle to. I was surprised by how much dust it collected. Plus, my cats love it!

This Vacuum is perfect for our basement because we can just let it go off and vacuum every day and we don't have to worry about us going down there. but with it not being connected via wifi and just doing random patterns for vacuuming makes it a little hard to know where it has missed. I would not be very satisfied if I paid the full retail on these bObsweep Robot Vacuums since I bought mine when it was onsale.

Purchased two of these (one gold and the other silver) at a very good sale price as gifts for my daughters. Both are pleased with the level and quality of “cleaning” that these robot vacuum cleaners are doing.

The sweeper does a very good job. It does get stuck going from room to room if the lip is too high, but other than that it's great.

We bought this when it was on really good sale. It was great for in between regular deep vacuuming. After about 3 months “bob” as what we called him would stop working after about 5 mins of running. “Bob” always had a hard time going back home”his base to charge” I’m thankful I bought the protection plan on “bob” cause we had to return him... :(

Took it out the box, charged it up and set a schedule. It does take a weird approach to the paths it takes to clean but usually gets the job done. I have had no issues with it.

too loud, way too loud. did not make it on to my carpet. Also, it somehow squeezed under my couch and couldn’t get out after. Also, call me old fashioned, but it bothers me when a company can’t bother to send you a remote with batteries included in the package. it is such a drag to unwrap and have to wait to go to the store for batteries.
