Runs into everything, gets stuck every 15ft, does not pick up anything, complete junk. Save your money and buy a Neato, mapping is night and day better. Oh, and the $650 price tag has to be some kind of joke. Every other place on the planet sells it for almost a third of the price. After reading other reviews, I can’t help but think there paid reviews because this was hands down the worst robot vacuum I have ever used.

Bought bObsweep Pro on sale. The vacuum worked fine, but the features are very limited compared to other options in the under $200 range. The scheduling only allowed for a specific time once every day, which is rather limited. I wanted the ability to have a more advanced schedule. I returned the vacuum. I bought another robotic vacuum with LIDAR, which greatly improves the performance. bObsweep has other models that have better functionality. Not having an app interface vs the basic remote is a deal breaker as well.

Dog hair on tile is tough. BOB doesn't get it all but does fill up each time I run it.

Beautiful design fairly easy to set up it only may be does 300 ft.² at a time which is a little frustrating when you’re trying to do 2000 ft.². I got a nine a Christmas sale so the value was pretty good would definitely be nice if it had a longer battery life

Ok on non-carpet but shuts off a lot on carpet. Have to babysit it which defeats its purpose when it is on carpet. Customer service said to remove side brushes if have this issue, which helped some but not enough.

I purchased this due to the great at was being offered and the time I could save cleaning. For the first two weeks I was extremely pleased but then it kept coming up with an error code that could not be fixed. I contacted the manufacturer and they were wonderful. They quickly replaced the unit and I thought that I would be golden from there. Now it runs in circles and tell me that the sensor is dirty (even though it has been thoroughly cleaned) or that the dust bin is not connected properly. It will continuously send out these two codes. It cannot find it’s way home and will sit in the middle of the floor. It goes under a couch or table and then gets stuck. While I appreciate the customer service, I would not recommend this product.

Thought this would be great to have so I can let it go and do other work while it cleaned, but it needs constant attention because it gets stuck going around the same area. Also since it is round it misses corners. Kinda wish I had stuck with a regular vacuum.

I have both robots, besides being more affordable, bObsweep, performs quieter than Roomba. It seems to have the same cleaning capacity. And one major point for the bObsweep is that it doesn't swallow everything on it's path; I had a lot of cell phone cables eaten up by the Roomba. I recommend the bObsweep for someone on a budget but still wants quality cleaning, without having to worry about picking up everything off the floor before the running the vacuum.

bought @ Best Buy, arrived on time as promised, unboxed and started up, initially was somewhat impressed. as soon as bob left hard floor and onto our carpet it quit and flashed trouble code. i called bobsweep they said this model not suitable for most carpet and should have bought different model. by the way we had a roomba which handled carpet fine.it is totally useless for our carpet.

No problems as of yet, he does have a lil problem finding home and the remote is so so but good on sale

I bought this for a friend for a gift. He loves it and said it works great and was simple to setup and get going.

Love this vacuum irs better than the iRobot in my opinion

The robot vacuum works as it should and doesn't miss areas a regular vacuum might miss due to the mapping technology.

this is not as smart as expected, does normal cleaning and not made for carpet

My wife is loving this purchase so far. Although Bob seems to improve with each sweep... With the amount spent on this item, it could be "smarter" lol. Great gift.

I've had this almost a month now and I'm already having problems. It worked great at first, but now the battery wont stay charged. It will be fully charged and will go maybe 2 minutes before it stops and the orange light starts to blink that the battery is dead.

This bobsweep model has no app control, has no mapping of your home, and just randomly sweeps till the battery is low. It can spend 60 minutes in one room of the house going in circles. Please save your money and get the cheapest Roomba. You will be much happier.

NOT happy...Its no wonder it was on sale...very disappointed.. Bob aimlessly wanders about the house if he is not stuck under the couch, on a rug or is bouncing around under the kitchen table like a pinball. He cannot find his way back to the charger, the side brushes lift up the rugs and Bob goes under the rug..DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I will be requesting a refund..I was excited about this unit but has totally failed.
