BOB is a Game Changer!! A Really good addition to the family

This is my first robot vacuum and I must say I am impressed. Got it on special for 149.95, a deal of the day. Well worth the price and does a great job cleaning hardwood floors and rugs.

I have had good luck with this Vac ,but I did recommend too 2 people and they had bad luck both of them took them back because of battire issue

Did not pick up as much as I thought it would. Room has to be perfect set up for vacuum to work best.

It does a better job than I thought it would. Unless I’m missin something, I can’t set it to go off every other day. It goes everyday.

I have had my ibob for over two years now and he has performed extremely well every day since. Recently he started going backwards like a crazy droid would, but by reading his trouble shooting codes we determined one of his front bumpers was not working. Following a fantastic video on the ibob website, we took him apart carefully and found a broken spring. Having had registered my ibob, when I called for a new part it was half price and shipping was free. So for around $7 I got the new part and after easily replacing it, Bob was back in action. And let me tell you, when Bob was down, I really missed his daily clean ups. I do a major vacuuming once a week but I count on Bob to keep things under control in between. Finally. I want to say that the customer service I received was stellar, both on the phone and through emails, making sure we had what we needed to get Bob going again. I highly recommend this product and this company. Again I've had my ibob for over two years and couldn't be happier with his performance.

It cleans very well. does not go to the corners. it moves randomly.

Vaccuum works good but not strong enough to deep clean Also if you have rugs it will get stuck.

Positive: It definitely has really good suction and cleans my hardwood floors really well. Cons: Since it doesn't have mapping (cheaper, dur) it bounces around cleaning your place. I have cleared wires, obstacles, to make bob feel safe. Yet, he still misses rooms consistently and goes over the same areas over and over. I get that is will sometimes miss closets, rooms, but will get them next time, but over a week it hasn't bothered to go into my second bedroom unless forced, and there is nothing in the way. Should of maybe done more research. Very possible this has a design or coding issue. Also that $600 msrp is sus and should have been a red flag. Actual MSRP should be around $150 ish.

This picks up good but I don't really understand its pattern and it seems to miss spots. Still trying to figure it out.

It's loud, sucks up things it shouldn't, is always getting stuck, has a hard time finding its home station, doesn't roam properly, etc. It was cheap and you can tell. We'll be returning it.

Wife is very happy with how her bOb helps keep the house clean since Santa left it under the tree. Dogs were a little confused at first, but now it’s old news.

I love my Bobsweep. I had an initial problem with the left wheel, called customer support and was taken care of immediately!! Then I had a docking problem and another customer service experience! I love this company. Unit may be a little loud but worth it! Picks up so much dirt and dog hair with a large dust bin. Lasts 2.5 hours! Best purchase ever!

My bObsweep was purchased during the height of Covid when I was working a ton of hours and needed some extra help at home. He does a great job getting up the dog hair not only on the hard wood floors but also off the carpets. After using him daily for a year and a 1/2 he did need a new battery which was covered under warranty.

I got so lucky. It was huge discount. Really good product, easy use, vacuum well.

Cleans up after the kids so I don't have to. Does a good job doing it too.

Love this machine. Great sale price! I have 4 dogs and this has cut my cleaning and sweeping down. It was a little loud the first few nights, I have it program to run at midnight since dogs are in bedroom, but after the first few days I do not hear it anymore. One of my bullies is afraid of a normal vacuum and would attack it, he does not even notice when this one is going.
