This robo vacuum works well. Nice remote . Pretty quiet too. Wish you could identify to a daily schedule rather than just same time each day. All in all nice robo vacuum

We bought this when it was on really good sale. It was great for in between regular deep vacuuming. After about 3 months “bob” as what we called him would stop working after about 5 mins of running. “Bob” always had a hard time going back home”his base to charge” I’m thankful I bought the protection plan on “bob” cause we had to return him... :(

So I loved Bob when he first got here. But we weren't meant to last. About 4 months and he died. Wasn't even used that often.

Great product. This works well and is not loud. Gets the dirt up!

What a great Robot to add to our house with wooden floors. Between children and 4 cats there is a need to sweep more than once a day and BOB is DEFINITELY up for the job. Easy to use, easy to empty BOB is essential in our home. He can periodically been seen having a tail when it vaccumns up a sync cord. Our cats are beginning to get use to BOB doing his job and are no longer leary he will vaccumn them up He does corral of lot of shedding cat hair and make keeping the floors clean a breeze.

I'm very impressed with the functionality of this robot vacuum named Bob. It was able to get up on my natural fiber rug. Very impressive. Not only does it pick up debris but the dust and dander it accumulates is crazy.

too loud, way too loud. did not make it on to my carpet. Also, it somehow squeezed under my couch and couldn’t get out after. Also, call me old fashioned, but it bothers me when a company can’t bother to send you a remote with batteries included in the package. it is such a drag to unwrap and have to wait to go to the store for batteries.

Caught this on sale for $150 and it was the best $150 I ever spent. The only annoyance is the dust bin is small and needs to be emptied with each cycle. But for the price I can’t complain too much.

Sleek and slim, gets under furniture easily and actually makes it back home. Fairly quiet compared to other robots. Picks up a lot of pet hair and litter. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I don't have another experience with a robot vacuum so I can't compare it to others. When it works as advertised, it works well. However, that does not happen most of the time. It starts automatically at 4am and most times when I awake, a bunch of the space is done, but "Bob" is sitting somewhere within the space and hasn't gone "home". I can start Bob up again, but I don't think it remembers where it was going, so I usually just push the home button and it obeys (usually).

bOb is my friend. He is a little erratic with his patterns but always seems to get everything covered and does a good job cleaning up pet hair, etc.

We just love Bob. We have 3 cats and he picks up after them. He is easy to care for and bin holds more than I had expected. No frills with this model so if you want connection with phone or other technology then this model is not for you. I would have given 4 and a half stars if I could because Bob doesn't know not to go down stairs. However, he kind of deserves 5 stars after taking a dive down my basement stairs (12 steps) and still working like a champ.

I love how my Bob cleans the hardwood floors. I was having issues with the rose gold model vacuuming the carpet as its side brushes would stop as soon as it transitioned from the hardwood floors to the carpet. But we did end up replacing it with the silver Bob and that one works awesome and has no issues transitioning from vacuuming on the hardwood floors to the carpet floors.

Boo. Not what I was expecting at all. Instantly clogged with animal and human hair. My carpet was “too long” for a machine to run on. Wouldn’t recommend

Bob works great ! I have him set up to go off every day at 10 snd he goes to work like clockwork . Only negative is battery life only around 69 minutes .

This BobSweep is an excellent robot vacuum. I've owned two others and this model is as good or better than the more well known competitors. I'm sure other models from BobSweep will share the things that make it so good. First of all, the product comes with a couple of small but important extras. For example, a little tool that helps cut string or hair from the brushes and rollers. It's a genius tool by the way that all vacuums should enjoy. It's also got spare brushes that you'll replace after years of good use. Lastly, the support has been amazing. I had a little glitch and chose to email the company. This guy, Carlo provided some world class customer service to help get me back in business. Personal attention? Ironically, no robot operators or call trees or chatbots - just a real dude and zero red tape. I want to keep doing business with this company - the little things matter.

I am very pleased with my Pro Robot Vacuum. I have actually purchased 3 different bobsweep Vacuums and this is my favorite product. It is quiet when running and it has a really great battery. In addition, I did have a small issue with the product, but the customer service was outstanding. I sent the product back and it was returned in perfect shape. I was very satisfied!! And the turn around time! I think they had it ready to ship back to me the very same day it arrived for its "check up." Very Satisfied.

Purchased this item for my wife and she absolutely loves it. It comes in handy to vacuum the rooms and sweep all the floors while we just relax and let it work on its own.
